I want to go buy a bunch of dirty old rugs from the thrift store just so I can have these guys come out and clean them theyre that good! I had them come out about a month ago to clean the carpets of a house I was moving out of and they did a wonderful job after us living there with a dog for 3 years. Had them come back this time be to clean a carpet in a room that another company did a poor job on (left st8cky residue on carpet) they fixed that and also a cleaned a rug and couch that I had. I cannot believe how good the rug came out I was debating on whether or not to throw it away because it was so bad but I thought Id give them a shot to clean it first and it looks brand new! Beyond the quality of their work their customer service is superb Ernie is responsive takes his time to answer all your questions and they are very prompt. Look forward to having them come back out from time to time to keep my home looking fresh and clean thank you Semper Fi you guys are the best in all of Yuma!

The two floor technicians were very knowledgeable and complete and through in explaining everything before job was started to include the cost of service. They were very courteous. All the areas that were cleaned look like new and smell fresh. We had some pet odors that we didn’t even know about, they showed us many more places than we thought, all cleaned now. The two fellows who cleaned our carpet yesterday did a really great job. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing and got right to work. All of the spots on our carpet magically disappeared.

Anthony was the technician that came by this morning and I had four rooms of carpet and three upholstery pieces. Anthony was very polite and a very hard worker. I would highly recommend them they did a great job.

I didn’t know what to expect when our home developed a water leak. We discovered it at night when you know everything is closed. This is the place we chose and do you know what, the owner showed up at our house himself and quickly got to work. He explained everything in detail about what he did and why it was important that it be done to prevent unwanted things from happening, nobody wants mold where they live. I would like to thank Semper Fi for being so prompt in our time of need.

We were, for the most part, satisfied with the work done by Semper Fi. The individual doing the cleaning was very professional and we have no complaints about him whatsoever. Our only concern was that the carpets seemed to be quite wet after the cleaning and took about 36 hours before we felt comfortable moving furniture back into the rooms again. Even dry now, the carpets do not feel soft as does the untouched carpet in the closet of the one bedroom. The carpeting looks much better, that is our only disappointment.

Scheduling was easy and flexible to my schedule. The techs showed up on time and quickly got to work on undoing years of wear and tear on my carpets. Now they look and smell fresh. Highly recommend.

Our carpets havent been professionally cleaned in many years (we own a commercial wet vacuum and we use it every couple of weeks) and after the crew came in, they seriously looked brand new; our vacuum could not do that. No harsh smells, quick and friendly service, and great quality work. My kids didnt make it easy on them but they easily handled and cleaned up what my kids did to our floors. I had this great group of professionals out to clean my carpet today. They were right on time and went right to work. They do a lot of extra work for not a lot of money. In addition Ernie gave me some advice on maintaining my carpet between cleanings. He also gave me the name of a product to use to help with my pets.
