Dont understand whats going on with the self service CarWash...previously, was a great place to stop in at any hour, and wash the car- with all accessories available..BUT..NOW?stopped in to a stall, went to machine to get change and to buy drying towel...took my money for the towel, dispenser didnt work!? Then wouldnt accept my dollar bills for change. Stopped by again a couple of evening ago....half the stalls, the lights were out (come on guys..not good or safe) pulled into one that was lit, machine took my dollar bills..dispensed tokens...went back to the stall, duck tape written note said careful inserting coins, go slow. So I did...and the tokens somehow collected and got stuck in the opening...kept trying to push through with another token...and deposited 3$ before I just couldnt take it anymore and left. Called today to see about a crdit...no answer. WHAT IS GOING ON DOWN THERE, ANYONE? I feel like Im in the Twilight Zone..accept Rod Serling had left the bldg! Bummed over it.

First time there and the gentlemen that work there were very nice and kind...Id like 2 say THANK YOU🙏VERY MUCH AND I DIDNT HAVE 2 WAIT LONG....SO 4 THOSE THAT HAVE NOT BEEN THERE YET,GIVE THESE GUYS A TRY....YA GOT A NEW CUSTOMER...IM VERY SATISFIED ...I WILL SEE YA. AGAIN IN 3 MNTHS👌🙌👍✋

Vaccumes out of order or no hose, car wash was terrible, wasted my money.

Havnt tried the oil change services, but I love the car wash attached to it. Has everything you need to get your car detailed and fresh 👌

Ive frequented this shop for 5 years and have always been pleased with their service.

The employees are great! But the machines arent as good as they should be. There is always something not working right when Im there. Today was the scent sprayer and a vacuum. Fix your stuff. Competetion is coming.

Absolutely terrible, worst car wash ever. $15 in tokens, no soap, no tire soak, no spot free rinse, no pre soak, 2 machines (1 for a Shamir & 1 for tire wet) stole another $2 in quarters, and the vacuum was weaker then a dirt devil upright at the best. What a joke. And of course, I must have been telling fibbs as the owner spoke and treated me as some kind of thug, and theif,. So as he told me, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK AS HE ISNT RESPONSIBLE. I UNDERSTAND THE VENDING MACHINES FOUL UP NOW AND THEN BUT NOT HAVING THE DETERGENTS AND CLEANERS AVAILABLE AS THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR IS SIMPLY ROBBERY AND SCUMMY, AS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD BE LYING IF I SAID ANYTHING OTHER THAN THEY NEED NEW MANAGER BADLY

Im grateful to know some amazing guys that always take care of me. In the terrible world of car mechanics and service centers there are few people that treat the car illiterate as people intraday of their next victim and that is the reason I will always do business with these guys. They are thoughtful and honest (at least at this location) and they always take great care of me and my car. Thanks again!

Shell Rapid Lube in Yucaipa is one of the best things you can ever do for your car and family. We have been receiving service from this location for almost 23 years. This place of business has always been blessed with outstanding staff. Right at the time of this posting, Steve is the manager. He has been with this location for almost a decade. He is clearly the best manager ever to serve the public from this locale. The staff is helpful, the location is convenient, and regular/scheduled lube-oil-filter maintenance is the best way to both preserve your car and squeeze the most miles per gallon from every gasoline fill up. I wholeheartedly give this place of business the highest possible recommendation ESPECIALLY if professionals like Steve continue to oversee service operations. Kudos!!

Where i get my gas and sodas

Their prices and service are very good. They also give you coupons for the car wash when you get an oil change, so I think this is a great deal. The guys are friendly and do their job quickly. I usually walk over to the Fat Greek and get a bite to eat and my vehicle is done when I return.

Damn right great price for moms car quick in and out plus free car wash cant beat that.

If I could give lower than one star I most definitely would and I very rarely give low ratings even if its warranted. Anyhoo, if you want a rip off and a still dirty car, this is the place to go! Need your dollars changed? IF the machines are working (that in itself is a win because apparently non working change machines at a coin only car wash is clearly the best method) be prepared to receive only .75 and a complementary air token. Amazing!! Then if youre in the market for a wash cloth get ready to donate $2 and never receive what you paid for, because hell thats something I always look forward to when I dispense my quarters in a machine. Everybody loves a ripoff! Best get your running shoes on and zip through the self wash because $1.50 will get you about 5 minutes of frantic washing with water pressure that wouldnt remove an ant size bubble. Not in the mood to self wash? Go ahead and try the automated wash and have your car come out patchy and somewhat clean and then end up having to tango with the self wash and still end up with a half sparkling car and a deep sense of self loathing and cursing yourself for even entertaining the idea of going to this carwash wonderland. Thanks again for the stellar afternoon of cursing, fighting with change machines, and dingy yet oddly shiny car! Youre the best!!

I like the staff here, all the guys are very friendly and courteous. I use their car wash often and get my oil changes here.One thing to mention however is that their claim of we honor other coupons is not very accurate. They do not honor ALL coupons, it is just a selective competitors, so call in before you bring the coupons.Oil changes take only about 20 minutes, and they have an area for you to sit and read your books.

I went too shell lube too get an oil change on my new ford focus wagon man they had me in and out of there so fast I thought I had whiplash by how fast they work and a free car wash on top of that which cost nine dollars but again was free for the oil change had my car looking so classy I almost fainted I,m happy I chose shell for my oil change and car wash, I will continue too use shell every three months for my oil change in Yucaipa,ca 92399.

This car wash SUCKS BADLY! I LOATHE HAVING TO COME HERE ON THE RARE OCCASION I DO. IF YOU WANT A CAR WASH WITH THE SHITTIEST PRESSURE AND THE LEAST AMOUNT OF FOAM THAT YOU COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE AND THEN SOME THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Its a damn shame to is a good location and a clean place. The timers are actually faster than real time so you getting ripped off there too. I really hate this place for washing cars

The car was as good as any other. However, you can do it yourself or go the automatic route. You can use debit/ credit cards aswell.

People are friendly they work pretty fast not too bad of prices but they could work on makeing there area a bit more visually pleasing

The guys are friendly and show me the air filters that should be replaced. They are never pushy about their recommendations.

Quick and efficient service. Got the standard oil change, and the guys showed me how dirty my cabin air filter was after the recent fires and gave me a great price to replace it.

This place is going downhill, as far as the car wash equipment is concerned. Never had my oul changed here, yeah I have been coming here for years to wash my cars. I spend $20 a weekend wash into cars. As of late, barely dispenses soap, barely dispenses wax, which also makes me unsure of the spot free. Had to move my vehicle from one stall to another on several different occasions due to broken equipment. Wands leak, trash all over stalls, inconsistent pressure, Definitely not what it used to be. Frustrating!

Ive washed my car there one time and that was the last time... but I do go there once a week to vacuum my car $1 for 5 min cant beat that.

Quick service with friendly staff plus a free car wash

Went there for a simple drive-thru car wash... The gentlemen who were working there were very friendly and knowledgeable. But when it came to the machines working there was problems.1. The far right automated wash bay wasnt working, the machine to put the money in was very outdated. It says that it will except $1.00, $5.00, $10.00 dollar bills an it doesnt. I tried a ten dollar bill first and it wouldnt work. Then i tried with 2 five dollar bills and it didnt except them. I went into the office on the property an the manager came out gave me different bills and it still wouldnt work. So I had to loose my place in line and use the second wash bay that had a line of 5 cars already waiting.2. The second Automated wash bay didnt have hardly any soap.More than one water sprayers were not working properly.3. Vaccum was not working adequately, it didnt have a very strong suction. It couldnt even suck up grass off the floor mats! It took me the entire 5 mins that cost me $1.00 to vacuum two floor mats!!--- I went up to the manager and made him aware of the problems with the suctioning on the vacuum and I said Which vacuum cleaner works the best? He said Youre using the best vacuum cleaner that we have. Im sorry that its not working properly, if you would like to come back this afternoon I should have all of the vacuum cleaner units cleaned out by then.** So what was supposed to be a very simple automated car wash and vacuum... that shouldve taken me at max 15 mins to do, ended up being over an hour! Im sorry the customer service was great from the manager. But I need up spending $10.00 on the car wash that was only $9.00 but the machine didnt give me my change.. So 10.00 on the car wash, that had no soap, broken jets and $3.00 on a vacuum cleaner that couldnt even clean my floor mats!It was a waste of money and time. Unless they can start putting in money to remodel the machines or replace them... I do not suggest anyone to go there for a while. Not unless you dont mind leaving $13.00 dollars less and still havbing a dirty car/truck inside and outside!Only nice thing they had going for them if the vacuum cleaner units would have worked was this:On Wednesdays they have a special:Free vacuum with the purchase of any car wash. WEDNESDAYS ONLY 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Great service kinda costly but changed both filters and oil and free car wash over 100 bucks but i guess thats the cost.it was fast and convenient.
