The staff at the Salt Springs location is always so kind, friendly and eager to help. I picked up a package in June and a gentleman let me wait in my car with my baby since the driver wasnt back yet, and he brought it right out to me. Today I went to pick up another package and had another friendly gentleman. Love doing business there!

I was supposed to recieve a package on Monday December 14th by 8pm, I was not updated on any type of shipping delays and my package was never delivered. Come Tuesday they left a door tag saying that no one was there to sign for the package, however I was home and awake all day Monday and Tuesday. When speaking with the 800 number on the tag the representative even told me that the driver did not knock or ring the doorbell, and told me they would have it back out the same day, never recieved the package again. I then recieved a call from a very rude lady from the shipping center who said they would contact the driver and call back, never got a call back. Its being priority shipped supposedly. I work night shift an I have stayed up for 2 full days waiting and waiting and when talking to them for a solution they dont seem to care much about their customers. I understand that it is around the holidays and they may be overwhelmed but that doesnt mean you cant show customer service!!!

Our weekly package has been delivered to the wrong house for last two weeks. How difficult is it to match a house number on a package to the house number on my mailbox. I have to go down the street to my neighbors house to get our delivery. Its getting ridiculous.

I dont know what is going on at FedEx but they need to get it together. Were on auto ship for our dog food and so far for the month of November;theyve delivered to the wrong house. Thankfully it was a neighbor who wouldnt keep our package.There was a delivery exception the following week so it was a day late.The next week it was a day early which is fine and needs noted as well.This week we are still waiting on our dog food that was due here Tues, how can it be out for delivery 2 days in a row and still not make it here.Keep in mind this is just what happened in November, we started auto ship in October. Am I going to have to deal with this every week? Are we going to have to put even more money out for dog food to cover the nights they dont deliver?The whole point in getting on auto ship is to save money, not spend more money.What is delivery going to be like when it starts snowing if theyre not on time when its good weather.FedEx really needs to refund shipping costs to the company they are delivering for.

Driver didn’t fully read my address. Dropped my $200 mirror off at someone else’s home. The house numbers were the same but the street names were different

This shipping center is nice however the desk attendant was edgy with me for some reason after I asked about pricing and if I would be able to have some of the boxes because I have clients that always use FedEx. She eventually said I could take some boxes but I decided not to because the whole situation felt off like she was trying to push me out of the FedEx center! Other than that the place was really nice hopefully that employee gets a break or something though XD.

This place is very helpful. I had a package arrived at this location that was supposed to be put on a delivery truck and deliver to my house but was held it location and wasnt due to be delivered till the next day so I drove to the location and went inside in the lady at the desk was very helpful and her co-worker took her lunch break to go dig my package out. I couldnt be more pleased with this place.

I love Fed Ex but I will never go back to this site, nor will I tell others to. My company and myself use fedex quite a lot. There are sites that I love to go to because of how they treat their customers. This isnt one of them. They charge you for tape if you need to close up a box, if you have more than 5 boxes they act like you just kicked their dog and refuse you without question. I am filing a complaint with corporate and so is my company due to multible employees being refused shipping just because the have more than 2 packages .

Terrible. This company is the worst. The driver never attempted to deliver, stated I wasnt home. I was sitting here all day waiting. No ring, no knock, no door tag. Paid for express delivery and they said I can eother drive 40 min to pick it up myself or wait until Monday for a re- attempt. The driver just did not want to come out in the rain. Customer service is terrible. 4 times I called and received different information each time. Finally got transferred to salt springs facility and I was told I would be contacted by a manger. Never happened. I hate when FedEx is the courier.

Driver stated he attempted delivery and I was not home. I paid extra for overnight shipping. Was suppose to be delivered by 12:00 but said attempted at 11:59..... hmmm I’d say trying to make a false scan to beat the 12:00. Supervisor was unprofessional and useless. She didn’t care about the integrity of their company obviously.

I dont know whats going on here at fed ex . i drop my ebay stuff off here and use their Smart Post. They are billing me some outragous fees. if you are on a billing system. check your bill. they are ripping you off

Tried to deliver my item to the wrong house, i checked with him to make sure, it WAS my item, then he got an attitude and acted like it was my fault he was incompetent

They keep losing my packages and delivering them to the wrong address. I was sitting here all morning waiting for this package today. I get a text message saying it was delivered its not here nor did I see the driver. What the heck is going on with your drivers FedEx? This was an overnight delivery and you cant get it right

I dont know which FedEx to be mad at but this one is the closest to my home. I pay for a very expensive item and extra for next day shipping. Took almost a week before they tried to deliver it. We have a security door so no one can get into our apartment building without a key. They didnt get a key from the apartment office next door, didnt even try to call me or anything, all they did was leave a note saying that if Im unavailable again then theyll ship it back to sender. I called and they transferred me to somewhere in California, the representative said I should wait outside for them. Thats crazy, its 30 degrees out there, I have a baby, plus I have zero idea what time they even do deliveries. I asked if I could just pick it up and they said Ill have a 3 hour time window on only one particular day to go down to this place thats nearly 35 minutes away from me. Why do I have to do FedExs job for them? Worst shippers, I always have problems with this company.

Theres a reason I always use UPS. Dont call about delivery because they will hang up on you when you try to explain something to them. Very unprofessional..... Asked to talk to a manager and was told they were too busy to talk. This place is a joke my husband will drive an hour to pick up his package tomorrow and we will NEVER use FedEx again. Customer service is the #1 priority and this place fails miserably.

I came in to ship Directv equipment back. The youngman at the counter wasnt familiar so he went to back to ask what he needed to do the lady in the back was telling him that i had to have a ship label,but this is a shipping center they make ship labels it was very frustrating .She just didnt want to do it. I left went to UPS THEY TOOK MY EQUIPMENT gave me a reciept and said theyll take care of everything. Wont be going back to Salt Spring Rd Ship center.!!!

If I could give them zero stars I could! Before I start let me make everyone aware I have video surveillance on my house that records 24/7 so cant get out of this! For the 3rd time in two weeks of not recieving packages that claimed to have been delivered I started watching my cameras. Expensive items were said to be delivered and the driver text and called and said he dropped off and put on my trunk of my vehicle at a certain time. To find out they were never here at all. I call and they do nothing of course. Well this morning I wake up to someone standing outside my property taking pictures. I run out and the driver pretended to be looking over papers etc and avoided answering why he was taking photos. Fed ex thankfully called me back right as this was happening and heard it all. They called me back perfect timing bc the driver THREATENED ME about if he lost his job etc thats why was taking pic. You can figure out what was said from there. The manager at the north Jackson location that I was on the phone with said to hurry off and read the numbers to the truck before driver left and said the numbers werent even in the system. Was 3rd party service for fed ex. Asked me to send footage of all of this and I did. Someone else called me back and said driver did nothing wrong and packages dont get delivered all of the time and to just file a claim and couldnt tell me the driver or 3rd party company, nothing! Said its their word over mine even with footage that they wont do anything about this and sure enough driver got off with taking my packages and threatening me the next morning! These people are in this together because no way they didnt seem surprised or upset about their employees acting this way! Do not get fed ex its abunch of cons. If use them get cameras and insurance bc this is happening to everyone! BEWARE! George at that location who is in charge thinks its acceptable and we are at fault! UPDATE CHECKED CAMERAS FOR A DIFFRRENT TIME SAME DRIVER PRETENDING TO DELIVER A PACKAGE AND PUTTING PARTIALLY INSIDE COAT IN WHAT HE THOUGHT WAS COVERED AREA AND PUTTING PACKAGE BACK INTO TRUCK!!! Stole on camera and fed ex hasnt responded yet after I sent this footage!
