Today i went in looking to get an upgrade but unfortunately i still wasn’t eligible for one so i had alot of questions as to why i wasn’t eligible the first girl did explain to me but i was confused until Martha started explaining more to me. Since i needed a phone she hooked me up and gave me a great deal on the iPhone SE and some accessories. Both those girls were very nice.

Ive been with boost mobile for 2yrs so overall Im satisfied, theyre a good phone place to deal with.

We went in today and got an iphone6 for forty-something dollars(no payments, completely paid off!!) and monthly service, including insurance for $57/month!! Wendy was so awesome, very informative and didnt hesitate to answer any stupid question we had. She was a genuinely nice person! We will be back for more phones soon! I suggest hitting them up if you pay too much for service right now! What deal! Thanks Wendy! You rock!

I was treated like an Idiot and given little information on my purchase let alone a receipt. My wife was being encouraged to add an additional line even though I made it clear we did not want one and it was only she and I in the household. Worst of a I was duped into shelling out nearly 2x what I intended on. The whole reason why I chose boost was the price. Instead I wound up paying more than any of the 3 competitors we previously visited. My wife was also told insurance was included nope another hustle. 7.99 added to our bill PER PHONE.The kids working made us both feel like we were dumb and as it seems pulled a slick Willy..
