DO NOT USE THIS GUY! This guy will be easy to get a hold of when you first need him to come out. I sent him to my rental and he checked out my wash machine and he went checked it at the scheduled time and advised the computer board was band (12/03/2014). He called and advised me quoted a price of $240 for everything and I told him to order the part. He came back about a month later and fixed the washer. He stopped by and I paid him with a check (01/06/2015). The next day my renters called and advised me that the wash machine was still doing the same thing! I have not been able to get a hold of him since. My boyfriend called from his cell phone and left a message acting like a new client and received a phone call right back(02/24/2015). I boyfriend asked him to come look at it again and he never showed up (02/25/2015). He has returned to again not returning phone calls. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THIS GUY!

When I find this guy hell be running for his life Joshua Hodkins came to my house for a refrigerator repair took out a hair dryer blew it thru the vent in the freezer and told me he replaced the thermostat! We had our oven repaired by this company the mother board was fried. He repaired it fine less than 90 days later the mother board failed again. Called repeatedly to his phone with no response. Here we sit after 500 dollars of repair work with no oven again. I just flushed 500 dollars down the drain and he has no integrity to even call back. Dont use this guy. By the former reviews, which I didnt read before hand, this is the way he does business.

These guys saved us from having a very unhappy tenant. Bought a microwave from Lowes and arranged for Lowes to install but they took so long to schedule and our tenant could not get by without her microwave any longer so I called Dons Appliances and they went out right away to install. Upon arrival they discovered the Lowes microwave had been damaged by a forklift so they went to Home Depot, bought a new microwave there and installed it all for less than Lowes was going to charge. Thank you and I would recommend them to give personal, caring service.

Please dont waste your $! Did not fix problem with my leaky fridge the 1st time. Came out again and said he had to order a part that was cracked. 2 weeks went by and no part. I had to call & leave multiple messages & texts. 3rd week said wrong part came. Will not return calls, only texts when he feels like it. Would not give written confirmation that he ever actually ordered the part. Claims he never took the part, so now my fridge is missing a part of the water hose. Horrible customer service!

We had Dons appliance come repair our washing machine, he did not fix, wanted cash on the spot, my wife paid, the washer never worked again, his grandfather worked on many appliances and fixed them, but he does not know what to fix and cannot fix anything. He kept the money never to be seen againAngelus Oaks, Do not use this guy he will rip you off!

DO NOT USE DONS APPLIANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will rip you off!!!!!!!!!! Told me they took my washer to fix and had me pay $219. They did not even touch it, came back ones said they fixed, NOTHING FIXED. I asked for half my money back and got nothing.

Does not know his business.He hooked up a brand new A/C unit (which carries the freon called 410A) to an old furnance (that carries freon R422) You can not mix the two of them,jerk.I now need a new compressor. Do not deal with this guy!!!!!

He came to replace freezer hinges. They had strange clicking sounds so when we checked, he hadnt tightened the screws. Would not use again.
