Went there to send a package to a foreign embassy and asked them to make a return invelop for returning, they putted me wait for 25min after that they said you dont have an account with us and we cant help, they had no idea what the account number is. Then they said we are closing right now come tomorrow.Not professional people at all.dont go there old ladies they cant help.

You would think that when a label is created that they would have the technology on hand to print out that label. No! They sent me up a block away to print out the label and then return with it so it could be shipped .They are still living in the dark ages! Get a printer man! You’re a Fortune 500 company!

They had no interest in the fact that my shipment needed to be kept cold. Rudely said that the truck left at 5:00 (it was 5:17 and I went there because there was nothing on the website that said shipments left at 5:00. As I was leaving she told me it wouldnt be there until the 31st. Now this is a nasty biological specimen that will probably be ruined by then. I am not happy about my treatment or their service. I had to go through Fed Ex for this lab specimen but I wont be using them for other things.

FedEx was cheaper than USPS, customer service was superb, and they were open much later than the post office. Got inmediately service, they had great recommendations on how to package my items, and they made the whole process a breeze.Never going back to USPS again.

The updates are ridiculous. Tracking the package would be easier for BUSY people to handle IF THEY WERE ACTUAL UPDATES. as to where the truck is and approximate time to mine. No such thing.A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.

They are very polite and helpful. The problem is that I had two very important letters to send and they screwed up the address and sent both to the same address. It was a waste of money and could have cost me a lawsuit.

I wasnt at FedEx my place of work is next door.

THEY delivered my package to the wrong address and the occupant there sent it back.

I ordered some products online and Fed X delivered it to the wrong apartment number. Thank God I know and trust my neighbors to get my package. Thats not very professional. My apartment number was on the shipping label but he took it 2 doors down. Didnt verify who he was leaving the package to. If I didnt live there, why do you leave the box there. My neighbor accepted it and texted me with a photo of my package. So I did get it. But if I hadnt, would Fed x refund my money I paid for my package????

Worst ever! I have in my FedEx account that shipments are to be left at the door if I am not home. I check and update this for every delivery. They still have yet to actually do this, costing me a crap load of time and money.

This place has horrible customer service, I sent two packages and not only did they not arrive., they lost them. I called to check on the confirmation number and they couldnt tell me nothin. This fedex is the worst by far. I will never ever go there again. Cost me a lot of time and money. Never again
