I always look to choose and support local businesses from the community. I made a huge error in choosing Rush to solve some issues for my Mom. Mom is 83 and was moving to a home she had purchased nearly 30 years ago, so I wanted to be sure all the plumbing, HVAC, water heating and furnace were operable. Rush was non-responsive unless I hounded them. And this was just for a service call and quote from the owner Mike..by the way we never got that quote. So, finally they showed up to assess one of the services we needed, my Moms cooler. One of Mikes managers, Rodney sent Isaac to inspect the unit for work. After a very quick house call, Isaac declared the cooler operable. Really??? No belts, pads and other items needed after 30 years. Nope, according to this expert, all was fine. So, we turned it on and it wasnt fine. it did not blow cool air, to the contrary, just hot air. Much like Isaacs hot air assessment. We called and spoke again with Rodney about the issue, and he said that it wasnt working optimally because of the heat...um, excuse me, but isnt that what a cooler is for, to cool the home in hot temps? Thinking Rodneys statement absurd, we called another party in and they confirmed what we had already figured out...the unit needed cleaning, belts, pads and other work. So needing to keep my Mom cool, we hired this firm. And it immediately worked perfectly. In fact, her home cools very quickly. Based upon the results, we hired this other firm on-the-spot for all other needed services, which were complete in 2 days So, back to Mike and Rush. I told him his team was incompetent and dishonest regarding the work, and therefore we expected a refund for the work they charged my Mom but DID NOT perform. Mike said Mom would have the refund in 2 days...guess what...again they deceived her. No refund, no honest work and no communication. How can someone prey on an 83 old woman? I guess thats how some companies roll. I say yes to supporting local businesses, and an emphatic NO to using this one, Rush Plumbing. I am confident there is a special place in the next world, a very hot place, reserved for folks that rip off seniors. Hope your HVAC skill sets dont fail you there.

Joe was awesome! He arrived in less than 2 hours after my initial call and did a perfect job fixing my broken shower faucet that was leaving me with no water in the house. Thanks!

Mike came right away. He cleaned my filter. A/C worked! It was so wonderful. Good guy!

Rush is the most reliable and honest plumbing service provider I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I have hired these guys on several occassions and they are continually raising the bar everytime out. Thoroughly impressed with their level of prompt service. Simply put, if you want it done right for a fair price call Mike and his crew!

Company scheduled an appointment for a quote this morning at 9:00 am through home advisor. Nobody showed up. Calls to the company go straight to full voice mail. No textable number is available. Likely not accepting new customers.

I needed a new air conditioner and new ducts. I was told they dont do attic work during the summer

It was 103 yesterday ( Saturday) my air conditioner was blowing hot air. Make arrived within an hour of my call and fixed our problem. Such a nice, fair and honest guy. You will not be disappointed!!!

My mother-in-law lives with us. She has COPD and is on 24-hr oxygen. I called Mike last week when it was 102 degrees and my AC died. He was at my house within 3 hours, had the motor on his truck that was needed and had it in within 45 minutes. Additionally, he tested my incoming lines from my condenser and discovered I was down 3 pounds in my freon. He recharged it. Turns out, with low freon, my unit was running longer and harder. Capacitor took a crap during this heatwave. Mike was pretty much booked up today (Sunday), but he was able to squeeze me in at the end of his day. Thankfully, hes based out of Yucaipa. Very professional and curtious. He offered me tips on how to make my AC system more efficient. We will definitely use him again if need be. Thanks.
