Joe is the best man for this job! I drilled a hole into my freon line and I had to get it patched and recharged. Joe came and had a great attitude along with professionalism. He took care of the problem with ease and gave me the comfort of knowing that the problem was taken care of! I was extremely happy with his service and pricing. Its Sunday and we had just settled down for the evening and our air conditioner stopped working. Our house quickly became as hot as an oven. We called around and everyone was closed. Then we remembered Joe from Ameri-Climate, who had come out and replaced the motor back in April, which was a really good experience. Joe said he could come by and check to see if it was anything he had worked on. Come to find out it was a contact wire that was bad and he repaired it on the spot at no charge. Now everything is working well.We are his customers for life, we cant say enough good things about him. Talk about customer service, that was the best example I have ever had. I called Ameri-Climate because of the positive reviews on Google. I called on Friday afternoon, on the fourth day of 110 degree temperatures. My 15 year old central air conditioner stopped working. I left a message, knowing that this must be the busiest day. JOE called me back within a half hour, saying that he was on 2 other jobs, but would come after. He called me 2 hours (@6:30 pm on a Friday night!)later to inform me that the other jobs were easy fixes, and came within the next 15 minutes. He arrived on time, and diagnosed my problem immediately, and charged me almost nothing! He also explained to me exactly what caused the problem.Joe is the most honest person that I think I have ever dealt with. I am so happy with his immediate and (refreshingly honest!) service, that I will ALWAYS call him again and refer him to all of my homeowner friends!Thank You!

Love this company. The men whove come out to do work have been so open and honest.The quote included different options. I was able to choose a repair plan that I can afford!The work was excellent.I have a lot of confidence recommending Ameri-Climate to my friends.

I called and they answered the phone although they did not have anyone that could come out on the weekend I choose to let the person know what my problem was. He gave me a quick tip which took me all of ten mins. It worked fine after I did what he recommended. I now have a happy wife and that means a happy life. We went all night with no heat and now all is good Thank you very much.

Our A/C had been down for about a year and we were dreading the repair thinking it was going to be very expensive. Called up Ameri-Climate and Joe came over and not only fixed the problem but tested the rest of the system, checking air-flow, filters, etc. Our repair was fairly simple, I think just a part swap, and we were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost.
