I bought a membership and had to cancel it due to moving out of state. I thought it was cancelled and my card got charged again. I called and left messages. Then I went back there to talk to someone and he said no problem its definitely cancelled now. It still wasnt cancelled my debit card got charged TWICE in August. Again I call and no one responds to my voice mail. So once again I go back there and talk to someone who again tells me they will cancel it AGAIN. My money has not been refunded for July or the two times it was charged in August!!!!!

Good quick clean. You will still need to take your car for a good wax elsewhere. But for routine clean good place to go.

It was ok. They dont really get my tires too good. I liked it better when someone would dry your car off. It got off more dirt and looked overall better. But this is where I go because of the location.

I was impressed with the cleanliness after winter grime. Paid $11 for wash and wheels. Very impressive.

I went to the car wash to get my SUV clean and it went through the car wash cycle and dry cycle did not come out clean right away so the gentleman at the car wash told me that hell clean it again for me to get the bugs off of my windshield and they did and it was great service so I would tell people to go there and I would rate this car wash five stars

Get the monthly wash, its worth it. The guys do a good job they have working there now, much better than a few months back. Not sure if something changed since then, but they won me back. Only down fall is, the wash does not always open at set times. So check the weather and call before you drive down.

I took my black Jeep JK through Rogue Wave tonight at about 8 PM and lost the Spare Tire Cover, they were closed when I went back. I will be going back Saturday morning to see if they found it. I went through the car wash and when i was finished i got out to look at my car and I found many small scratches and scuffs all around my car. Really nothing major but they’re definitely noticeable. I talked to one of the workers and filled a report out, not looking for a new paint job but maybe just a simple buff. This was over a month and a half ago. I’ve called probably 5 times since then and left voicemails every time and still have not heard from anyone. Maybe ill get a reply to this review since Ive seen the owner reply to others in the past and cant get a phone call back.

Their car wash always does a good job, no streaks or water marks. They have a long row of vacuums so you dont have to wait long, if at all to vacuum your vehicle. Conveniently located on South Ave next to & behind Sams Club.

This car wash is hit or miss. Eithsr it does a great job or a horrible job. They need to upgrade or at least fix the problems they have with faulty equipment that they are aware of. They are ripping people off. Do not go there! Ill go to Coates again!!!

I have used this car wash almost exclusively on my three vehicles and have always been satisfied. BUT now they no longer towel dry your car so it is the same as every other cheap drive through car wash. Wont be back.

One of the better car washes in town honestly. Prices were fair and about what you expect. Nothing beats a hand wash and wax at home, but if you cant do that or are on a time crunch, this is honestly one of the best in the area.

I have a black car, cleans well, no streaks, cleans wheels great and even shines tires. Monthly membership fee is definitely priced right and worth it. Dont listen to these other people on here, go try it yourself.

I joined the monthly program, so I can get my car cleaned everyday if need be. The staff is very friendly and I get a lot of comments on how clean my car looks. Give it a try!

My fav car wash!!!

The conveyer damaged the rims on my Audi and the discretion of it being repaired is left to a lady who knows nothing about cars, finishes, physics or engineering. She dont said thats wear and tear this Audi is not my daily and does not get wear and tear. I made a mistake by not taking it to a hand wash facility, I will never make that mistake again. They dont care about damages their equipment causes. She rather just say it wasnt her fault.

I have the monthly pass where I can get a wash a day every day! I pull up and the gate reads my sensor letting me in instantly leaving others beside me and behind me scratching their heads with what I think is envy.

BEWARE !!!!!!!!!! FIrst time washing my car here and WHAT A MISTAKE !!! I purchased the soft brush level which cost 10.00. I now have clusters of GOUGES on both doors AND windows on the passenger side. I immediately went back there within 30 minutes. They made me fill out an incident report and the young kid told me someone from management would contact me within 3-7 business days. The woman calling me 5 minutes after talking to the young kid and told me that all their equipment was in good working order and those gouges must have been there before. SUCH BULL !!! So, I called my local Subaru company and low and behold... NUMEROUS people have had to get their car repaired from damaged caused by THE SAME CAR WASH !!!! I would give this rotten company a negative 5 if I could and Im most certainly going to call my insurance company AND my lawyer. DO NOT GO HERE !!!

Heavily suggesting that no one use this. My car got crapped on by a flock and so I went here because I had a coupon. BIG MISTAKE. It took less then a two minutes and when I looked at the results, I still had bird crap on my car. This car wash that had brushes and looks impressive cant wash at all. if i could give no stars, i would. Ans stupidly over priced if i didnt have a coupon.

Paid 16$ to use this car wash. If I could give NEGATIVE stars i so gladly would. The staff member on the drivers side didnt even spray the drivers side off maybe washed the front head light. Maybe.then once I left my car WAS SOAKED really? NowI have water spots all over my vehicle. For 16$ I basically got the same results as if someone just sprayed it with a hose. Im very irate. So please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GIVE a penny TO this ROGUEWAVE AUTO WASH.
