Friendly staff and really neat building. Good atmosphere. I really like the weight room. At the Davis branch sometimes there are just too many people. It was less crowded here.Only even slightly negative thing I can say is it is as hot as the surface of the sun in there. I am someone who is always cold but I couldn’t even believe how hot it was.

Not enough mask wearing, women more compliant than the men.These are not spring chickens and they are taking serious health risks by moving around without masks.Not sure I feel safe here currently.

Ive always liked it there and now theres more to partake in. Everything has been upgraded, its always clean and organized.

They have a great restaurant there the food is all ways fresh

I absolutely love the YMCA....the staffing is so helpful and friendly....Love 12 rounds and my new addition to my classes jump stretch!!!

I was in town for the day and had a great experience at this YMCA. Val was so helpful and kind showing me how to navigate the facility. I asked for a recommendation for a breakfast and Mike the Director actually came out to speak to me. Very impressed!

Great place!

Very clean and refreshing when you can workout....

Havent been back since they renovated it, but this place was and hopefully still is one of the best places to workout. It has EVERYTHING in terms of weight machines, benches, dumbbells, racks, cardio equipment, etc. Sure it is dirty and doesnt have air conditioning in the basement, but that deters the people who arent there to workout seriously. It literally is a dungeon. I have yet to find a YMCA that compares. Most gyms cant measure up to all that this place offers.

Great gym, pool, work out facility, sauna, personal trainers waking around, a track follows the perimeter on the second floor of the main gym, private work out rooms, lots of class, student discount, free parking (which is great downtown) but carry mace is your going at night its a block walk to parking area and you never know in Youngstown. Student discount. Great gym though.

Good place to go swim laps

Always a great place to be. The remodel has taken this place into the new age. Same great service with an updated and new atmosphere.

The remodeling is really nice. Kind of miss the hard core feel of the old dungeon though. Hands down the best gym around. Would b nice if they put a hot tub and steam room in at this branch. The joining fee, to me, is the equivalent of rape. $90 to have the opportunity to pay $55 a month is fing ridiculous. Joining literally took all of 3 minutes. A $90 joining fee would even make the Jewish community center blush.

I came thair on a day that seid open 12 to 5 got thair at 2 and the doors were lock also the employees dont leave you alone

Great place but so pricey .. my son would love to go here every yr for summer camp but I just cant afford it .. isnt right ..

Its a nice place i miss the old look it would be nice if they add a hot tub if you want a better ymca to go to in the summer i would recommend the Davis family ymca

Greatest & loving remodeling being done. Using daily for aquatic & weight strength ing.

2 stars for VALUE. The price of 53$ monthly and the rule of no guests allowed...

I went there with my family and two guys who I find out work there are lifting with their shirts off acting like children in the weight room . The image of the Ymca doesn’t not portray this kind of behavior or look last time I checked . I will not be back !
