Excellent trainers, excellent clients, all around amazing.Plus theyre no Willy Wonka so thats excellent as well.

Just had a GREAT session with Shirlee. I had her undivided attention the whole time and I could tell she tailored the exercises directly toward my body and needs. I felt like she honestly wants to help me achieve my goals. I am SO looking forward to many more sessions because I feel incredible taking this step forward for myself.
