This place is the worst. The workers are so lackadaisical and do not have any manners, in fact they act like youre asking them to do things that are not their job. Theyve lost multiple packages over the years, and they dont care. Probably b/c they know their job is safe. I am a kind person and I have patience, especially for any worker providing a service. I usually dont leave reviews but for this, the post offices behavior demanded this.

I always have a great experience here with the staff. They are always friendly and more than willing to help. Even when short staffed and in the middle of a rush, they are usually pleasant.My only grievance is that they are normally short staffed and could definitely use more employees.

Should call this location theftps I dropped off a package for a item I sold on eBay and its hasent moved all week cant wait until this location goes out of business and ups or fed ex takes over

Worst experience at a post office. I was forced to mug and entire roll of tape because they require that you tape your box. The employee refused to provide a SINGLE piece of tape for my box. What has happened to our federal services? I’m disgusted. If I could have rated this place zero stars I would have.

I am from Paradise, Ca i went here to purchase a post office box and the cashier after i paid her 214$ for a large box told me good Luck ever getting mail here she was very aggressive with a narshty personality. Just what people whom lost their homes in a devastating fire need not to face such brutal stigma of being momentarily homeless.

Everybody Ive dealt with here has been beyond helpful and gone above and beyond to find information out for me even if they do not personally know

I got a po box at this location. great hours for access and nice customer service 5 stars

They wont give you any tape... the united states postal service wont lend you a single piece of tape to close your package. Ive also had multiple terrible experiences with some of the women working here.

Historical building with easy parking and good service. Mailed my package quickly and left. Good experience!

They gave me a notice left, but never left the notice. Then the next day when I got it the package was torn open, and it look like someone just stole part of it..

Long Lines, most likely caused by the absence of a Stamp vending machine. I was stuck in line for 15 minutes just to get postage put on a letter that I needed to mail out. Had there been a Stamp Machine for the public to utilize (like there is in most large Post Offices) it would have taken less than a minute.Also the 8 other people in line that just had to mail out letters could have been in/out as well which would have led to those people with packages getting served faster.

I spoke to Jennifer yesterday who informed me that I can come down to pick up my mail. I was there within 10min only for her to tell me the carrier had my mail and that I would receive it by the end of the day! I never got it!!!! Waste of my time and gas. Who knows where the hell my mail is! Ruined MY WIFES VALENTINES DAY waiting for her package!

This post office is terrible, and that goes for Marysville too. I received a time sensitive letter from the DMV yesterday(August) and it was dated APRIL!! How is that ok? Received another letter a week ago that was also dated back in April. You are affecting peoples lives by your carelessness! Get it together!

Delivered a package to my customer that was torn open and EMPTY Tried numerous time to contact by phone IN Box Full cannot leave message I INTEND TO LODGE A COMPLAINT!!!!! ANY Business that does business like this should be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS... WHY would anyone with COMMON SENSE deliver a package that they could clearly see was tampered with? Why not turn it in to a supervisor instead of DELIBERATELY delivering a TAMPERED WITH PACKAGE. I am so sick and tired of these so called workers getting away with this crap. They need to be held accountable for the jobs they get PAID TO DO. DELIBERATELY deliver a TAMPERED WITH PACKAGE. IGNORANCE IS SO THICK THERE IT STINKS CLEAR TO WEST VIRGINIA.

I get 6 peoples mail, no one lives here but me. And my neighbors bring me my opened parcels. The standards for being a postal worker has dropped to the bottom of the bucket. Now items that tracking says delivered are not to be found. I am on phone at this moment, recording just informed me my wait will be 23 minutes.
