DISSAPOINTED!Ive been here multiple times and have been happy until today. I asked which wash would get the most done on the interior he said the most expensive one would $26 I usually go with the basic wash. The mats didnt appear to be vacuumed, the rear definitely wasnt vacuumed, seats werent wiped down the cup holder was dirty.

Very nice clean place. My van was washed and ready in about 20 - 25 minutes. I was very happy with the service and will be using them again.

I had been going to a different car wash in town since I got my first car until they were super busy one day so I came here. Oh boy am I glad I did. They are extremely fast and thorough with the wash. The employees are super friendly and I’m always super satisfied with the quality. I’ll never go to a different car wash from now on!

I brought my first car there and paid extra for detailing. They did not detail, nor did they vacuum very well AND they broke my door handle. Not happy! Decided to give them another shot with my second car. Same thing (except the door handle incident), NOT clean! They didnt vacuum very well and didnt wipe down the inside. What exactly did I pay almost $200 for anyway? Ill never go back, and I definitely dont recommend going there either. Very dissatisfied!!!

2nd time I tried this place. Vacuuming wasnt great, runner wasnt wiped down, and windows not completely clean. I can do a better job myself.

If i could give no stars i would. Took my car in today for a wash and decided to get the super wash. When i got my car it was still dirty with water spots all over. And the inside was NOT vacuumed or cleaned. I went over and spoke to the MANAGER. And he was absolutely rude, i could not believe it. I showed him the spots all over my car and he said it happens and that i am the only one complaining about my car. I asked him why my car was not vacuumed and he said it was, i showed him the inside and he then proceeded to say that his vacuum doesn’t reach certain areas. I told him that my seats move and he disregarded my comment. He told me he would not issue me a refund and that i could go clean my car myself. Absolutely disgusted with this car wash establishment and extremely poor service. I will never recommended this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and either wash your car yourself like the manager recommended or give your service to a better car wash establishment

I had an interior cleaning done on Wednesday morning. I was generally pleased with it initially as they did a good job getting all but the most stubborn stains off the seats. When I got home in the afternoon I noticed that the assist handles (to aide in getting in and out of the car) and the front ceiling light area had not been cleaned. I went back on Thursday to have them complete the cleaning but I was informed that they do not touch the ceiling. For the $100 I paid, I would have expected their cleaner to include that. I understand if they didnt clean the fabric, but these items are easily cleaned. Im disappointed that this was not covered and that such a simple accommodation was not afforded to me... I had been told previously if I wasnt happy they would fix it, but apparently they changed their policies or they arent all on-board with this...

Waste of time and money.. I took my car there today and when it was done it still had water marks.. I showed the guy and he said its because my car is black it drys quicker. He had no motivation to help. Poor vacuum job, and the inside was nearly cleaned. When i talked to the manager he was not professional. He did offer to was my car again but after all said and done 45 mins had gone by and wasnt going to waste another. 1 star is over rating this place.

My husband just took our car in. We had horrible horrible service. Our car was not clean, it needed vacuuming and wiping down but apparently they haven’t trained their employees to do that. We paid $25.00 for minimal effort. I have done a much better job with 4 kids next to me in 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money. I called and complained and the manager just stated “very dirty ma’am”. Yes, I’m not expecting for the car to look impeccable but a simple effort of wiping down and vacuuming by actually trying to make it look a little better would have been sufficient.

I paid $65 for waxing of my Jeep my Jeep theres still hair in my Jeep theres trash that was still underneath the seats i had to ask the to Rinse off my rubbee floor matsThey did not do a great job for $65 Im going to go up the street to the other car wash and see if theyll do a better job next time

Went in for a basic car wash, they didn’t even vacuum! I had to take it to a self wash and vacuum it myself! Next time going somewhere else. Told the owner and he did nothing to fix it. Said because I had pet hair, well it was evident and he didn’t even bother vacuuming at all? Waste of time and money.

My Uncles red cadillac was brand new and had water spots all over it. I paid the extra to get a hand wax and car was beautiful!

Treated my 2 year old son with the upmost respect and even cleaned all his toy cars for him even though we didn’t get a car washHad to return to give the employees a 20$ tip and a 12 case of beer because it doesn’t take much to make a child’s day but they made sure they did and I could see the happiness on their face including his so it was no question to treat them right with some cold beer and hard cash to show they’re appreciated

Wow, I honestly have no idea how people can rate this place more than one star let alone 5 stars. My husband took my car to the wash and had it washed and detailed. When it was time for me to work (I work nights) there was such a white haze on my left side windows and front windshield, I thought maybe just foggy windows. I put on the defroster and as Im driving it does not clear and making it very difficult to drive my car, thankfully it was night and I can see other car lights however morning comes and the sun beaming down on the windshield and right side windows made it so difficult to see. I tried cleaning it myself with a jacket I had in my car but it was so stubborn the product they used on my windshield it just made it worse. I go after work to ask if they can fix because its very difficult to see and dangerous, the guy working there basically tells me its my fault because I didnt put the windows down after the carwash and starts saying that its wet car, and I should put the windshield down and they used paper towels to clean the other side thats why its clear. Then he said I had to wash it again!! The problem wasnt outside my car it was inside! This place just wants your money and doesnt care about their customers.Honestly the man made no sense on the rationale of my windows being that way. It was so unsafe driving that way just beware before making the decision to go here and go else where, especially for your safety.

Well, after spending $120 for a wash and detail, I am not such a happy boy. Dust left between seats, under rear seats not vacuumed, door panels slightly still dirty. For the price and an hour and a half, I would expect a little more. I wont be returning.

Terrible business... they broke my car and wont take responsibility...stuck in front of their shop and they said its all my fault... I drove the car in and this is only my first time to this car wash... crap service... they need to take responsibilities for their actions...

I came to get my car wash and was disappointed that they are not following the CDC guidelines for COVID-19 . The receptionist was rude. They dont even sanitize the ATM machine and they dont provide sanitizer for cleaning your hands after touching the ATM. They even allow people inside without a mask.i will never come here again. If they dont care about the customers i can just imagine how they treat their employees.

They did a great job I would recommend it to anyone.

Pretty much your truck will get dry on its own they don’t vacuum it right you paid $36 with the tip included and nobody touches your truck for about 15 minutes so they do for work

Just went here for the first time after having a shady and unpleasant experience at the other car wash place up the Blvd on 3rd. I am happy to share that this place (Happy Boy) did a great job. They got my lifted full size truck done fast with no problems. They even did a little more service than I requested at no additional cost, and looks great! After my negative experience at that other place and the great professional service I received here, I will definitely be taking my vehicles back to here! Plus, this facility is MUCH nicer, cleaner, looks much more inviting and has more seating for customers.

My husband and I both brought our vehicles in to be washed and waxed. The staff did an outstanding job cleaning our vehicles. They were very friendly and courteous. The prices were very reasonable. We were very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend this car wash.

I would give them zero stars but couldnt erase this one star ... they damaged my daughters car inside shift column. When she brought it to the managers attention, he pointed his finger at her and said that SHE had done it! I will let all of my friends know that they should NEVER do business there!!!!

Visiting from Nebraska and use their services to clean the car. For under 20 dollars received a better wash and cleaning than a 100 dollar wash back home. I wish our car washes would be this pleasant to use. Highly recommend.

Decent wash job.. theres a reason theres numerous reviews to not leave ANYTHING in the car.. when you take your car here make sure your change is out and your kids Legos are out.. these items were in our car after they vacuumed it out when we put the kids car seats back in and magically disappeared when it was all finished up. Dont worry tho.. theyll just tell you theyre not liable for missing items.

If I could give a zero I would. This car wash is just unbelievable with the way the clean the inside of the vehicle and just the way they deal with customer issues! My cup holders were not wiped out, the surfaces of the inside were not wiped, I have leather seats and there was a little spot left from by my daughters carseat they didnt bother to wipe. I have a 2017 pilot so its not like my vehicle is trashed out, it is nice THESE people are frauds and do not do a good job. I called over the manager to have him look and he says we just barely wipe so you give $10 If u want it clean!!!! What I just paid $30 plus tip for a CLEAN vehicle!! He says oh well bye. Not lets resolve this, nothing! So I walk away with a half way descent vacuum job and a descent outside wash. So a $5-$10 job I paid about $40 and left with a dirty inside surfaces!!!! HORRIBLE!Never again!!!

This is a nice place with the shaded area to sit outside and watch your car get detailed or if youd like to cool off you could go inside I got a seating area and a couple video games to keep kids and adults busy while waiting they also sell snacks and refreshments

Excellent service. I arrived with 3 cracks in my windshield and left with 0. The windshield guy billed my insurance and I didnt have to pay anything!! I am thoroughly impressed.

Happy boys Car Wash usually does a really good job once in a while you have to check your car because they miss a couple things here or there always been happy with the work in the past prices are pretty reasonable.

They charged me an extra $2 on my bill when I got there, looked at the sign and pricing then looked at my slip he gave me. He added an extra $2 to my bill. They got oil stains all over my white car, they use the same dirty rags on all cars. My car was covered in random spots of grease and oil. Really dark long streaks, I paid for the full thing and watched my car go in and they didn’t use the soap station, also they did wash the under carriage of my car. That’s where I found the large streak marks of the oil and grease. If I can, I’ll attach photos. I have a third row seat in my car, they do not go all the way to back to clean either. Very disappointing for the money spent. Will not go back to this place and waist my money. Oh, last but not least. My car wasn’t even completely dry when they honked and said it was done, I had to call him back to dry the rest of my car. I would not waist my money if I were you.

I accidentally left a Morgan silver dollar in the car, and to my satisfaction it did not get vacuumed up, nor did it disappear.I also left a large wad of one dollar bills in the trunk.My trunk was cleaned and all of my possessions were safe.This carwash is reasonably priced, quick service, and does a great job on your car.5 stars!

Borrowed a friends mini van and brought it here for a wash before returning it. All employees were cordial and professional, vacuum and wash was just as it should have been, all windows were cleaned inside and out, interior and exterior wiped down and tires dressed. The guy drying even tried to remove some road tar even though signage in the shop indicated that tar removal was not included. No damage to the car and money in the ashtray was not tampered with. I could not have asked for better service or a better job of cleaning. Will come here again if I am in the area.

The guys that vacuumed and dried my car were absolutely fantastic! When I went back in to ask the cashier how I could get more cash in order to tip the guys more (they were so thorough!), the manager answered for her and was very rude to me. I was offering to buy something else in order to get the cash back, but he just kept saying, It charges me $1.50 every time I use the machine and then he finally said, Unless youre willing to pay the $1.50, which I would have been if he hadnt been so dismissive and rude in his demeanor. But I decided to just let it go. Also, they dont really have any incentive programs. My car looks great, though!!

Horrible. There website states they close at 5pm. When I show up a man is just waving his hands no at me. I ask him if they are closed and he says yes they close 15 mins till 5. I explained to him it was not 4:45 yet and he just kept repeating him self. I will never give this place my money. He was so unprofessional and rude.

Dont waste your time. I paid for the $19.95 wash, with polish, etc. Ha ha! Joke was on me. My car sat in the sun for 20 minutes before the body was wiped down and wet rags sat on the hood the whole time. Then the guy started wiping the body down with what appeared to be the same bottle of liquid that he did the windows with. Half way through wiping down the body and applying the tire treatment, someone came to repossess the employees car/truck, so he dropped what he was doing and ran out to stop the repossession. Again, my car sat until one of the employees took the initiative or was told to finish my car. When I inspected the car, the inside door panels were covered in dust. Just dont waste your time and money.

1 Star is giving more than I should give. Had to wipe it down after they were finished! The guy assigned to my car was more invested in what his peers were doing, and kept walking off and talking. Because of the time already wasted, I asked the manager to assign someone else. He told me no, I have who has it, and said I dont care if you have to wait for 2 hours. DO NOT GIVE THIS CRAPPY CAR WASH YOUR BUSINESS!Hope it closes down.

I paid for my new corvette to be hand washed. Overall, they did a good job washing the car and it was done quickly...maybe too quick because right after leaving I noticed huge scratch in the windshield. I took it back to the company immediately and they would not admit fault, offer to fix it, or refund my money. The person tried to pass of the damage as something hitting my car on the highway...if something hit my car on the highway, there would be spidering from the area of impact...not a single scratch.Lesson learned, I should have cleaned the car myself.

So many mixed reviews. Ive been coming here for many years with sport cars. So far they have been the best i. Yucaipa. I didnt 5 dtar them because they arent to perfection yet. I am pivky and expect what i pay for. $19 plis a tip is not chump change. I love when my car is completely dry and windows crystal clear

That was the worst service!!! The cashier was to busy on her phone to help the customers. Then when my car was ready to get in I noticed that the cup holders hadnt been cleaned and there was dirt and sand all over the back seat. When I let the Manger know that I was not happy he proceeded to argue with me and tell me that there vacuums doesnt pick up sand. The manger was very rude and I will not be going back to this car wash.

The owner of this place is just downright rude as hell....he has no people skills at all and last time I called him on it he told me dont come back if you dont like it...So I wont no problem. He was rude to the woman behind me also. I ahve read a couple of reviews on here that said the same thing so why do people go to him? He has a sense of entitlement and he is untouchable...I say boycott him and his 99 cent store nest door that is NOT 99 cents but 1.29 on most items....he is horrible..do not use this car wash please!!!

Should have listened to previous reviews! This place is seriously the worst. I purchased the Diamond Service which is supposed to have a full wash, wax, vacuum of interior and TRUNK, and tires. 1st the exterior wasnt clean, all of the spots were still crusted on, 2nd they didnt clean my steering wheel at all, had ice cream on it and I had to tell those assholes to clean it again, also they barely wiped down the rest, i just didnt have the time to stand there and tell them how to do their job. 3rd they didnt vacuum the trunk out,after asking before and he said they always do. 4th and finally I have a stick shift and when they parked it they didnt set the emergency break and the car rolled a good 15ft, as I ran to stop it, a good semaritin ran and pulled my e brake to stop it before it collided with another persons vehicle. On top of that none of the staff did anything just looked over and returned to pretending to work. Do not go here these guys seriously suck. Rude and poor service

The worst car wash Ive ever had then that first they wouldnt wash my truck because he said I had oil in the bed liner of my truck I went to a local pressure washing car wash cost me $10 to get it out of the bed of my truck I went back and they still did a horrible job on my truck after they charged me $30 to wash it outside because they said my 33 inch tires would it fit in the rails worst car wash experience Ive ever had I rate them a 1 out of 10 and the owner is very very very rude
