All personnel I interacted with were very professional & courteous. From the time I made an appointment to have someone inspect the problem & give me an estimate, to the time the actual technician came out was surprisingly quick. Everything was explained to me (from what they would be doing & finances) & all my questions were answered. The technician was very thorough both inside & outside of my house & took the time to explain to me how both the treatment works & how the termites would react to it. I will gladly refer Yuma Pest to my family & friends & anyone else who might ask for a recommendation.

May need to replace the paper sleeves more often on the termite traps after the rain storms as they mold and start to deteriorate after they have gotten wet from the rain so it is hard to tell if they have termite damage sometimes.

We had an issue with very destructive ground squirrels. Jose came out and placed traps and will monitor. He was very professional and caring. He gave us a good price as we are long time customers of Yuma Pest. We use them bi-yearly and are happy with their service.

Everyone that we interacted with was professional and dealt with our issue in an efficient manner. We had to do everything on the phone and via email, but that didnt impede the process. They even returned, at no extra cost, to our property when the ants returned and were not eradicated the first time.

As I called the office this afternoon and informed them that the gentleman that sprayed my residence yesterday left my backyard gate wide open, knowing I have dogs, because they barked quite loudly at the front door upon his arrival and then again at my slider when he was spraying my house perimeter. I have paid for 5 yrs service for termite or what ever it is. I wanted peace of mind, but what I get is another headache. dealing with this company has been irritating. I would have went through another company if I would have known about this. I am about 2 yrs into the service within this last year I have had to call them 2 times sure I understand they tend to return or whatever. when the tech came by to service the problem areas he stated that a trench was to be dug and treated outside,and some drilling and foaming was to be done inside the home and he would clean the trails. The tech dug the trench outside and left. He never came back inside or knocked to inform us he was done instead he left and left us wondering what is going on. So I call them back wondering what is going on but from I can see is that they dont keep records of what they have done or plan. They even had it marked as they had already went by and treated when infact he was not done and I was not scheduled for them to return to finish that is upsetting. I should have been informed when he was finished or if he didnt finish and what still needed to be done. I hope they straighten this out. so I called on Thursday or Friday I was told the tech would call me he never did. Heres Monday and I called today to find out sure enough I was not scheduled for retreat but got added for thursday. This is ridiculous. Be more considerate and inform people or follow up on your techs to make sure things are getting done

We were given an entire 2 hour window for our technician to arrive and service our property. 8-10 AM, so it should have been one of the first jobs of the day. Our technician did not arrive until AFTER 10 and never apologized about it. So we were stuck at the house for another 1-2 hours while he did the termite and pest prevention treatment. He was nice, but this was a big inconvenience.In addition, the office seems resistant to honor their own coupons. Someone left coupons at each house of our neighborhood. One was $75 off any pest service. Small print: initial service with annual contract (no other restrictions listed). I had called twice about this and they were hesitant to honor it. Always needed to talk to management and get approval... eventually they ended up honoring it but told me it is not for termite service (although the coupon literally said on ANY pest service). Happy to finally get the discount but it seemed like pulling teeth to get it. Get it together Yuma Pest!!!!

Untrained techs. Poor excuse of a company. They do not know how to properly remove bees. They caused a massive bee hive to swarm a backyard and they killed the neighbors dogs...they refuse to take responsibility. Do not hire this company!!! I hope you get put out of business in all your locations!

Had to call for ants. They made it seem easy.... no moving dishes etc but it was not. paid 150.Never saw any reduction in ants. I did however find poison on my dished and in my cabinet. hopefully they wont kill me. I mean it didnt kill the ants so Im probably finecalled to tell them. they sent a sale guy out to sell me more non-working powder.... pretty negative experience. too bad too since they seemed nice.Dont call these guys. its a cash grab. even if they screw up they wont admit it or make it right.made a call to Ram.... they came once. killed ants less than half price of Yuma pest and nobody talked down to me or tried to negate my concerns over poison being on my dishes

I was thrilled, but the last 3 visits have changed my mind some. All of a sudden we have been having more spiders and ants. So I called to have someone come out, and they show up at 4:30 when it is HOT! So of course we see no ants, and that cost me $55. And I still have the problem, so I dont know if what you are using now is not good or what.

I needed the crawl space of my house sprayed in advance of some installation work. The technician was on time, fast and friendly.

We have been using Yuma pest and termite since 2012(I believe). They are always very courteous, and helpful. They have done a great job. The only time we ever had a problem was when we werent getting calls that anyone was coming, so no one sprayed inside the house. After I called and talked to them I have never had another problem.

I own a commercial property in Yuma. I contracted with this company to do both pest-control and termite control. While I continue to pay them they failed to show up for the last two inspections. Meanwhile the ants and termites did not fail to show up. They are full of more excuses than a felon. They now claim although they did an inspection last week and found termites and never contacted me that my contract is now up. Forget the fact they didn’t show up two times in a row they are still claiming I owe them. I would never give these people a dime. I would not trust them with anything. I now have to find another company to do what I already paid them to do.

Yuma Pest is GREAT! I always have great service. I really HATE their computer auto dialer, but other than that, they do great work.

My mother-in-law recently sighted a mouse in her kitchen and not knowing what to do, she contacted Yuma Pest Control. They sent out a tech who, in my opinion, took advantage of her situation. He wrote up a contract for $250 a month plus he installed large black boxes for rats which he charged $25 per month to come and check. It was a small mouse that she saw. All she needed were some mouse traps. We talked to management and they refused to rectify the situation. They have removed the large black rat boxes but they still want $250 as a charge for something that was never necessary. Needless to say, we are not happy with Yuma Pest Control.

We have been using Yuma pest since moving to Yuma in July 2017. The staff is amazing! The technician is polite and in time. I would recommend highly!

We have been using Yuma Pest since 2008 on a semi-annual basisand are very pleased with their service in general. Some of thetechnicians have been a bit haphazard in the treatment but theresults have been very good. The last visit a couple days agowas by far the most comprehensive since the initial one andAlphonso did an excellent job in, under and around the house. Heeven used a long handled sponge affair to remove spider websfrom under the patio and porch awnings. Thank you Yuma pestand especially Alphonso. They should all be like you.;

My mother has been trying to get a refund of an overpayment since the first of September. She has contacted Yuma Pest five times and promised a refund each time. She has yet to receive that refund. Yuma Pest was more than happy to take her money but refund what is owed to her is another story. Dont trust them.

The techs are very knowledgable, especially about pets and how their service to the home does not affect them. Their rates are great and as requested I always get a 30 minute out call so I can be at the home when they get there. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Techs are usually pretty good, but office and scheduling, etc needs to get it together! They’re supposed to call before coming, sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t. I’ve asked for my number to be removed SO MANY TIMES from the account so when they do call, they call my husband, yet they still call me when they show up without an appointment and can’t get in my backyard cause my dogs will eat them. I’ve had family members cancel service because of scheduling problems and even after cancelling, techs continue to show up unannounced. If you do go into the office because things aren’t getting done, they’re not very nice at all. I’m only with them cause I’m too busy to go through the effort of switching companies. They did quickly come out and remove a swarm of bees that had gotten into my wall, so that a plus. Again, the techs have always been polite.

Will not provide basic pricing to spray our home. Receptionist said they need to come and evaluate which sounded more like wanting to know exactly where I live to see how much they will charge depending on neighborhood I live it. My aunt warned me about doing business with them. She said the technician never shows up on time and they give you a two hour window so you have to wait around for someone till they show up. She also spent a few thousand dollars to get her house treated for termites which didnt help much because there are more termite trails showing up on the walls.

Worst customer service experience ever. They charged us for services not rendered and kept sending technicians out after we told them we did not want to continue our service with them. Every time we call, we are put on hold for more than 7 minutes. Who has time to wait that long during work?You mention in your reply that our account was delinquent, yet failed to mention that it was due to our dispute with you and, you went ahead and charged our debit card without our consent. When I called your office, the supposed manager said she could not authorize a refund after admitting that you were not given authorization by me or my husband to charge our debit card. Then they tried to say that we were on automatic payments, but we never signed up for that, and if we had, then there was no reason for us to be delinquent for months, as you stated.Regardless of your reply here, our minds are made up about Yuma Pest.

We had insecticide treatment for scorpions as well as a termite inspection and treatment. Both techs were very professional and friendly. They each took great care to perform their services and even stayed in contact prior to the service to notify us of their arrival.
