What back to the store repeatedly. They told us we need a new phone because of 4G Terry bought the new phone and it accidentally. Could not get our service back on. Its been three days now phone service. They make you wait while they were each customer service rep help spout for five people at a time simultaneously. Doesnt matter if you have an appointment.

First let me say that signing up for a new phone plan can be confusing and over whelming. But at AT&T, Norma takes care of all those concerns and worries. She is beyond helpful and offers the best costumer experience for any customer. She was very thorough and explained all options to us and she did everything she possibly could to get my fiancé and I new phones and a phone plan that worked for us. If you ever go into AT&T I not only recommend them but highly recommend speaking with Norma she’s extremely helpful. While the store may be currently short staffed it doesn’t change the amazing experience that you get with such an amazing specialists. Thank you Norma.

I am extremely unhappy with whoever set my phone service up. I asked several times to make sure that the phones I was purchasing at the time which equate to about 2k, would be able to be used when 5g came out. I just found out that they are not capable of 5g speeds.Yes, I could have and probably should have checked first, but I was under the impression people knew what they were talking about especially when the manager confirmed it.

I left the store without being helped. I waited for almost an hour. They skipped me and never made an effort to make it right. There are 5 women and only 3 are working. There are 2 available women even when I pointed out that I was skipped, the 2 women who were not doing anything didnt help me. But service.

Did not have the phone that was wanted or any of the accessories for for my phone. Had to order the phone and make ANOTHER trip to have it serviced. Also could not update my account.

Worst possible customer service. I have been a customer for AT&T for over 40 years in Napa County but had to move to Yuba County because of the wildfires last summer. T-Mobile and Xfinity we’re very interested in getting new customers and I took their offers to the AT&T store. Sonia at AT&T wasn’t interested in trying to match the offers from competitorsAnd so just closed my AT&T accounts.AT&T won’t be in business much longer if that’s how they treat customers That have been with them for 40 years!!

Display phones they dont have. Dont care that youve been a customer for 2 decades. Youre a number in here... And not one worth much to the staff. My only consultation was that they didnt get the $1,500 bucks I dropped later that day... And Not with AT&T.

I constantly have problems with my phone service since switching from Verizon to AT&T. I have been to the store to fix the same problem again and again. My Samsung Galaxy phone is not better than the Motorola phone that I had with Verizon.

The yuba city store told many things that were not true. They told me it was a one year contract for the bundle with no installation fees. When I got home the emails said two years on the TV. I went back to the store and they said the tv would be the same price the second year. Later I find out it goes up the second year. I have been fighting to get the installation fees and a past due for not paying the installation fees off my account for two months. Then nothing worked for two weeks until a technician came out and said we needed a booster for another $50All I can say is make sure everything is in writing before leaving the store. Or dont get them at all.

Do not waste your time here if you have any home services. They will not assist you. They will tell you its not their job and recommend you go elsewhere. You will waste your time. I simply wanted to return my old modem. I was told via corporate offices that I could do that at one of the stores. I am then told to take it to UPS because they cant provide a receipt showing I dropped off. The manager and employees here lack integrity if they cannot do their jobs. Ill probably just cancel my whole service with AT&T. Dont waste your time here.

Rude, Robots. Smacking their gum, no actual customer service skills. I called TWICE, spoke with two different people and was just completely rude, felt like they hated their job. I told them that I had a business and was looking for phones and to add lines etc, and they guy i talked to last was just like well our deals are on line you can look their and ya we dont have many phones and ya so you can come if you want. Take my advice and make an appointment. The wait here can be horrid. All I wanted was a Sim card for my moms iPhone. I waited an hour to get a tiny Sim card. The lady that was greeting everyone could have gone in gotten one for me. I went at night and they were not that busy.The staff is nice no problem there. They help you and get you what you need.The decor is fun with all of the phones and tablets to play with. New phones to look at. Does make the time go by fast, but still make an appointment before heading out there. The place is kept very clean and dust free.When it comes to accessories, they are ridiculously high. I wouldnt recommend buying anything from here. Unless they have a sale going on. Or better yet do online shopping.These guys are way better then those of dealers. Lastly go there I mean I do when I cannot do something over the phone.
