Very professional and good customer service

After searching social media for ratings, we received a favorable quote from Alabaster Cleaning and went with them.From start to finish the customer service was on point, from the numerous phone conversations with the company to the actual cleaning of our recently moved-out house. It was outstanding work; they cleaned it better than it was when we moved in!I highly recommend looking into using this company for your cleaning needs...they didnt disappoint!

We have been using Alabaster Cleaning for several years now to clean our church once a week. We cant say enough good things about their professionalism starting from the office staff down to the cleaning crews. They always make sure to take care of us and our needs that change weekly. When they say customizable cleaning, they go above and beyond to see what it is we will be needing that week! Its not just a list they go down and they dont treat you like just another number they have to take care of. Alabaster has great communication! Weve also used their service for our yearly floor care: strip & waxing of our floors and carpet cleaning, too. If you want a cleaning service that is trustworthy...look no further!

Two ladies showed up to my home for the scheduled cleaning. When they began to clean I noticed the rags they were cleaning with were filthy. When confronted about it, I was told that it was their policy to reuse all rags and at time they had to use the same rags to clean restrooms and kitchens. After they were done they remained parked outside of my home and when asked if they were okay I was told they had to spend their lunch breaking in the car and are not allowed by their boss to do otherwise. I will never use this service again. I refuse to hire a company with little regard to sanitary practices and even worse the way they treat their employees.
