When I explained the px on the phone George knew immediately what part needed to be fixed and ordered it, (I have an older machine). When it came in, I was called and an appt was set. He came in the slotted time, was professional, courteous, and quite efficient. I think he was here all of 20 minutes to replace the part and test the machine to make sure it worked correctly. I live in the mtns and not every service will come up here. Thank you George!

Same day service! Repairman diagnosed the issue with the washer in just 5 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. He did a thorough job of fixing the washer. He even cared about customer service! We are very satisfied customers.

George was great. I called yesterday for my fridge and today he was here when he said he was going to be here with the part and all. The service was quick he was in and out!! I would call him again!!

They were scheduled to come and didn’t. I called and no one answered. I didn’t even received a call. Very unprofessional. Never again will I request their services and I do no recommend a business like this.
