I have been a member at this fitness center for probably the last four years now. Great atmosphere & it has all the equipment you need to get in shape!

Great place to go for an all around workout. Ive been going there for a year and wouldnt want to go anywhere else. This place has a nice hometown feel to it, with the walls painted with the colors of the local high school. The staff is friendly and theres all the equipment you need to get the job done.

Best gym in town. Love this gym.

I came out to visit family from CO, and made the 30 minute drive because this gym is WORTH it. As a woman, I never felt gawked at or uncomfortable (which unfortunately, is a very common thing for ladies at gyms). Everyone is friendly and theres never a wait for ANY machine. Tons of free weights and other exercise equipment too. AND ITS AFFORDABLE!

They told my grandma she could get a membership for super cheap and when I went in to find out more details for her, they gave me completely different info. Very expensive and seems like its not very welcoming to just anyone. The equipment and facility itself is very nice and well-kept though.

The ownership of this place has changed recently, and so has the feel of it. The old body shop had a more personal, hometown feel to it, whereas now it has a generic gym feel to it. The membership prices are cheaper, but now it has an average run of the mill gym feel to it.

Old-school atmosphere. Young and older clients. Not crowded at all at lunchtime.

This place is great for cardio or lifting weights. Everyone there is down to earth and are eager to help you with a spot or tips about working out.

Best independent gym in the area, what they lack in space, they more than make up for in customer service.

Nice place but way to many meat heads walking around with their muscle shirts as if theyre the lords of weightlifting!

Havent been there yet but I plan to some day but how much it it and is there any tanning beds there
