I would recommend Desert Appliance to everyone. Office Staff was very friendly and prompt at scheduling my appointment. The Technicians were very professional. Showed up in a fully stocked, marked with logo van. Even though it took a long time for parts for my repair, I did not hold it against them. Not their fault. The diagnosis and repair was done promptly and professionally. They even cleaned up after themselves. 5 STARS!!!!

I called 2/12/21 in the AM and then before 5PM and left two messages. They advertise they are open M-F 8-5PM but I received No call back. They are listed out of Yucaipa and I wanted to make sure they serviced the Palm Springs area. After reading the reviews and no call returned, I had my home warranty company change the Vendor. Sears has always been reliable.

Had the technician come out to repair a wine center in counter cooler. He said he Installed a circuit board that cost $260. The wine center never worked, had to call several time to get a return call. When I finally got the business manager on the phone, she said it was probably the compressor and its not worth repairing. No offer to send the technician back out to check the unit. Complete scam job, not even sure if any repairs were ever made. NEVER use this service again.

The dryer is a basic dryer absent of frills or electronics. Whirlpool Dryer Model WED4815 EW1. On 07/31/2019 Desert Appliance Parts came out to repair squeaking dryer. Dryer began to squeak more often and louder after the repair. They came back again and repaired, but the squeaking persisted. I sent videos. Tumbler began to click. So, now I have clicking and squeaking. It is now November 2019. I called several times and left messages, but no response. Finally, today 11/12/2019, I was able to get them on the phone. I was told that there was nothing more that could be done. They lost money on coming out twice, and the noise is just noise, and I would have to live with it until it breaks down. So, they cannot do more to remedy the squeaking and the clicking. They feel as long as it is drying the clothes they consider it fixed. Ha! Seriously.

Did shoddy work on our dishwasher and now wont return our phone calls. Steer clear of this place!

No business anymore.Nothing for sale here.....except the house once in a while.
