Love this place! The service is fantastic. The monthly plan is so worth it! Employees are nice and are always courteous enough to put my other mirror in when I ask. Since I cant reach it, and always pay extra attention to making sure the spot under the mirror gets cleaned. I drive a white vehicle so I dont ever expect it to be 100% clean but I think this car wash does the best that Ive seen.Plus just a personal add on because Ive worked customer service jobs outside in horrid temperatures while wet.... Consider tipping. The employees are fantastic at their job and deserve the extra cheddar enduring the temperatures.

Nice if you just wanna get the dirt off. They do a really good job with the prewash. Problem is the dryer isnt very good. Still a good amount of water on the car after leaving the car wash. It leaves spots and streaks.

Great carwash possibly the best in town. they have free vaccum too, i think it works best with sedans, my only issue was the dryer it was a bit inefficient. but the wash was amazing it really gets in there

Nice car wash & if you drive through car wash, you can use self vacuums for free...they dont do that for you but they dont charge you extra either. I really like it.

On the plus side my car came out clean. The minus was that my side view mirror was left hanging and my license plate was bent. The manager was not there and there were no incident report forms on which to file a report. I got the managers phone number and email from an employee. A couple of attempts were made before we received a response. He said if the vehicle is over 5 years old he is not liable, but would work with us. I went to the junkyard, got a mirror and put it on by myself. After a couple more attempts we were reimbursed for the cost of the mirror.

I have been using this car wash several times a year for over ten years. The cleanliness and appearance of the facility has been maintained expertly. The quality of the wash has always been very good. Years ago I determined this facility did a better job than semi hand finished washes costing at least double. I noticed recently the mechanisms have been upgraded and added optional steps. The washes are definitely worth the prices. I never have seen missed dirty spots and have never had a soapy car afterwards.

The service is great! I use this once a week and car looks great every time!! Free vacuum on site is nice to pull in, sweep the car and then drive in to get greeted by friendly staff that brush wash before entering the wash. Great place and prices!

I have been getting my car washed by this facility for 2 years and have a monthly auto-pay that they offer to become a member. I love that I can get my car washed every day if I choose to do so. The guys working the wash were so kind and friendly always. The wash on 2 or 3 different occasions had malfunctioning equipment which happens. I can understand one week or even two, but 2 months is unacceptable! No explainations or emails to apologize, but they make sure to take their payment right on time. The owner needs to step up and make this right!

Holy mackerel, my car is so clean! Going through car washes is a sort of a hobby of mine and this one did not disappoint! Had so much fun, got a clean car, didnt have to pay through the nose for it! Great job here!

They have a very affordable monthly unlimited wash plan that works great for getting that salt and snow off your vehicle to prevent rust. They take the extra time to make sure that your vehicle is clean when you go through their wash. I found my go to carwash and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent! In and out in minutes. Their $32 Unlimited monthly washes saves me a ton of dollars. With winter about to set in, I now can afford to keep the slush, chemicals, salt and dirt off of my car. Everyday if I want to.

I have been a member here for three months and while the wash is not bad I dont know that I am going to continue the membership! When I first started using the wash I felt like my car looked great but recently my vehicle didn’t dry well at all and had dirt all over the back window, wheels filthy and had dirt marks down the sides! I never expected it to be perfect but I go through a few times a week and even after three times in 5 days the car is still rather dirty. I was excited because I finally found one I thought I would stick with! I will say the employees are extremely friendly and the younger kid seems to do a little more in the prewash to try and help out with the outcome of the vehicle

Found you on Google and was really intrigued by the monthly washes. I tested the $9 wash out. Was happy with my experience until I got out to look at it. The back of my car was still dirty. All door handles were dirty. Was really wanting to do the monthly washes for winter. But with parts of my car not being washed I will be looking elsewhere. Bummed :(

Brought my truck there to get a wash bought the best package they offer truck still dirty look like the brushes just smeared the dirt around very disappointed

I bought the best package and added anti rust and lava... The car is clean! My windshield however still has bug gunk on it. Disappointed.

The only reason Im giving this car wash a 3 is because the dryers here do not dry your car very well at all but everything else is finee.

Great deal on getting your cars washed if you subscribe to the monthly unlimited plan . Its a spinning soft brush wash so it does a better job than the majority of the drive thru washes. Its not perfect and does miss some stuff.

Terrible experience last visit. I purchased a set of washes (or whichever term they use to describe it) and didnt realize they expire if you dont use them, which is a bit annoying but not even what made this experience bad.The only good thing about this, is the free vacuums. Im not sure how their suction compares to some of the coin operated ones, but its free and convenient to use whenever. +1 for this. Even though its probably there as a courtesy for customers and not just anyone, its still a nice thing to have to offer.Now, as for the bad, and more important thing...I got the best wash available, and added on the extra addons available to the wash. In other words, I got everything.I left he was with soap residue still on my vehicle, and the mirrors, and the car was still dirty in some places. I thought that maybe this would work better than some of the brushless washes, since using brushes to actually scrub dirt off should work better, but I was wrong. SO much better, and a heck of alot cheaper, to go to the self service car wash on Western Reserve Road. $6-8 for the automatic, or coin operated for manual. Its not perfect, but it does a lot better of a job than this wash has, and it saves me a lot of money.Ive tried giving this place multiple chances, and it just hasnt worked out for any of them. Highly disappointed...
