We recently just got new carpet in our home. 3 days later, our elderly dog had an accident that was giving off an odor that we could not get up. I called Benjamin’s at 4:00, he had a crew at our house at 4:45 and they were done by 5:15. His crew was professional, nice to work with, and got the odor up like it was nothing. Price was extremely affordable! We 100% recommend this business!

I hired this company to clean a restaurant that we will be opening soon. There were 5 workers that were all on their phone, I said some thing and nothing was done they continued to pay more attention to their phones. After everything was done I went and checked and the place was still a mess instead of the hassle I decided to get different people to come in and finish the job. If they paid more attention to the job that they were getting paid for instead of their phones I would have been a happy customer. I will be going someplace else next time.

We visited Yuma for one night . I called Benjamins when we arrived to see if they might have time to wash and wax our rv the next morning. The owner fit us into the schedule and Bennie and Paco washed, waxed, and removed oxidation from our old Bounder. Weve owned it a couple years and it has never looked so good. Those two young men are hard workers and take pride in their work! The price was reasonable too! Well call them again if we visit Yuma.

Dishonest and untrustworthy. They did our rv, couch and a bedroom. I called the owner and told him that they did a great job on the rv and couch but that they didn’t do the bedroom. The carpet wasn’t damp and it didn’t smell like the other 2 places. He said that this had happened before with other customers and that they just redo the job but because I live so far, he would just have to give me my money back. Then he got very dramatic and was telling me that giving me my $25 dollars back is just devastating and he just can’t believe this. That in 15 years, 50,000 jobs a year this has never happened… after he just gave me a couple of examples of this happening with other customers annnddd YELP reviews say that the same thing has happened to them. He said I could come down to the office to get my money back if my heart was really in it to go and get it. I called Big Sarge Carpet Cleaning, he came out on time (Benjamin’s was 2 hours late, and I didn’t even complain about that!). Sarge cleaned the carpet, it was beautiful and he was very professional.

They recently cleaned our RV and the service was impeccable. I was so impressed that after learning they also (on occasion) clean home carpets, Ive scheduled that. This is an A++ company with great pricing, great customer server and all around great professionalism.. Cant say enough about the great experience I had with them.

Horrible customer service. The first time I hired them, the guys showed up an hour late. This time I called the phone number the guy says his boss doesnt let him do certain things then he says hes the owner. Gives me this whole thing about me being fraudulent and before he gives me a chance to explain he starts being weird, talking about his wife being pregnant with 4 kids and him getting a headache. Very sketchy on the phone. Will never use them again and will tell people to stay far away.Update: The owner, Benjamin added this comment below. So here is the response. I have used you guys last year but it will be the last time I ever do. I have no idea what youre talking about the caller I.D. that seems like its your problem, not mine. Its none of your business why Im in Nevada. If you felt uncomfortable doing the job, I told you I understood and you shouldve left it at that. But dont accuse me of being fraudulent and you lying about not being the owner was unnecessary and unprofessional. Everything is taken care of now, so no worries. Chem-Dry Yuma is going to be cleaning the carpet and they have impeccable customer service. Thanks anyways.

I called Benjamins for an RV wash and got way more than just a wash. The product they used was outstanding and our coach has never looked so good. The crew was effecient, timely and polite as they did their job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an professional and fantastic job.

Every time Ive used this company, Ive received the same excellent service. Nacho and his teammate did an outstanding job today on the wash and wax on our RV. They definately take pride in their work, great work ethic. Strongly recommend these folks.

Wife called to have carpets in our rv cleaned. Workers arrived early and finished rather quick. Carpets are like walking in a swamp and still has dog hair all over. We requested a double dry but the guys said thats the way it is. Wife called office as soon as they left and they said they would make a couple calls and call back. Been over half hour. They not only lost a tip but also a customer. Our friends were scheduled for Thursday but will cancel. I will inform the front office as well. They did send a new crew out Thank you Peter. They did a great job and got the tip the first crew lost. Our friends will now get theres done by Peters crew on thursday. THANKS AGAIN. Want to change my rating to 4.

My father is disabled and uses a power chair to get around our house. It had a hydraulic leak that left grease spots on our carpet which attracted the dirt brought in by the power chair from outside. Benjamins crew came in and made those spots disappear! It was like brand new carpet again. They were quick and effienct, on time and polite. I am beyond please with the time and attention they put into bringing our carpet back to life. My only regret is I didnt take before and after photos because no one would believe it was the same carpet. I will always trust Benjamin and his crew to clean anything ! I highly recommend them as there isnt another cleaning company that will work as hard to make the customer happy in this entire state!

Had Benjamins clean our carpet and it is still dirty. Supposed to be steam cleaning but wasnt. They soaked the carpet and then vacuumed it up. Workers had dirty shoes and left dirty footprints all over. Owner insisted that they do it again right away with no better results. I paid for it because owner of Benjamins insisted. Will have to have another company reclean carpets. I dont recommend them.

PAID 149.00 ON 3/12/18 FOR MY MOTOR HOME WASH AN HAND WAX STAYED in THE RV WHILE THEY WASHED IT. CAME OUT ABOUT 10 MIN AFTER THEY FINISHED WASHING IT AND DRYED IT OFF WHEN ONE THE WORKERS SAID OK MISTER WERE DONE. I said you did not wax the coach I could feel on the side of the couch it was not waxed he insisted that was waxed I should of not played him but I did since we were getting to leave crossroads rv park. I would not use them very dishonest. There is no way you was a 40 foot couch in 15 MIN.

They did a great job. RV was under cover for a year in Tx. Drove to Yuma Az through rain and slush had to stop one day due to ice. When we got to Yuma she was nasty. They spent 2 1/2 hours to wash and hand wax. Charged me 100 dollars for 40 ft. RV. They did a great job.will definitely use them again

They did 350.00 damage to the side of my motorhome by jerking Down the access door to the generator that was latched to keep it up ripped the latch out of the side of the motorhome leaving a hole and also cracked the fiberglass tried to hide the damage and not say anything when confronted with the damage they begin hanging up on me and refused to take any calls from my number Been a week and no repair has been consulting my insurance company for possible damage claim.against them they have supposidly contacted a second party to repair damage but have not seen anyone yet their office leaves a lot to be desired owner is non existant worst company I have ever delt with un professional and on the verge of a scam do your self a favor use anyone but them we will wait and see the out up to this point it has been a nitemare. Do not use BENJAMINS MOBILE RV WASH you will get the shaft first off let me clarify Benjamins response at no time did they ever send anyone to inspect the damage they caused oh yes they caused the damage there were witnesses in the house next to the motorhome his people knew they did the damage yet they never owned up to what they did 81 phone calls were made in vane no one I mean no one would respond to messages left for them to contact me to resolve the issue to this day no one has shown up to even inspect the damage so an RV body man was contacted by me for an estimate of the damage then they were contacted of the estimate they still refuse to own up to the damage there are also photos taken of this spot prior to them damaging it again his response to this review is the same its been thru this whole mess unprofessional ignoring the phone calls and refusing to show up and even look at the damage as for the owners response to the problem being solved there is still a hole in the side if my motorhome and this happened on the 3rd of March they also refuse to answer questions proposed to them by my insurance company.calls made on the 13th of March by my insurance company when they show up and admit that they did the damage then I will consider removing this post as for patience my patience is gone they just need to fix the damage they caused period!!!!! And to clarify Benjamins response of not answering all the phone calls the only 2 phone calls they answered were the original phone call to do the job and the second phone call to report the damage on Sunday morning at 8.00 oclock at which time I was advised to call back Monday and that is when they refused to answer any phone call made by me even a trip to their office to talk to them in person the owner refused to talk to me by phone when his office called him I am a disabled Vietnam vet and this is Nothing but BS!!!!! On Benjamins Part periodvery expensive 99 dollar wash and wax . All of this could have been avoided if they.had just responded to the original complaint to look at the damage and his crew had come clean on their action and told me what they had did and benjamin had made an effort to call me back and come out and look at the damage his crew caused and had it taken care of. !!!!!!!!!!! This owner is missing the point his BS response has been the same thru this whole mess I for for one think his generic responses to the actions of his crew reflect on the honesty and integrity of his business he at no time ever showed up to inspect or offer apologies for the actions of his crew .Doesnt matter what the cost was. His crew caused the damage and he failed to acknowledge that fact in person or otherwise .has nothing to do with patience it has to do with what is right and what is wrong So do yourself a favor and Contact Roberts RV Wash they were the ones that done the repair .They were very professional and made sure we were taken care of . They showed us courtesy and respect. We greatly appreciated that .Didnt get any of that from Benjamins period .Only BS cover up responses Thank You Roberts RV Wash . Benjamins owner side stepped every response in this review and never addressed the original fact his crew damaged the coach

We bought a fifth wheel trailer in Yuma Az. But live in Phoenix Az. Our purchase was an older (04) and had a lot of UV damage to the entire outside. The rv dealer did not have a recommendation as who to call to get it buffed and polished or whatever they do to make it shine again . We looked on the net, and Benjamens Detail and Carpet Cleaning came up in Yuma, so we called, they arranged to have our trailer hauled to their facility, spent what appears to be two or three times the effort to get the desired results THEY were looking for, and to obviously please us, and completed the work on time, and below the agreed price. Now how good is that !Give these folks a try if your RV is looking shabby like ours was. You wont be sorry. I am not affiliated with this company in any way, and feel as many times as we have paid good money for a poor job, people like Benjamens deserve to be acknowledged for trying so hard to get it right the first time

They where great, did a super job, every one friendly. The job with Poli Glow is wonderful they took the time to do the job perfect and our rv has never looked this good! This a great product and would recommend it for all rvs. We where even lucky to be able to stay overnight in the lot . Poli Glow is wonderful and they even fixed a few areas the needed tlc. Going back for our next wash and shine with Poli Glow. Would recommend highly for any job. They are very professional.
