I have had the pleasure of working with CSI in the past. CSI did the job they were asked to do and in quick time. Despite a recent review of 1 star by someone who has 11 of 26 reviews of businesses at a 1 or 2 star I have to wonder about the way CSI was approached. Look to the rest of the reviews for a more authentic picture.

I would definitely use his services again! It dismays me that someone would go to the trouble of writing a 1 star review when it seems they didnt even use the service because they are asking for prepayment by cash or check. I understand feeling uncomfortable prepaying someone in cash, though I am sure a receipt and contract would be provided... Payments by check can be stopped or challenged if services are not provided. Anyway, rant over, and 5 star review stands!

Wow shady. Watch out for this guy.He sounds well enough on the initial phone call, but things go sideways really fast. First, he says he doesnt take credit cards. I must pay him in cash or by mailing a check. Okay.. well cash isnt happening.But, then he tells you why. People dispute the charges on him. Hummm?Notwithstanding I need a process server. So I say give me an address. BEHOLD a p.o. box. Say what? So I say to him, Im not mailing in advance to a p.o. box.He then gets all huffy. Dude, if your in business dont expect people to send you money blindly to a p.o. box. And then, dont get huffy about it because someone wontThis review isnt on me. Its on you.
