A long, long time friend has been recommending Express (and Accurate Automotive Attention) for a long, long time. Finally, “bit the bullet” and gave them a try. Was quite surprised to find them to be, literally, a full-service car care facility. Where I was expecting to see a little “mom and pop” operation I found a professional operation that “does it all”. Amazing! And, just a few blocks from home. First, I called to see if I needed an appointment for an oil change. The young lady on the phone likes her job...you can tell by the way she answers the phone (you don’t need an appointment). When I arrived the next day I was promptly greeted by Bill who told me the drill. “Drive around the end of the building and line up behind the second service bay (all the bays are well marked indicating the service performed there). Your wait time is about 15 minutes per vehicle ahead of you. Feel free to wait in our lobby while our technicians service your vehicle.” Okay. Got in line and saw about 3 cars waiting and 1 being serviced so figured I’d be home in an hour. Knowing the wait time is important because it would be easy to leave and come back another day. Anyway, I waited in the car until the tech got my vitals then I visited the very comfortable lobby. All this and they serviced my truck pleasantly and efficiently, too. I will definitely go to Express for my future automotive needs. Thank you!

I’m a service tech out of the valley on the road to Yuma for the day.My battery light came on “luckily” right before the Tacna exit. I called them as they were listed as a AAA authorized service center. They sent a tow truck from Yuma to take me to the shop. The tow truck driver was great and when we got to the shop they were great too. They checked out my car quickly and it was the alternator. They said it would be tight time wise but they would see what they could do. Gave me hotel info just in case, but they got the part and installed it right before closing. I would definitely recommend this service center!

Traci was heaven sent she she went out of her way transported us around and picked us up on her own time, even invited us to her home. I took my Hyundai Tucson in for oil/air filter change and due to mileage on the car, front and rear differential servicing before my long trip back north (yes, a snowbird). The work was professionally handled and completed quicker than I expected. The friendly atmosphere at the facility was contagious. Must be a great place to work. I will certainly keep them in mind for my car care when I return next fall/winter.

Express Auto/RV Care Center provided me with amazing service. I knew my car needed looked at it didnt sound right. Bill was professional he kept me updated on what was going on. My vehicle runs like its new. I would highly recommend this place.

Overall I had an OK experience with the RV wash services. I think that there should be more than just two guys washing RVs to minimize the wait time, especially since they wash one vehicle at a time. This includes the drying and detailing. This also makes the detailers seem to rush and not do as good of a job that I know they are capable of doing. This would also help avoid delays during lunch times. I understand employees have to take a lunch break but this should be advertised in the hours of operation. The services on the lube side of the house were great! The technicians were professional and took their time to explain the services provided. I will be using all of these services again but I hope there are improvements made to the RV wash services.

I have a dodge 3500 6.7 Cummings and they did a very good job on my power steering gear box replacement for the price that was quoted and washed my truck,I was very pleased with the kindness of the people employed there. The costumer service was great,I would highly recommend express auto anytime

They serviced my Class A motorhome to include diesel pusher oil change, lube the chassis, and oil change to the generator. They checked all fluid levels and even the tire pressure. I’m very happy with their service as well as their reasonable price for the services provided. I would recommend them to anyone needing to have their RV serviced.

Thanks to previous posters for great advice.We brought our motorhome in for an an oil change first thing in the morning. The staff was polite, professional and efficient. We were allowed to stay in the rig while the work was done. Only 5-7 minutes!The price was reasonable and we were given a discount on future services for being a first time customer.We would highly recommend Express Auto RV Care Center to the owner of any vehicle. Their business model should be cloned and required everywhere.

I brought a car in for an oil leak. Where I thought it was coming from didn’t matter one bit. After paying them to pull the engine front apart, they told me I needed to replace my oil pump (wrong) and many other things to the tune of 2.5x the car’s value. STOP right there, I said, because my gut was telling me this was not right.Months later, I sold the car to an enthusiast whose mechanic friend discovered Express must have disconnected the cam gears and put fake markings on them. I call that sabotage. Express had no permission or need to get into the cam to diagnose an oil pump (at the bottom, inside the oil pan). Seriously?!If you need more than an oil change or a vehicle wash, strongly consider going somewhere else.

I came in without an appointment and drove my pickup into the bay and in less than a half hour they were done. The price was reasonable and the employees were friendly and helpful. I will recommend Express Auto Care to anyone.

Normally I do my own oil changes and maintance. But found these guys to be honest and upfront with costs. $70 out the door with high milage oil change and full car wash. And typically in less than 30 min total.

Came down from North Dakota to visit my parents. Got there and noticed one of my axle boots leaking grease. My dad called Jeff to make an appointment and said it would be the following week on Wednesday, that’s the day I wanted to leave so he said bring it in Monday morning and I will sneak you in. Plus the found a few other things that I had fixed also. Plus they gave me a free wash. I want to move there thinking about putting in an application for the wash department. Great service

Called to try to set up appointment for a transmission service and was told first come, first serve only.Drove to location at 11:55 AM to find them closed 12:00 to 1:00.Returned at 1:00 to be told we dont perform transmission services in the afternoon...only in the morning....he asked me to bring it in in the morning.....Tomorrow? I asked...No, were closed tomorrowI wish the person I originally called would have given me all their actual requirements to get the transmission service done...and maybe add that theyre closed from 12:00 to 1:00.Ive used their services in the past and was happy with them. They gladly performed a transmission service in the afternoon last time...I guess theyve changed their requirements?Hopefully Ill eventually jump through the right hoops to get it done!😂

I have used this place for roughly three grand worth of repairs over time. They have been legit all the way. Never tried to upsell or get me to do more than what was needed, but also didnt try to cut corners. Just did the work that was needed or requested. Very good at communicating, phone calls and updates are above average. Local pickup and delivery so I dont need to worry about finding a ride. I have a friend that uses their wash service regularly and loves it. Without question this is my shop for non-dealer work.

Had a starting problem with my 2015 Caddy SRX. Took the car in mid afternoon. First thing the following morning they called to advise that they checked things over and had determined the battery was bad. They replaced the battery. The price was fair and the service was excellent and timely. Appreciated that they had a courtesy vehicle available that took me home and picked me up the next day. Friendly and professional in every way. They have earned my future business. Highly recommend them.

Took in a 2003 Dakota with 122K plus miles. Asked them to check the brakes, which they did. They also checked the entire vehicle and pointed out two other items that needed attention. When I chose not to have these items fixed, there was no argument - just charged me a reasonable amount to check the brakes. I would use them in the future.

Dirty, remodeling, but failed to mention it! hallways trashed! reserved a king room got a small double bed room, they did manage to fix that...

Plusses- there was no line, so I just pulled up, at 8am on a Friday, and pulled right into the service bday. The service tech was polite and efficient. I was able to stay in the vehicle with my dogs because they have a pit.I knocked off a star because I was quoted a price of $35 on the phone, but was charged $50. I didnt contest it because a) thats still a reasonable price for an oil change and b) i was in the office with people who werent wearing masks and I just wanted to get out of there.I knocked off another star because several staff were ei her maskless or wearing them with their noses uncovered.That said, I would go back because it was so quick and easy and I was able to stay in my RV with my dogs.

Just had my RV washed - did the wash with spray wax/tire dress option. Very disappointed. The fellow who worked the passenger side did an excellent job, the fellow working the driver side....not so much. Have washed my car there many times and have had good luck. Decided to give the RV wash a try and feel cheated. Dont leave without getting out to see what things look like. I was told I was done and left without checking. Found out when I got back to put it away how bad the driver side looked. Might be a good idea to check your car wash before you leave as well. Looks like Ill get to rewash the driver side myself. Will call the mobile guys next time.UPDATE - I see that they posted a response to my original review and offered to give me a re-wash...I took them up on the offer and they treated me very nicely, did the entire bus not just the side I had issues with and did a excellent job this time around. As I stated in my original post that part of this is on me for not looking it over before leaving. I didnt this time either, but did a total inspection prior to putting it back into storage and it looks great. Thanks to the crew and the staff who went out of their way to make things right. I appreciate their efforts. Very satisfied with my wash. Will change my review to 5 stars due to their concerns for an unsatisfied customer and the all the extra efforts they made to make things right.

If you want an excellent job done on your vehicle when it comes to detailing and vacuuming, I suggest this place. I have black carpet and a long haired white dog. They did a fabulous job getting all the hair off. Car was spotless. Well worth what I paid for.

My vehicles fuel sensor failed, but I was able to get it to the shop right at quitting time. They called on Friday to authorize and order parts. On they called AT 9:30 AM on Monday morning and the truck was done. For not having an appointment I was really pleased with their services. I have been using their services for 14 years and I have never been disappointed. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

This place was awesome! Definitely on the list of places to my RV. It was very easy to find and get around the back for service. I got an oil change, lube, tires checked, and a new air filter. The guys doing the work were professional and quick. I was in and out in no time. Great service at a great price!

Actually went thru the hand wash car wash. $10 for the regular wash. Wouldve spent $12 washing it myself with a wand.

Brought my Kia in to ck clunking noise, ended up needing struts, had them do lube n oil, n ck air they found my thermostat was bad. Took a week to get done as they had to wait on parts.Bill was great keeping me informed n gave me a loaner car. Was all alitte pricey but over all fantastic friendly service n highly recommend.

A horrible experience the employee got oil all over the inside of my car. So of course it ended up all over my clothes too. I was so angry. If your reading this I recommend to Google somewhere else.

When we arrive in Yuma we have our RV serviced before setting up in our RV park. We have been doing his for the last seven years. Always friendly and good service. Occasionally we have to drive more miles than we like to arrive by Friday. Would be nice if they were open on Sat.

Had them do an oil change and service on my diesel pusher motorhome. Huge parking lot, lots of room to maneuver into their large RV service stall. No appointment needed, first come, first serve. Took about 1.5 hours to do the job. Price was reasonable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We had a great experience at Express. We love that there is no appointment needed for an RV oil change. You just drive up and have it done. It was done quickly and efficiently. They also checked our tires and air filter and changed our generator oil. They also carry synthetic oil. We will definitely be using their services again.

Needed to wash our 32 motorhome and enclosed trailer after 3 days traveling through slushy roads. The end baby is set up just for large rigs. Wands and brush both sides of bay. Controls easy to operate. Attendant on duty who can change large bills and a change machine for ones and fives. We have used this before and will again. Easy access. Next to Bashas grocery.

We stopped by along with two friends with Class B RV’s needing an oil change and within an hour all three of us were back on the road.If you are looking for quick and professional service with great personnel, don’t hesitate. From the front desk, to the guys doing the work, to the cashier, they were all nice.Very satisfied. Quick checkup done, Oil was changed, tire pressure set and the chassis was lubricated, all at a great price.

Just had my f250 crew cab fully detailed here this morning. Looks and smells fantastic ! Like new !! The people offer at express and Accurate auto are always helpful. Also got a free frequent flyer card to earn free car washes!

They diagnosed and repaired a problem we have been having for a year. Excellent service and quote was the same as bill. We have a 2015 diesel and it had a bad thermostat in the DEF tank. Finally fixed, yeah.

I brought myJeep in and outlined my problems to the manager. He listened intently to what I thought the issues might be. He offered to perform a quick analysis right away. Regretfully, it took three days and three different technicians at the different shop locations to try and solve the mystery. I was treated fairly and respectfully. We managed a quick fix but, I would go back to this shop without reservation.. They offer the type of Customer service you don’t usually see anymore!!
