Worst place to go to for employment verification. I am currently having my documents withheld because I will not get my tb test completed here I went and had a physical done and still no paperwork has been issued. The clinic is stating they need results of my tb test, but this is due to me going elsewhere. My paperwork was completed all wrong from the md Micheal. It has been a complete disaster they want to keep my tb test and physical creating a barrier for me n my family. I have a job that is paying me very well and this company has done everything in there will to prevent me from working. This should not be allowed and please if anyone can help me resolve this issue please reach out.

I like this clinic you ll get in on time the nurses and doctors friendly listening to you when you explain your issue ....the only thing need to improve it its the schedule .....its recommended

The dental clinic is a joke. They do the bare minimum, clean your teeth, fillings and x-rays. They send you to other doctors to do caps, root canals etc. My sons cap came off and the doctor who put it on is no longer in business (Dr. Nalluri). One Health Ohio is making my son have an exam and x-rays before they will refer him to another doctor to fix the bigger issue at hand. They milk your insurance. This is an unnecessary loop hole a parent has to jump through to get the correct care for my son. Unfortunately I have to do it since the Pediatric Dentist near me wont take my insurance without a referral. The receptionists are nasty and rude, you leave messages for the dentist and they tell you to give 24-48 and I didnt hear anything for 2 weeks. I cant wait to transfer my kids to dentist that does everything in one office and actually cares about the patient and not what money can be made off of them.Update: August 27, 2021 They now have cancelled both of my kids appointments that were on September 2, 2021 because Dr. Skurich wont be in the office. They wont be seen now until 9-23-21. This office is a joke.Update: September 23, 2021 Sitting at my childrens rescheduled appointment that was at 4pm. It is now 5:07 and we have yet to be seen.

I used to have an excellent doctor here, but he left over a year ago and care here went downhill fast. Referrals are never made, they berate you and they bill Medicaid patients illegally. Going elsewhere for help.

Had a dental appointment waited for 39 minutes for the dentist to come in to numb my tooth when he finally numbed it he left for about 40minutes no one checks on you I finally had to leave without getting my mouth finished. They have the worst service in the world. Did I mention I waited 2 hours for a pap smear and they didnt do it correctly had to get it done a month later. I will never go there again

Dr. Skurich did my extraction and was amazing! Very gentle and explains everything throughout the procedure! So blessed to have him as my dentist!!!

The person I spoke to did not tell me that nicolette was a counselor, that isnt what I needed. I wanted to see a psychiatrist not by tell-a-chat. So I will be canceling both appointments. I did not like my service

I am new at the clinic and everyone on the staff from the receptionists to the doctors made me feel so comfortable and welcome. They answered all my questions and never rushed through my appointment. They are friendly and smile alot- which helps because no one really wants to go to the doctor!

This was our first time here. Dr. Patrick Frost was great. My son received quality care and was on the mend in no time. Thank you so much to the great staff for fabulous patient care.

The nurses at the office are not very cooperative for referring me to see an allergist when I kept calling them almost everyday they made an excuse to work on it until they gave up to transfer me to a referrer and finally took care of it for me the next day or so. Terrible of them for not doing a good job! Even they don’t provide me an interpreter arrangements!!!!! I did file against them from Department of Justice twice! They still do not follow my A.D.A. What are they doing there? Just for money? I guess! I did not appreciate for their care! Shame on it then for discriminating against me! Lazy of them!

I had the worst teeth cleaning in my life, the only place that the dentist doesn’t come and check your teeth after cleaning. My husband and I went there once and we will never go back.

First Id like to say, that me and my family has been coming here for a few yrs now.Ive seen rude staff and Id seen really great staff! But today id like to give all the female staff a special thank you for entertaining my 1 yr old while I was having my teeth cleaned! This ment alot to me! You guys are awesome!

Unprofessional and time wasting. My bf has been waiting to be seen for 3 months with all of his appts being cancelled and then rescheduled for a month later by this place. They Will call the day of appt and cancel. They do not care about any one or their health concerns. Worst establishment in Youngstown.

This place is the worst I had an appointment I walked out. There was a patient in the room next to me and I could hear the doctor was talking so loud that I knew all of his business I need to find another family doc quick!!!

The staff is very friendly, helping. They keep my better half in good health for us to be able to see another day.

Been coming here for years really dont have no problem except the fact they dont answer the phones.

This place is UNETHICAL! The supervisor I spoke with today is a muddled dimwit; she could not provide me with legitimate answers whatsoever. Oh give us another week. Lady I gave you TWO weeks already. I would say if I go into a diabetic coma its because of this poorly trained facility but today is the last time they will screw up my medication. Searching for another facility that actually practices and believes in quality care.

My son is on medicines for ADD and everytime i try to get his refill they sched him weeks and months away he can not return to school without it im looking for another doctor as we speak i hate this place!!! This office deserve no stars!!!

Had to remove my daughter from this place every time I scheduled a appointment we wouldn’t be seen until almost and hour or two after our appointment time. EACH VISIT, no one wants to sit in a dentist office all day for a 9 am appointment

I came back for the same problem a month later and when I came out the room to walk to exit I caught the Pregnant Asain Dr walking away after making a remark about me not knowing whats wrong with me. So the staff all had this funny look on there face cause I caught them. Such a sad place and sad quack Doctors.

If i could give no stars i would. I have been there a couple times and everytime has gotten WORSE AND WORSE. I have shown up and then told oh the doctor isnt there. I was sooo sick and had to go to urgent care and have youngstown community health laughed at because i got turned away again sicker then a dog. Confidentiality broken numerous times and as i leave, the nurse tells me, i will have unit clerk call you. That was 5 days ago. I have been to lloyd McCoy and warren west NEVER HAD THIS MANY PROBLEMS. I then get letters from Medicaid saying i was overcharged and billed twice. I have called to talk to some one BUT get hung up on and phone person saying they are too busy. This happens in person when i go to YCH also.

Ive visited this facility a couple of times the first time absolutely loved the service, went a second time and realized this place although looks fairly new but is very outdated !!! And for a Doctor to tell you maybe you should go someplace else smh wow reallyeeeee on my second visit? ??? So needless to say I made another appointment to see another Dr.in the same facility loved the receptionist on the phone !!! But the young lady at the window attitude was a bit nasty so I left.. canceled my appointment for my son and called to speak with a manager and was disconnected ????Reallly??? Call HR to complain yesterday waiting for a call back but I will not be returning! !!! 9 months later still no response SMH!!!! Wow
