I have always gone here before the pandemic and they have always done an amazing job. I just went today and am not satisfied when it was done I do give a good tip. They were very friendly and nice and they had no problem helping what wasnt done when I asked just seemed like they were all new at this job. I give my one star for the service they tried and they have a good attitude working in the heat. I think I will be finding a new car wash.

Been waiting here an hour and truck is still in line to be pulled into being washed. Super slow moving car wash. Plan ahead 2 hours if you come here.

Extremely slow.... it took nearly 2 hours for them to vacuum the interior and to put my car thru the automated car wash and dry it. Very poor service. Very slow. Dont go here unless Happy Boy Car wash (down the street across from the High School) is closed.

Good place to get a car wash but I try to get change from the front cashier she tried to charge me for a soda just to get some change who does that thats my only complaint other than that its great to get your car washed

It takes about 1-2 hours for the wash. So bring some food. They do a good job though. Bought some of their packs for multiple washes for future visits.

Great hand wash job! Asked for bug removal from long driving trip and they did a great job. Pleasant staff.

Place under new management.new owner very nice. They need to do some remodeling. Make it look fresh.To me a it was dull looking. It is on The Main Street Yucaipa Boulevard, and you really cant notice it anymore and its in competition with a couple of other car washes that are more. Modern and up-to-date color-wise and just the place needs an uplift.

I recently moved to Sacramento and waited until I came back home to visit to have my car detailed here. The price is reasonable and the quality of the detailing inside and out is awesome. My brother saw the work they do and now plans to bring his car here from now on. He lives in Riverside. Wish I had before and after pictures.

Came here early this morning when no one was there. New owner or “manager” was rude... The moment I saw his attitude and felt his bad energy, I immediately knew I wouldn’t let anyone in that place touch or drive my 4 series bmw red interior. Anyone who has a luxury car... DONT TAKE IT HERE. Just my advice 👌

Great service, friendly (very hard) workers. I pretty sure theyve changed owners recently but the service seems to have only improved (not that it was bad before). I stop here every time Im visiting my mom at her home in Yucaipa. Highly recommended.

Well they tried like crazy to upsell me. I got the mid wash. It really made me wonder if they worked hard enough since I didnt get the best wash.

I tried to get my car washed 15-20 minutes before they close on different occasions and they block the driveway. If you close at 1700 then close at 1700. If you close at 1630 then put that you close and 1630. I dont care what the reason is, dont close your establishment early because you lose customers like me. Ill take my business to Redlands.

Incredible! The vehicle went in one day, then came back the next day, with a very serious problem, and the only response we could get out of them was, Its a coincidence. Indeed. Elderly people who go there trust that they will be treated fairly and not cheated out of hundreds of dollars, and all they get is the shaft. Avoid this place at all costs. They are a bunch of thieves!

Showed up at 4:45pm on a sunny afternoon in the summer. Employees said that theyre closed, even though they dont close until 5pm. Not a good sign, especially when theres a banner that says under new management.

I just left this place after an employee told me my Silverado 1500 was too big and heavy to go through their wash. I just wanted a basic wash with no vacuuming, no air freshener or anything else added. Pretty simple. My truck does have a dealer installed 6 lift like all the others you see around. And its fits through the automated washes at Shell gas stations, which I explained to the employee. I asked what had changed, since I had been coming here for the better part of a decade and about two years with this particular truck. He replied it was because they were under new management. I have taken this truck there since the time frame they went under the new management. So that still didnt make sense to me. Then the employee told me that the only way they could wash my truck is if they did the highest most expensive wash/wax package they offered.LOL. So, I took my truck down the street to Happy Boy car wash and they got me in and out fast with no problem and ended up doing more service than I asked for! Which made me feel pretty good about spending my hard earned money elsewhere. Furthermore we also have a wheel chair modified vehicle that sits almost as high as my truck. My wife likes to go to the oil change place that includes a bisic wash voucher with oil change. We may stop taking our business there as well since she may not be able to use the voucher anymore. By the time I left this place, it felt more like this place/employees didnt feel like washing my big dark colored vehicle on a hot day without making more money from me. Not a good feeling.

All the supplies used at 3 st car wash is McGuire a very high performance material that guarantee a clean shine, towels are always being washed/ replaced and the co-workers are just excellent . I advise you to either ask for ENRIQUE, FRANCISCO M, OR ISRAEL

This car wash used to be good, totally sucks now. I took my black Audi A8 in on April 16th 2018 to give it one more try and got the worst guy possible.The car wash was not busy at all considering it was a Monday. Rims were still greasy, handprints all over my car, and a little chip in my passenger side door. I have been going there for years but I will never go back. Short little hispanic guy is the worst and is very lazy yet had no problem putting on his radio station on in my car. Very unprofessional! Fire his ass and I will go back.

When I first got here I pulled up to the vacuums. I sat there a good 5 mins before I was approached. I then had the pleasure of meeting Caesar. He immediately began hitting on me. Trying to up sale and being rejected, he then told me that for free I could have his number. First off I dont know how in the world this dirty ass chump thought he had any chance with me at all... But as I got out of my truck to walk inside he looked up and down me and at the moment I wanted to get back in my truck and leave! I get free car washes here when getting my oil changed at fastrac, but from now on I will not be coming back! Is rather pay for one elsewhere!

There is now a 4x4 inch scratch patch on my passenger door. I thought it was odd that the guy that was drying the car didnt stick around for a tip he just walked by with the keys then walked into the car wash area. I talked to the manager and the owner and both said those are old scratches So is that what they are trained to tell the customers? The scratches were new ones that her employee did. She said her employees only rub in a circular motion- at that moment I pointed out an employee that was rubbing up and down on a car. Oh there must be a bug she said-yah and they dont always go in a circular motion. The owner was rude and would not let me finish my sentences. She would not take responsibility! Do no go to this carwash!!!

Very disappointed.It took a longtime and the interior looks the same.I got the 5 star package thinking Id get a 5 star result and the seats and trunk look the same.The only thing that has a result is the dash and half of the center console.I wish I wouldve gotten the 5 star result but from now on Ill be going to Redlands.

I stopped eGoing to this place along time ago because they take entirely too long. Today I was in a hurry so I went in there again. The place is a dump, falling apart, and the employees are unprofessional one making racial slurs. My car took over an hour to get done and it was not even crowded. The guy purposely drenched my rims in tire dressing and I had to go home and wipe them myself. I will never go back, the place is garbage.

Hard workers and fast cleaning

Tried to get cars washed with my husband and they had the driveway blocked with cars before they closed. I would rate their service but I did get any!

1.5 hour carwash.Not enough staff poor guy was vacuuming ticketing and working register. I thought slavery ended.owner where r u. No contact info anywhere.
