My brother and I called before hand for them to work on our BMW, we called in a tow truck, once we got there they sent us to their neighbors. And they said they didn’t do suspensions even tho they were advertising it and they also confirmed over the phone. Only pro: he did let me use the bathroom tho :)

I had the most wonderful experience. Bruce is an amazing mechanic as well as being honest and fair. If you ever have a problem and youre not sure if youre getting a fair deal, go to European Auto. I have never trusted the Mercedes dealer service, nor the other Mercedes service authorized in my city, since both repair facilities tried to sell me the same extra repair service (brakes) to add an additional 1000.00 to my routine Service A or B. European Auto will give you an honest and fair deal. European Auto is now my go to in Yucaipa. I cannot recommend European Auto highly enough.

We call Bruce the car whisperer because he literally walked up to our car, and within 30 seconds diagnosed a problem that other mechanics had missed. Everything was great, service, communication, price. Very happy with the service we received.

Bruce is an amazing mechanic as well as being honest and fair.I have been a client for years. My daughter was about 3 years old when I first meet Bruce and he has saved me more than once. My daughter 27 now has also been taking her cars to Bruce for years.
