I cant say enough good things about this place. I called yesterday and spoke to Risa who got me on the schedule for a quote today. Dusty and John showed up on time this morning and were so kind and quick. Less than an hour after they left I had a quote from Risa and again she got me on the schedule for installation so quickly. I look forward to having the guys come back out on Friday morning to put the carpet in. Their prices are very competitive and it feels great to support a local business. I will update on Friday with pictures after the carpet goes in. Cant wait!

3D Floor Covering just took great care of us, not only with a great price along with that came great service.Dusty,owner came out and gave us a price, which was very good, actually a lot lower then we thought it would be for Carpets and laminate floors.Men showed up on time and did a superior job, very professional !!!,Took all the OLD carpets and pads, plus a few other items with them and they left us with beautiful new floors.Definitely use them.

We had 3D Floor Covering replace the vinyl in our master bathroom and the carpeting in our master bedroom, living room, and dining room. Risa was very easy to work with when we were choosing carpeting. She was very knowledgeable and didnt push any particular brand or priced carpeting. Dusty, the owner, measured our rooms and while here offered to do the work on two different days so we could move the furniture and from one area to another ourselves which saved us a ton of money. He was also very nice. The three installers showed up on the days scheduled and worked quickly, but their work was excellent. The new carpeting and vinyl looks wonderful. Next year they will be replacing the vinyl in the rest of the house. Great people, great products, and great work. Five stars for sure.

I have been to several other carpet stores trying to find the right color carpet that I wanted with no luck. (the color carpet I wanted keep getting discontinued) an other sales rep in an other carpet store told me about custom color but the owner and manager just really didnt want to do that and just told me they really couldnt help me. But Risa at 3 D carpet first started off trying to find me the right carpet with no success, all companies have discontinued the color I wanted. So Risa said lets try the color match it does take about 5 weeks for the process but I should be able to get exactly what I wanted. She was right I got the exactly the color and carpet that I wanted. Thank you Risa for hanging in with me and not giving up, Thank you for going the extra mile where other carpet places didnt want to bother with.

This is the only flooring company I will ever use and refer to everyone! My tenants thrashed my carpet and needed it replaced ASAP (new tenants were moving in 2 days). Dusty came out same day, measured and had a worker out there the very next day! They did a beautiful job replacing my carpet and were kind, professional and courteous. Thank you Dusty!

Risa, the sales person is awesome, friendly and never pushes you. We installed hardwood floor for our three bedrooms. Their price was much better than those big box guys. Good product, reasonable price, fast and friendly.

This place has everything and is the only place so close to both Yuba and Marysville that could actually sell by the foot instead of making you buy a whole roll! their quality is pristine and they are incredibly accomodating. Dusty, the owner, is very active in the business and personally saw to it that I was taken care of. These people are real professionals.

We replaced all our flooring. Carpet in bedrooms and laminate in the rest of the house. Risa is great to work with, and the installers were very good. They leave your home clean and they work quickly to get your house back in order. We were very pleased with 3D flooring, and would highly recommended them.

Emailed 3D to see if they could help fix a very small problem with a threshold transition (A lot of companies won’t even come out and inspect for “small jobs”). I received a response the same day (even though I missed the call), and was put on the schedule the next day. Dusty came by first thing and not only answered my questions, but got me rolling with my issue in minutes. The next time I need a true flooring job complete, 3D is my first call, hands down.

Risa, Dusty, and their team are a life saver!! After I was given false information and unrealistic expectations from Home Depot, I ran over to 3d Flooring with a carpet sample, tears in my eyes, and a frantic time frame to get my new carpet installed before our open house that was less then 2 weeks away. Not only did they match my sample, they also installed my carpet the NEXT day!!! As a first time home seller, I am beyond grateful for their hard work, dedication and compassion towards my predicament. We are currently looking at another home to buy that needs all new flooring, and I will for sure use 3d flooring for all my flooring needs at our new home. I HIGHLY recommend them! I truly can not say enough good things about them.

Showed up on the dot, fixed the problem with our flooring, and were on their way. They even sent us a nice card afterwards.Well eventually be doing flooring in two more rooms in our house. I just had the pleasure of meeting the owner Dusty. Currently, our family is dealing with unfortunate circumstances that have required us to replace our carpet immediately and Dusty was willing to completely change his schedule to make time for my emergency situation. He even gave me a courtesy call when he thought he might be a few minutes late. He is a straight shooter, no b.s. type of guy and I really appreciate that in a person Im doing business with. He took the time to explain everything, not just take measurements and leave. I really look forward to doing business with him over the next few weeks.

We wanted to replace our worn-out carpet with vinyl plank flooring. After meeting with Dusty (the owner) and his staff at 3DFlooring we chose to have them install a new floor throughout our entire house. Doing business with Dusty was easy and we felt like we could take our time making our material choice. Installation went smoothly, but afterwards defects kept popping up in the materials that were in no way related to the installation process. Dusty initiated a claim with the manufacturer. The material manufacturer sent an independent inspector out who verified the product had too many defects. Within a week, the manufacturer agreed to replace all the installed flooring throughout the entire house. This has been done, at no cost to us, and the new floor looks beautiful. The entire process, from initial installation to the second installation, took two months. Dusty was great to work with throughout, and really went to bat for us and stood behind his work. We recommend 3DFlooring without reservation for your flooring needs.
