From this month to last month they have changed ownership and this is no longer Pioneer Express and is Pioneer Espress lube but your credit card will say grease monkeys along with the uniforms they wear. There was no line and I waited the longest I have ever waited there before. They came in and told me they took off my offroad skid plate and proceed to strip out one of my skid plate bolts to be able to get to my oil filter this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard my skid plate has a hole for the oil pan drain and my oil filter is on top of the engine on my Toyota Tacoma. I was so angry at the incompetence with this new crew that is so unprofessional. Tommy who works there is an amazing and knowledgeable employee that is from the original Pioneer crew. However he was unfortunately was not working on my truck at the time. They did offer 20% discount on the services but they will not repair replace or fix the stripped bolt. They did not take ownership of thier mistake and proceeded to blame the previous ownership and crew for the stripped bolt that was completely unnecessary to remove in the first place. Then I went and checked out my skid plate two bolts in the front were missing not just one stripped bolt. This place will never have my business again until there is a complete overhaul of the crew currently employed. Prior to this I have always received excellent customer service. They do not deserve your money for the price/service and I think I will be doing my oil changes at Toyota Service Dept for now on.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt well taken care of. I needed an oil change for a last minute trip out of town and they were able to complete it in a timely manner. If you want to complain about the prices like other people on here, then go ahead and do the job yourself. Youre paying for the convenience and believe me, its worth every dollar for how well youre treated and the quality of service you receive. I will definitely be back for future services.

Josh and Benji really helped me out alot. They pointed out a major oil leak on my vehicle that would have caused serious problems if I hadnt of caught it. Very professional and helpful. Definitely returning soon.

Just left a few minutes ago. We are settled in at an RV park nearby and desperately needed an oil change. Exceedingly helpful staff, nice, polite, and thorough. Washed the windshield, checked air pressure, showed me the engine air filter and didnt try to sell me one because it was fine and I received a free car wash! Top notch service! Would recommend to anyone staying in Yuma or the Foothills.

Talked to Sharon to see if an appointment was needed for an oil change. No appointment needed- first come first served. Got there and was immediately approached by a technician who took my information. Very professional and helped me through my decision. Only had to wait about 20 minutes. The tech showed me the cabin air filter and gave me the option to replace it. Of course it needed to be replaced. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. Will definitely see me again.

The work provided was decent however when we asked the attendant for the price prior to work we were told 69.95 when the car was finished we were told the total was 150.00. Not too happy with double the quoted price. I believe there is a law about estimates not being more than 10percent of the estimated amount.

I went there for 2 rock chips in the windshield of my RV. They came right to my door before I even got out.The first young man couldnt answer a question I had, he acknowledged that he was new and immediately brought another tech over ( I appreciate anyone who admits to being new and not making up an answer) The tech that answered my question was very polite and knowledgable. I was in an out in no time. Oh and he cleaned my dirty, buggy windshield before I left.I highly recommend them.

Just left. Horrible experience. Dripped soap on sides not on roof or windshield. Kept stopping and saying I had to back up and then stopped and said go forward. Water sprayed only once. Not a real spray- a squirt gun spray. And then it said leave and turned on dryer. Complained to man and he said it had gone through its entire cycle and I quote that “ you are SOL”.Car dirtier than when I went IHave matte finish and need touch less wash. But am sitting in at Tropic Car Wash to at least be able to see out of windows.They will be SOL before I step foot into any of their businesses at that location

I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with their service. Took all of 15 minutes start to finish. Express is right. Thank you Pioneer, I will be back!

Was quickly done. Actually higher than the dealer $60 is too high for conventional oil.Was not told the coupon was used to operate the car wash. The dealership are the people who know your car. Some dealerships one can by 4 oil changes for a big discount.

They focus on using high Quality Mobil products in their express oil change services. Google did not show this fact, even when i searched for it. My vehicle was ready in less than 10 minutes. They are quality professionals at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone who wants fast and friendly service with Mobil products.

I needed a last min oil change. Usually go to the Dealership but they were booked. I saw them on the side of the road as I was driving. Decided to give them a try.... something was off and something still is, they finished the oil change within 20 min??? Which I get it maybe it does happen that fast but I don’t think they check my tires? Or anything else. Also way too pricey. Dealership does my synthetic oil for 40$ Pioneer charged me close to 80$ which I think is a rip off for my car. Didn’t really feel welcome. The receptionist was just cleaning her tupperaware, she just finished eating at 2pm,no regards of customer service. I doubt I’ll come back. I’d rather just wait and schedule somewhere I know that is high quality and not a rip off.

Great when you need a quick spa for your car

Didnt know it was possible, but my truck left the car wash dirtier than it arrived. Spent $12 on the extreme wash and it left a film all over my truck. It was bad enough that it made my rear view mirrors useless. Id recommend going down the street to get a better wash.

Brought in a friends car that had been “moved into” by a pack of pack rats from Colorado. The mechanics spent a lot of time cleaning it out for me, which certainly wasn’t part of their job description. They were amazingly helpful to this visitor from out of town.

I needed a wash and a lube and was close so I pulled in, asked if they could change the oil filter and lube my truck then I would get into line for a wash. The lube was quick. The wash was great.The experience was great! Except the payment machine for the was did not want to take my card. It liked my cash.

My experience at Pioneer express lube was outstanding. I was kindly greeted right away and my vehicle then went into the shop. They have a nice a waiting room with complementary sodas and coffee and the service was very fast(under 15 minutes) which also included a free touch free car wash . Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend pioneer to anyone needing an oil change.

Just an oil change. Quoted $38.99 plus a small fee for extra oil since the book calls for 7.7 qts. Small fee turned out to be over $16 for a total over $60. Warn me and give me the option to go somewhere cheaper instead of a surprise after the work is done.

Went for the $38 oil change, when finished my bill was$69, they said it wS because I have a new style oil filter that costs extra. I explained in all of my oil changes Ive never been charged extra for the oil filter. They removed the charge, so all is well I guess

As soon as we drove up to the shop door a gentleman who was working on a vehicle came straight to our car to check us in. He wrote all of our info down and then told us where the waiting room was and about helping our selves to complimentary soda and coffee. We went inside and the lobby was very clean and we were greeted by a nice lady, named Sharon.Every employee we came across was very kind and respectful. Plus we only waited about 15 minutes for the service to be completed. Cleans dirt off ..not very clean...haze left

Been there twice and didnt get my car washed once because its so slow.

They took my car right in and started the service, and found that the air filter was plugged up. So they showed me that it needed replaced, they cleaned the air filter housing, had the new one in and oil filter and oil changed in no time. Great job!

Got oil changed and free car wash. Well leaving my engine ran rough. I got out onto the road it smoothed out but the next morning when I started the car I had a check engine light! p500. A non specific code. I think something was checked by the apparently new trainee. He may have bumped a sensor or ....?. Light went off after one full day.
