These guys do such a great job. I took my car there to get the windows tinted when it was fresh off the lot. A few years later now and I got a truck. These guys left my truck looking good with new tint and the wash.

Not the best wash I have ever had. When I got home and looked it over. I was disappointed. I have had a lot better washes from the $5.00 drive through than this $11.00 wash. The windshield still had their wash code showing inside and the inside was worse than when I took it in. The wheels were nice and clean. The exterior finish still had more humming bird poo than I wanted left on it. I guess that Im just not the kind of customer that they like. I paid my bill, left my and headed home. Maybe I shouldnt have gone so early. I havent a clue.

Thought they did a good job at first but upon closer inspection, they almost completely neglected the back seats lots of dust still back there, the area were the seatbelts come out of were still dirty, the visors weren’t touched at all and the middle compartment was still extremely dusty. The polish they use to make the black parts stand out wasn’t blended out all the way, several sticky spots. Otherwise, decent.

Romeos Car Wash does exceptional work! My suv had not been washed in months and when they were done it looked like a new car!It was well worth the 2 hour wait!

There is no question that this place does quality work but he prepared to pay a pretty penny for the work. I wanted to get my car detailed but I dont want to pay $99 for a basic clean. I got my windows tinted there a few months ago and the was an easy process and I like that it has a lifetime warranty so I dont have to worry about it but again this place is a little pricey for my liking. That is the only reason for the 4 stars, quality is 5 stars - price

I have taken my cars in the past to Romeos for car tinting. I tried taking my car this morning for window tinting and the workers there are rude by not helping us with what we need. From the reception being rude to the back workers not being professional. I will never tried to go back there again, two times I’ve been turn down!! I rather pay a little extra and get an actual appointment. This business runs like if you were in San Luis Mexico, actually I think you would get better service in Mexico knowing how they now run their business! I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone!

I have been here for over an hour and my car just got to the wiping down area…not near enough employees to keep up. Slower than ever since I started coming here years ago. Romeo; solve this problem or start losing loyal customers!!!

Good tint job, (wish they would have done what I asked) but it did turn out good they are okay detailing, fast workers overall great place to take your car and wait for a wash they have a comfy seating area for you to wait or you can look around their little gift shop area.

$28 for the 2nd level cleaning (not even the high end) ... they called me out to my vehicle (like it was done) well before it was completed. Then when the man that was cleaning told me it was done, there were bugs still all over the windshield and front of the vehicle, spots on the mirrors and windows. Seats werent cleaned and so much more. They dont care about cleaning your vehicle, only about charging exorbitant prices for terrible work. The guy with the truck before me, also had to make the cleaning guy redo multiple things on his truck that was missed. This car wash is a RIPOFF.

Had my windows tinted back in 2011 and recently in 2021. They do a great job, and clean the car as well. (Deep clean) not that b.s.They finish quick and actually finish it on time. And I didnt have to wait 2 weeks or set an appointment, like other places in town.

Arrived at 2:05. At 2:25 car still hadnt been vacuumed or moved. Watched about six cars that arrived after me come through wash. Woman at register didnt seem to think it was a problem. Manager not available. Attendant said car just came in. I told her to check time on my receipt. Lousy service and attitude!

We had to wait 2.5 hours! When we asked how much longer it would be after 1.5 hours, the manager tried to let us take the car before they finished cleaning it. We werent the only ones waiting forever either. We wont be going back.

The windows did not get cleaned. Mirrors we untouched. And the tires didn’t get any attention. I took it back. The manager was kind of a jerk. 160.00 for a Kia??? That’s a lot for a small car that was well kept. I took it in to be detailed because it was going to a car lot to be sold. I don’t think I’ll go back.

The few times I have had a problem they have always corrected it immediately. I just wish they were bigger and had more employees cause they sure draw a crowd! Lol

Went to go get my windows tinted they told me itll be $169 and they told me to go back the next day I did I dropped my car off at 7 in the morning(i was the first person ther) i didnt get my car back till 6 in the afternoon and having to pay $189 and the tint had bubbles hair particles and the tint was folded and they scratch my window with a razor blade i told them about it and they said they are not responsible for it after they scratch my window. The car is new off the lot i told the manager and all he did was laugh and told me to take them to court in which i will be doing terrible service i dont recommend them

I waited for over one hour and a half! They left so many stains on the passenger door and they didnt vacuum the trunk. They middle part was still dirty and no air refreshner was put on my car. I paid for 29 dlls package... i think its not worth it

Took my car in at 7am to be in line first to get the windows tinted on my 1997 civic. Someone who I presume was the manager, boss, or owner (unsure) came out to help and get information on what I wanted done at around 7:30 which was awesome. 1pm rolls around, so I decided to head up and see the progress of the car. Car was just washed and sitting to dry which was awesome. I walked around the car checking out the tint noticed one little spot that could probably be fixed before it left, so i let them know and the guy pulled it back around to fix it. In the process of that, he had to remove my rear speaker cover garnish which is one piece that covers the entire rear speaker setup. In the process of doing so, a piece of plastic that covers the rear seat keyhole (to allow the seats to go up and down) was missing from the rear garnish piece all together. Not sure if it fell out when they removed it, but it was nowhere to be found inside of the car upon taking it home. Which takes me to my next handful of issues. I took my car home, then was out of town for about a week so I didnt get a chance to look over the interior completely. When I get home, i noticed the plastic keyhole cover missing, so i open the trunk and see window tint pieces ALL OVER my trunk and behind the back seat. In the process of looking for the plastic piece that went missing from my cars interior, I also find a broken razorblade behind the drivers seat, the same drivers seat who now has a 3 to 4 inch slice in the upholstery. Im guessing that was from the broken razorblade sitting there, and I bet if I reach my hand into the seat ill find that broken piece.1. missing interior plastic piece from rear speaker garnish.2. trunk and backseat full of window tint pieces. (this is a car wash, i should not have to re-vacuum my vehicle coming from a car wash).3. broken razorblade sitting behind drivers seat on floor.4. slice in back seat from a razorblade.Now I know this is an old 97 civic, but ive put ALOT of work into getting this interior as clean as it can be for a 97. There was a very tiny cut on the seat (maybe half inch) prior to any of this which was there since i got the car, but the new cut WAS NOT there and absolutely done at Romeos. (im assuming with the broken razorblade on the floor)I spent 350 dollars on ceramic tint and the car looks incredible with it, and there have been ZERO issues with the tint whatsoever, but the lack of care with my vehicle is not okay.

How can they have so many bad reviews? You would think they would step up their game by now. I Just called to get a quote (giving them the benefit of the doubt) and the lady on the phone was RUDE! they need to work on their customer service because they have just lost a potential customer, I rather go spend the extra money at Charos Audio where they seem to be more customer service oriented, didnt have this issue when I called them.

Extremely long wait. However, the staff did an amazing job.

Used to love this place but about two weeks ago (last time I went) NO ONE was wearing a mask and even a customer wasn’t and was not told anything (inside). I spoke to the person in charge (today by phone) and was told that it will never be required for the employees to wear one. I’m just letting you know so that you can decide before going or not.

Needs to improve customer service on the phone, slightly rude. General consensus, not just my experience. The rest of the staff seems friendly and accommodating. Good tint job on my car and did repairs according to the warranty when requested.

Best car wash in Yuma!

I went to have my car washed there and it was ok but I notice a lot of brown bug spots that DO come off werent washed off or even attempted to try and clean it off. Will not have my car washed there again. The girl that works inside she is really sweet and funny I really liked her. I had my windows tinted there not too long ago and that they did do a great job and wash, I just dont understand why this time it was so bad in washing it and I even paid to the $27.00 job thinking it would be the better one. Oh well like the saying goes (live and learn) Thanks anyways Romeos Car Wash. And I even tip the guy.

I stopped in on a spur of the moment to schedule my window timt. They got me in immediately, and they washed my truck. Great place, great service, and incredible prices.

I drove out from San Diego to pickup a camper shell and needed my truck washed, detailed and waxed before the shell was installed. I only had about an hour before my appointment to have the shell installed. Everyone got it done. Great staff and a very efficient system provided by some very hard working staff. The best in Yuma! Hands down.

Definitely looking forward to my next visit here. They cleaned the interior of my car so well, it was like I had picked it from the factory they day my car was built. They did an amazing job at shampooing the back seat from spilled milk (sat there for about 4 days, in yuma heat). Can say I had a great first time with them. Oh and their waiting room is comfortable, my car took about 2.5 hours, nice nap on the couch.

The staff who works the car wash post wash are extremely understaffed. It should not take 2 hours to get a machined car wash.

Excellent service and a great value. My wife recently traveled over 3000 miles with our dog in her car and it showed. For $23 the crew at Romeos made it look like new again. Hand dried not just the exterior but the inside and the door jams, blew out all the water from the mirrors and crevices with compressed air and washed every bit of glass. Will definitely bring my vehicles here on a regular basis. Of note, this thorough process took about an hour but I challenge anyone else to get your vehicle this clean in less time.

Been using Romeos for quite a few years. They are very consistent in their quality service. Almost always opt for the Ultimate, and I can think of only one time in all the years that the car wasnt as clean as I expected. They quickly rectified my concerns. They are very thorough with vacuuming, the outer wash is superior, and the detail cleaning is superb. It always feels like money well spent as I get in my sparkling clean vehicle after they tell me its ready.

Its a convenient location, but hot and cold when it comes to service. Its a little on the expensive side. Visited yesterday and wasnt completely satisfied with the job. There have been other times it was really good.

One of my friends recommended Romeos Car Wash. This is my second time here for the services. I paid for the deluxe plan and they are super detailed with cleaning every spot of my car. I really appreciate the work and thoroughness. They are a bit under staff so if you are washing your car here with the extensive service, then expect a long wait.

Well there are signs all over saying thank you for your patience! Please be patient!and I know why!! Our car was the first car in the middle row after going thru the car wash! Waiting to be dried and detailed! We waited 1 hour our car was still the first car in the middle row!they started drying the next few cars that were in the other rows and behind ours! I only heard them call out that two cars were done while we were there! I finally went and asked them to finish my car so we could get out if there! They told me they do them in order the first row then the middle row then the last row 3 cars per row! 1 hour and no cars left????? Really??? So when they called that our car was ready it had water spots on it on the mirrors and windows! And wheels? So what did my $25 pay for??? A drive thru the car wash???? Then there’s a sign inside the store where they are asking you to please put in a good review???? Good service deserves good reviews!!! You get the review you deserve and 2 stars was better then you deserved!!!

There are two Romeo Car Wash establishments in Yuma, Arizona. This is the first Ive been too, and I am happy to report that this is a full service car was, unlike many of the limited number of car wash places in Yuma that are not full service and charge customers as if they are.Anyhow, this particular car wash is clean. The service on a Thursday mid afternoon was fairly expedient and decent, and the staff was friendly and professional.I rate it four stars because their prices are overpriced for the quality of average service performed; just a personal opinion.Overall its a good place to get a full service wash.

Friendly and after a long journey my husbands truck was sparkling clean again 😁

They did an absolutely excellent job. My Porsche was spotless when they were finished with it.

They did a good job on washing my car but it took over 1.5 hours with them moving cars ahead of mine for no obvious reason. This made a car wash which should take no more than 45 min, with the level of dirtiness and how busy they were, take more than double that amount. There were 4 cars ahead of me and, by the time mine was washed, at least 8 cars had gone ahead of mine. Store was very clean and has a variety of items to purchase. They have a small waiting room inside and another outside. There are not enough seats, though, for the backlog of people waiting for their cars.

I had the deluxe cleaning and they didnt get it.they didnt cleaned the dash but they just wipe it down or off not cleaned, one hour waiting and paying and not get it. The floor mates was not cleaned and put back in but they did put them in the bead of the truck.so you need to known that no one is looking out for you here the consumerN

They are okay, but not what I expected when I had my car detailed for $150. When I told them about some of the things that were missed he said part of it they dont do and I would have to bring it back to have the rest redone which meant I would have to wait in line. So did it myself

This place has a store with a unique atmosphere, and the people who washed our vehicle did a good job. In addition, we were able to get a steering wheel cover that works excellent for the long hot summers.

Clean and sparkle like a gem

It was a great clean. But they said they would be done be 530. This gave them over 3 hours. I get there at 530 and it takes another half hour. I had to cancel dinner plans. I understand it takes a while. Tell me 6 then.

My suggestion is do not use this car wash. Very poor service. I sat there for an hour after the car was washed and the inside hadnt even been touched. So I left with the inside still dirty. 😡😡

These guys did a good job. My new car was filthy from being in and out of the field. I would have liked to see them do a quick wash off of my front rubber floor mats, they only vacuumed them and someone forgot to wipe down my back strip of chrome so there were water spots all over it. If those two things had been done I would give them 5 stars

Very long wait time even for the most basic wash and I still had bug spatter on my car. Seem like the employees are distracted talking to each other.

Make sure if you come you have no plans for the day as you will be here at minimum one hour. Dont get me wrong they do a good job but its by far the most insanely slow car wash I have ever been to. Ive tried multiple times on different days and always same result.

They do an excellent job at cleaning your vehicle. They can get busy so be patient and not in a hurry when you go here but an amazing job at what they do.

Good attention to detail and they didnt miss a spot on the inside of my windshield. That is one of my pet peeves and it happens why too often. Good job 100% ;)

They did an excellent job washing my truck (I went for the $8 outside only package). They need to be more transparent on wait times however as this took an hour and 20 minutes for just a wash and dry. I will come back but I will make sure to budget plenty of time

I was totally impressed with customer service of this stop. I was helped by Antonio Zavala. By far he is a really friendly guy from other washes. And as he works he makes it a fun job and to talk to him as well. I brought him my Mercedes to him which I hadn’t been organized with and left it espectacular. It was so well detailed cleaned. For sure I’ll be stopping by again. And have your crew work on my car again. Especially this specific guy. Thank you guy ms and thank you Tony.

Romeos car wash has always taken care of my familys cars and we have never been let down. The inside is clean and inviting, their bathrooms are immaculate, the cashier is so courteous, and their workers bust their asses to clean your car. I would have given a zero if I could. Waiting an hour and 45 minutes is ridiculous especially when they take other newer vehicles before yours. I do not blame the employees. I blame management and the owners. It is obvious to anyone who runs a business that you do not have enough help to provide good timely service. I have lived her for 15 years and never had a bad experience at Romeos it is a shame the way things have changed. Paid $40.00 dollars to have outside and inside washed and cleaned. You have permanently lost my business. For the cost and time you wasted I can do it myself.

I did not read all the negative reviews before bringing my 2015 MDX to Romeos. Im glad I didnt. They did a great job detailing my car. I had hard water spots from being parked by sprinklers for a week that wouldnt come off with a regular wash. They got all the spots out and my car looked beautiful inside and out.
