This is the fastest tire place Ive been to in a long time. I had a tire warranty up the street at Goodyear and they said it would take an hour to change one flat. Orlando is very knowledgeable, but the owner charges way too much, Ive spent over 2000 dollars there and they still over charge, buy the part yourself, they jack up the price, spent 300$ for air conditioning, two days Later 350 on something else for the air, not going back ever again, if Orlando was to leave and open his own shop I think he would be fair.

Was there at 8am and they opened on time my tire was patched for 15$ and was back on the road in 20 minutes..

I dont know if my experience was good or bad. Went there 4 moths ago for 2 tires on my Explorer. It was $217.49 for 2 unheard of tires. I paid, everything okay. 3 months before that I was at another shop and had 2 front rotors, 2 calipers, new brake pads and all new front bearings. That cost $350.00 Started hearings metal knocking when braking. Went to Morales and they said my brakes were shot again because the other shop did not press in bearings. I said fix it and put on 2 more like tires. The total was over $600.00. So now I have spent $850.00 at Morales plus $350.00 at other shop. 3 days later, same noise. Took it back and they said my steering box and tie rods were bad. I said fix it. $450.00. 1 week later, same noise... now they tell me I need upper and lower ball joints $425.00. I cant drive it! What do I do? I will be spending $1650.00 on a car worth $1500.00. I am not so sure that I should have it done but then what do I do? Called Pep Boys and they want me to pay to diagnose but even if I have them do the work, they will not put the diagnosis fee toward repairs. My credit card is almost maxed out and I am an old man on Social Security. This will mean I have spent $2000.00 + on an old 1994 Explorer!

Fast mechanic

Crooks charge what they want, not what they deserve. I called the BAR on them and they agreed told them they should give me my money back. They never did. They will take advantage of your lack of knowledge.

Bought a used tire which had good tread and you would expect it to last longer than 4-5 weeks. Tread is worn off a 5x3 inch area of the outer tread of the tire

Ive had more than one bad experience with this place! (Dont ask me why I gave them a second chance.) They did a terrible job on my transmission, and then refused to make it right. I was out over $300, plus had to pay someone else to do the job right!If you go here, BE CAREFUL!

Kind of expensive. They messed up the timing belt on my truck I took it home tore it apart and the bottom spendle needed to be turned they had it 180° off.

Great service went there for a used tire the one that had for me was great they put it on and it had a hole in it so there exchanged it with another one and did a free tire rotation

Went and replaced a bald tire for an ok looking used tire, when back at home 1 block away from shop tire blew out never going back again

Good place to go if you need some used tires but other than that some staff seem Shady and will probably rip you off if you are not knowledgeable to begin with
