Such great service,with reasonable prices. Brian was sent to diagnose our A/C as it was blowing hot air. He arrived when he said he would and went right to work. The A/C was low on coolant,so he recharged the unit and stayed until we were getting cool air blowing,just to make sure everything was working well. We were extremely happy with everything about Russells Heating and Air. Would definitely recommend them!
Ive had Russells install a heater and ac system at the end of last year and then just recently a water heater. These folks are solid. They stand behind their work! I wouldnt hesitate working with them again!
Our 20+ year old Central A/C unit started blowing warm air one night last week and we knew we were in trouble. The next morning I called three companies, but due to the high number of service calls because of the August heatwave, they were understandably unable to provide same-day service. However, Alma, at Russell’s was very gracious and fortunately was able to schedule a late morning, same-day service call for us. The initial assessment by Roy was right on point. He replaced the capacitor but we could see and hear that our old compressor was really struggling. Roy was Honest and explained our replacement choices and repayment options throughly and completely. We scheduled the installation of a new Lennox/Allied unit for the following Monday. Connie, the Installation Manager, called and confirmed the work to be performed and then called one hour before their arrival. Great Customer Service. Our Installation crew of Brian, Tommy and Justin were prompt and professional. They worked non-stop.We would highly recommend Russell’s.
My A/C unit went out on Sunday afternoon. I called at 7:30 Monday morning and was able to get a same day appointment - right before the start of a big heat wave. Bruce was professional and explained everything to me. I felt the pricing was fair and the customer service from both Bruce and the person I spoke to on the phone was excellent. I will be calling back to join their maintenance program.
They were quick coming out and giving me a reasonable quote. I had them do the work. Angel was great to work with and always addressed my concerns promptly. I highly recommend them. I did get a few quotes and they were well worth it with their knowledge, expertise and customer service. I had them install a new air conditioner and ducts through out the house.
Bruce Coley is the best HVAC professional we have ever worked with. Bruce is very busy but managed to fit us into his schedule when all three of our a/c units failed recently. He got our primary system up and running for a fraction of what our previous a/c company did. Next up he will give us information on making our new, supplemental system work again. Called this company to reconnect my air duct and install a smart thermostat. Came and gave a quote if $200 for both. The guy wanted to move my thermostat to another wall starting that it would be too difficult to install the thermostat where the other currently installed thermostat is at due to the new thermostat needing a power wire. I asked the guy why would it be difficult if there is wires currently there which I would assume would make it possible to fish the power wire through. His response was well there too many obstacles in the wall to fish the wire through. I asked him how did he know if he didn’t attempt to or even look at how the wires ran through, his response? “Well that will take over 5 hours and we won’t do that” I thought, is that how you talk to your customers who are looking for help and are just asking questions to better understand? So I told him to not install the thermostat since the new location would not be ideal to measure the right temperature of the house. He charged me $100 to fix my air duct, used a couple of inexpensive braces and some tape, took him about 7 min to complete. So this guy charged me an hour of labor for 7 min worth of work. I normally wouldn’t mind paying for a job regardless of the price but after he was done so quick and thinking about the layout of the house, I figured out why he didn’t want to fish the wires and instead relocate the thermostat. He just wanted to drill through my wall to make the installation as fast as possible instead of considering the customers wishes. Never again would I call in this company or recommend them to anyone, my impression of them is that they are lazy, want the fastest and most laziest way to complete a job instead of doing quality work and already attempt to try to make the customer happy. Initially I had a fine experience minus the fact that I think they charge too much but the last 2 times has been nothing but trouble. The office people do not explain things then blamed me when I called back as if I was rightfully informed. Also the last time I paid with my debit card in my home on a tablet, a few days later my bank account had fraudulent charges. Maybe just coincidence but maybe not. I was told by another company that work they did caused another problem in my unit and nobody will even help without charging me $100. I can’t seem to find anyone who knows what hell they are doing.
Called today cause my heater was not working, they got a person here really fast. He was polite well mannered, professional, he answered all my question got my heater fixed really fast. I will be having all my ac/ heater issues fixed with them from now on . I will be having plumbing done with them as well and I hope my experience is just as great

The only reason I could not issue 5 stars because of the of the late arrival time which was over an hour the specified time without a call. But the the most important portion is the service from tube tech. Roy did a fabulous job. Very efficient and thorough. Very pleasant young man. Seven though it was late..past dinner time, it wasnt effecting his work. He took his time and did a nice job. I was very please. I have already recommended your company and technician Roy.
Russells was a delight to work with and Connie is very professional and extremely nice! She does a great job. I especially appreciated that not once did they try to upsell me on anything! I have NO complaints.
No follow up, called another company got a new unit .technician very polite opened my air vents, changed my filter, did tell me I need a bigger return and told me he will check back in 2 hours to see if any improvement, never heard back from him. I was willing to replace unit cause of its age and not cooling down the house . But he said don’t need another unit .
Roy was very professional and helpful took his time and made sure to fix my air conditioner even though it was the end of the day! 5 star all the way! Definitely would recommend this company and Roy!

We have been with Russells for several years. We have ongoing service maintenance agreement - well worth it. ALL the service techs have been personable and professional.
They claim 24/7 service. I called them for an after hours plumbing issue. Twice I went through the screening process of leaving my name, number, email, issues I was having. Both times I was told I would be called back shortly. After 30 hours, I have still not heard anything from this company. Save your time and stress and just skip to somebody that wants the business. If you are going to advertise after hours or 24/7 at least have the courtesy to return the calls after customers go through the screening process and sit there waiting for a return call.
Roy came out and tuned up my A/C and topped off refrigerant. Very happy with service. Thanks Roy,I found my A/C tech for future service.

Our AC out and Russells had one of their techs, Mike come the same day as we called. They even called prior to his arriving to be sure we were ready for him to arrive.Mike was very polite, introduced himself and wore booties when he came into the house to check out the thermostat. He fixed the system quickly and we are now enjoying cold air!! I wouldnt think twice about calling Russells Heating and Air Conditioning again. They are definitely better than the previous Company we used. High tech too in their invoice delivery and use of their software. Excellent service!!
When Justin, our tech, arrived I was in a panic because it had been days without air conditioning and my many health problems were making me sicker by the day. After we were told the cost to fix it and knowing we didnt have that kind of money up front and it would not be getting fixed that day it launched me into a full blown meltdown. Justin calmly explained the many financing programs available to us and he also told us about the portable AC units which we might consider until financing could be figured out. He was very pleasant and comforting which surprised me because he was such a young man. I just wanted to let you know how lucky you are to have such a lovely young man in your employ. Make him a manager or give him a raise or something because he really set the example of what a technician should really be. Thank you so much.
Had an amazing service tech, friendly, helpful & thorough. Justyn fixed my a/c dripping prob & showed me what to do if it clogs again. He was punctual, professional & courteous.I was very impressed. It is the first time I had called Russels & I will definitely call them for my next hvac or plumbing needs.
I purchased a complete new System, over $10K. They rushed a 2 day installation into 10 hours on 1 day. 7 months later, and 23 visits, 6 missed work days. I am still waiting for the water damage caused by faulty installation to be adequately repaired. The portion of my wood flooring was replace with cheaper product. It is uneven and coming loose. I am very unhappy with the Russells lack of concern for my home. The system itself works great. But replacing my wood flooring will be 6K, to return my home to its pre A/C installation condition. At this time I am proceeding with legal avenues to have the floor replaced. I gave them 2 stars because the system works really well, but I accredited most of that to the manufacturer, Rheem.

Was a little upset about this company.the first thing it started with was they didn’t give me a time window to show up. That should have been the first sign but I like to support local business. The tech shows up very polite. With in 10 min calls me and says he thinks it’s the fan and it will probably cost 800-900 to fix it. I was a little upset because I had just replaced it 2 yrs ago and it costed me $100 online. Then after a couple of min he sends me a invoice for the service charge and say his boss will follow up. Very upset about this.
