Got a low coolant alert on my HUM device but no warning lights on my dashboard. Was due for an oil change any way so I went to Victory Lane to get the coolant situation checked out. The guys on duty were really nice. Changed the oil, filled the fluids, and had me drive it down the street and back for a recheck so I wouldnt get any bad surprises on my commute home. They gave me great advice for next steps and I felt safe driving home. Best part: I didnt need an appointment. Will return for future services.

I come here to take my lease car in for service every 7500 miles. The crew at Victory Lanes Ellsworth do excellent work and show high levels of work ethic and experience. Everytime I come in I have had the pleasure to be taken care of by one of the service men: James. His attitude, conversations and his service has been top notch and very appreciated. My first time getting an oil change at this location and with this company. Came at 11AM on a Tuesday. No wait. Pulled into the bay. First time I ever got an oil change while still sitting in my car. They were very transparent about the price and I lost my phone for about 5 minutes in between my car seats and were very nice and helped me find it. Ill be coming here for all my future oil changes!

I have been going to Victory Lane for several years and I receive top tier level service from all of the employees at Victory. There are closer more convenient locations but I have confidence in their ability to exceed my expectations.

At first, I thought this place was going to easy. I am a 21 year old female, and it was clear that they were trying to take advantage of me. They recommended everything in the book, lied to me about fluid levels, whispered around my car, and “had a typing error” indicating they put the wrong oil in my engine. Not a huge deal, just fix it. When I went back to flush the engine and put the right oil in, I knew that they werent happy. If you want a place that cares about your car, I highly recommend not going there. Also, it’s expensive!!! $80 for 4.5 quarts of synthetic 5W-20 oil!3 stars is only because they fixed my issue.

He was polite and professional and answered all the questions I had about my car. I would definitely recommend Victory Lane and if you are ever greeted by Daren then you will have a great experience! :)

Had hard time with my car starting, i bought a battery and went to victory Lane. James had looked everything completely over, found i had a rusted terminal connection and installed a new one while the other was loose he was able to tighten that one up. He tested battery found out it just needed a charge, tested my starter and alternator and said im good to go! I love the trust i receive at the Ellsworth location.

Daren was extremely nice. Didn’t make feel stupid for my oil being almost gone. Printed out a sheet of things he recommended be done, but didn’t pressure me to do them right away. I highly recommend them and Daren.

Nov 2020 my girl stop for oil change, they did it no problem and she ask for coolant flush and we think was high price we declined the service wrong answer, so they changed the coolant cap week later Wala check engine light, car overheat, left her at mi ave. Take it to my mechanic, he show me the cap he say wrong Cap man wata hell. Cost me extra $$$. Boo. 😬

My husband had taken our car into Victory Lane for an oil change, after I saw great reviews online. They did not disappoint!! Price was suuuuper reasonable for an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter replacement. No push for additional fixes. PLUS!! We went back because I’m paranoid about my car (totally unrelated issues/had nothing to do with Victory Lane) and they checked everything, topped my fluids, and made sure my tires were filled—FOR FREE. Immediate, warm service. So pumped to have found my go-to oil and car check-up place!

Stopped by a few days ago for a oil change and a tire rotation. James and Darren were very professional and fast. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I got my coolant flushed the other day and afterwards, my car started to overheat. I brought the car back and they took responsibility, explained what happened, and fixed the problem. In the end this bad experience turned into something that built my trust for this place of business. Overall I was happy with the service they provided, and I will be returning for my next oil change.

TRAUMA WARNING. I had a horrible experience at Victory Lane Quick Oil Change with both the Washtenaw location and the Ellsworth location. When I arrived for an oil change (Washtenaw), I received unsolicited advances from the technician. After I returned home, I received a text from the man servicing my car -- he revealed that he had taken my confidential information from the documents I signed. He cyber-stalked me and harassed me for a few months. I was afraid and did not know what to do. He continued to bombard my phone until I blocked him. With the help of a mental health therapist, I called and reported this to management at Ellsworth this month. Subsequently, I went in to get another oil change (I waited a long time to go in because I was scared). After showing the text messages to the manager and explaining why I went over the amount of time recommended to get an oil change, I was charged extra for a cleaning. When I asked about a reduced price for service (because of the horrible experience), the manager gave me $5 dollars off. I was hoping for a more serious consideration of my plight (service free of charge?). I was very hurt by the entire experience. Then, after leaving this review, corporate called me and gaslighted me about the whole thing. Finally, I was able to demand a refund for both charges (upwards of $200 dollars) because I do not want a complementary service -- I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been traumatized by this company. Please, please do not support a company that mistreats victims and this allows for sexual harassment to occur.

I had been using Uncle Ed’s down the road for a while and felt like I was being took advantage of and the very last time I was there my total was unexpectedly $180!This time I went right down the road to Victory lane, I was told my total upfront before they started, they didn’t try to up sell me for a million unnecessary items, they were fast and friendly, and my oil change and new wipers were only $99 and that’s what I usually pay for just an oil change at that other place. Victory Lane will do all my oil changes and minor maintenance from here on out!

I always get amazing service from James Workman. He makes sure every detail is covered and reminds me of any upcoming maintenance that is recommended for my vehicles.A lot of businesses see a female driver and they try to force services for your vehicle. Because most women really dont care to know any better or actually are clueless, they are any easy target for an up sale. I have never felt pressured into a service by James. He always takes the time to explain the necessity and the functionality. I really appreciate the fact that he goes the extra mile.They do so many other services, not just oil changes. Tire rotation is next on my list.

My car was overheating so I got an oil change they were going to flush something but informed me I had a leak. The repair will cost 600 so I’m glad they didn’t let me waste 100 on a flush. Very patient and informative.

I always go to victory lane for my oil changes. Especially the one on Ellsworth. The guys are all great and answer any questions the best they can. If theres some small routine maintenance Im due for, theyll ask if I want them to do it and how much it is. BUT unlike other places Ive been, if you decline they dont keep pushing their agenda as if theyve now become a salesman. I had one experience at another oil shop where the guy basically laughed at me when I declined the $25 for them to change my airfilter because I said Id do it myself...assuming because Im a woman? Either way as long as Im still living in the area Ill continue going to victory lane. I love that I can just pick the kids up from school and stop by there real quick and theyre done after 10+ minutes. Keep up the great work!!

Ive brought all of my cars here, nd every time see James i receive a consistently high level of service. I just purchased a used vehicle and i brought my vehicle in for service. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

The first time I went was great. The guy was very helpful and I got a student discount. I went the other day, and I felt a little scammed by the man that helped me this time. I asked for a full service oil change and some new windshield wipers because I had coupons for both. After I sat for about 20 minutes and others cars were coming and going, he proceeded to tell me that my coolant needed to be flushed, which would cost me $100, and I only planned to spend about $40 in the first place. I also had to buy new a gallon of rain-x from them because they were out of the blue stuff as he called it. I only agreed because he said he would give me a better discount than what I already had with the coupons and my student ID and I just thought I should trust his word because I know nothing about cars & I dont want to ruin mine. Needless to say, I spent a fortune.. almost $200. Hopefully, my car really needed all those extra things. Also I had to remind him to check my lights for the full service oil change. This experience was very iffy..

I have never been taken advantage of on price or services of here. Things that need to be done are recommended as needed but not pushed. I have always been treated with respect. Staff has always been friendly and thorough. If your a student and have a student ID you get a discount! I have taken my cars here for the past four years. Good people.

Best place in town! Ive been getting my oil changes here for the past 8 years. Great service, great prices. They are very helpful, Ive gone in for minor issues such as my car over heating, even a break hose breaking while driving, theyve always taken care of my multiple cars over the years. Im a college student who is extremely busy, the student discount and fast/friendly service keeps me coming back! Highly recommend!

Great shop. Very prompt, very thorough (of course they want to do the most service). Didnt feel pushed into any of it though, was at 5 yr mark for coolant but decided to do it another time. Went in for an oil change and ended up doing fuel filters as well. I had the type where you could actually see the filter material and Im glad I did, they were really gunked up. Fair pricing and their guys seemed really knowledgeable. I know I said PROMPT already but I really wasnt in there for very long considering how much service was done. Great experience will be back for sure.

Great service, came in for an oil change and they looked over all the basic stuff for me as well. Turned out I was in desperate need of a coolant replacement. They tested it and replaced it for me in about 10 minutes. Supper quick, and explained things to me.

This is the only place we take our four cars for oil changes. We have never felt taken advantage of and have always had excellent service! They have the friendliest staff and always give you tips on ways to help your car run better. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

Although I was ok with my oil change, Its a lot more then I pay at Midas or Tuffys ~~Unless I get coupons to lower the cost I probably wont go back there for my next oil change....$66.62 is over $25.00 more then I usually pay for an oil change.......In fact it was more then I paid at the Chrysler dealership! The young man that did my oil change was a very nice guy....I am by no means blaming either of the Employees for this high cost...It must be what Victory lane charges.....

Simple place to get a good oil change, they do not upsell you. Just say no politely like you would any where else. Remember be polite and nice to the person who changes your oil, flushes your radiator. Owner is always there early in the morning, so I strongly recommend going there early as possible, plus the workers arent as tired. Ive been to the other Victory Lanes and I can say go to this one. Awesome place
