The place was overbooked.but we drove a beautiful car down. From Nile Ohio to killeen Texas. We got the extra insurance thank goodness. Our bumper tore off. Always pay for extra insurance saved us $1,000. Wonderful people in the Youngstown enterprise. We defiantly will be back.

I have been renting at enterprise for the last eight months. And up until my last visit, I have been very satisfied. The service had always been phenomenal. But the last time I rented a car, I noticed that the front tire had looks flat. Upon the day I was supposed to return the car, I got a flat tire. And when I went to return the car I was charged for the services of having the tire changed. When I first rented the car, I payed the $20 insurance fee, and I was assured that it covered any damages that were made to the car while it was in my possession.

Instead of just driving down I called ahead and asked if they had anything available. They told me yes so I drove down to the store. I get there and they proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have anything available at the time to come back later this afternoon. I was certain on the phone about the specific time that I was coming to pick up the car and they were certain they had things available. I don’t where the confusion is, I’m just highly disappointed that I wasted my time.

I’ll never rent from this location EVER again! they’re unprofessional! they made a mistake and I couldn’t get my deposit back .. I said “ so, I have to pay for the mistake you made” & the guy answered back “ yes “ DO NOT GO THERE! & made a reservation for a truck and got there and they gave a different & smaller car but charged the same price .. l if I could rate 0 stars, I would’ve!

Stay away from here! My scheduled car was cancelled, and I missed an appointment. Throughout the process, I interacted with multiple employees from Youngstown and Boardman; each one was condescending and arrogant. They gave me so many problems that I took my car back to Another location to avoid their rudeness. My insurance was covering the bill, but they insisted I pay it, and acted as if I were crazy when I explained what my situation was. One girl even told me she wasn’t smart enough to answer me when I asked how she was calculating the taxes on my rental. Even after my insurance contacted them to pay the bill, a few days later, they charged me. I will never return here and will tell my friends to stay away!!

I just want to go record saying that each and everytime that Ive been to Enterprise Ive had a great experience. I use the app so i reserve my car in advance. When i show up the wait time is not even long and if it were they would attempt to make better accommodations for me. I also get courtesy rides back home after ive dropped the vehicle off. You just have to be careful during weekends because no drivers are available that day. The security deposit has gone up $50 but its understandable with covid-19 going on right now. They thoroughly clean each vehicle before giving them to other customers. That Ive witnessed with my own eyes. Thank you guys for your service.

PAYNThis changes was brought on by first the fact that if I become blessed enough a corporate office running my many of brands Id like to think my billing and payments office would be open and running 24/7 especially if I am a worldwide capable brand. Secondly I would make sure that I dont have representatives that like to get smart with customers because theyre policies are so difficult it makes it hard to pay a bill past due or on time, and third I would make sure that customers who are showing good faith by paying their bills not smoking in the car bringing the car back in one piece are happy and when it really seems like theyre having a hard time I wouldnt get the family member of a customer to call and harass everyone the customer knows even after the customer has just admitted they were running behind after answering and not having to but still picking up and saying I know Im coming I running behind and 20 minutes later showing up and delivering said vehicle, I wouldnt make that customers have any issues bringing in any payment in any form.PAYN is what Id call it. (Pay as you need) for loyal customers. That is my suggestion and oh and lets be honest I am smart enough to run a corporate brand of my own I just dont have a degree as the world thinks you need one to do so.. Made a reservation one week in advance but it then they didnt have the van the day we were set to pick it up. They said they tried to call but we answer and never heard from them or received any messages. Referred us to the New Castle location who said they needed a weeks notice and didnt have what we needed nor did Boardman or either of the closest airports. We reserved this vehicle on a special promotion so not sure what happened.No one on the phone could help us at all.So we called Avis and they have exactly what we need plus a discount.

I have always used this location for my rentals for over 10 years but I did not get the car i booked. Watched the employee give the book I booked 24 hrs before getting the car. He was not willing to work with me either. And the gas wasnt filled either. It was an all-around annyoing experience.

I usually dont have a problem when I rent a car with enterprise but this time there was. I opted to get there xtra $17/day insurance after I was in an accident which I canceled a week later and there was a note in the computer that there wasnt supposed to be any money taken out of my bank account until the car was returned. I checked my bank account just randomly to get my balance and saw someone had taken 94$ out of my account a week before the car was supposed to be returned. I called the office on 5th Ave in Youngstown and they told me to call corporate and I did and they sd this happened to a couple other people too. I had bills that needed paid that week and I was lucky that I had xtra money to pay them qnd I never heard back from corporate or anyone from enterprise again. Until I got an email to leave a review. Sorry. I usually dont have a problem this time I did.

Beware of this branch here. I have never encountered such an unprofessional experience ever. Booked a 5-seater and the booking was confirmed. On the day of getting the car we were informed that the SUV is no longer available and there are no other SUVs as well. The store rep was absolutely unhelpful and was just trying to get rid us. They do not answer calls as well.I do understand that mistakes happen but this whole behavior and experience is just unacceptable. We had to go around to find another SUV and was on the lookout for one for almost 2 hours, our trip was delayed and the whole morning was an absolute disappointment. NEVER AGAIN!

Well my trip this time was a little outrageous to say the least. So the car I rent from enterprise was im speechless moment.. First of all the rental prices are a little up there which Im like if you want more business why keep change the price..and than there is the car.. Couldnt use lighter port because it didnt work, and that was after brought two different ports for that spot and then the USB ports that was in the car where very small couldnt use it to charge my phone at at all never seen nothing like it.. Panicked on the highway because I was on my way out of town, stopped at a gateway they had radio shack that didnt have anything to help me..however the gentleman did charge my phone for me..Thank God for him.. This time around in very disappointed all the way around..Enterprise Car Rental in very say this go around..I rent often this shouldnt be an issue.However stuff happens..had to get a power bank to use on the ride back just keep my phone charged..

I rented a Toyota Camry last week for a visit from Ohio to NYC. It was a very nice car, except that the cruise control was defective. After the first 40 miles, it stopped working and I drove the rest of the 420 miles to NYC manually. I had leg cramps for 2 days. On the return trip it was erratic, and worked sometimes. It ruined an otherwise pleasant drive.

Forgotten items in car. Staff was unhelpful and rude. Only thing that makes sense is that one of the staff had stolen my stuff. Would not recommend. Was told there was an inspection of vehicle. So either they did not do that or there staff is stealing things from customers. Tried to talk with them several times and they never called back. Total let down.

I was in a rental for about a month my insurance covered half of it and I had to pay the other half but I wasn’t sure how long I would need it so I’d call in every day to pay for the next day..Teddi Bloom helped me out so much the whole staff was great! Don’t go to hermitage they are horrible.. go in and ask for Teddi!

Very disappointed. Been renting from here for a while. This last time was my LAST time. Customer service 👎 very very rude. Used my security deposit without notice. Unbelievable even after the corporate office was contacted. Whole situation unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN***UPDATE: After speaking to the RVP, he definitely rectified the problem! All NEW staff and when I tell you polite and professional they are!! The new manager Teddi is awesome! They definitely get 5 stars now⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the employees was rude and unwilling to accommodate me. He wouldnt even listen to what we were saying or try to help. When i asked for a manager, he stated that he was the manager. He was a manager trainee and his supervisor instructed him to help us. Very disappointed in this experience and not sure if ill return. This is sad because i travel for work and will be renting cars frequently

My vehicle was perfect for me. It had excellent gas mileage and a great amount of space. I was treated rudely by the assistant manager Eric. I have been a customer to that Enterprise for 10 years prior.I did ask him initially what the total amount for the rental was because I reserved online and it doesnt include the deposit or insurance in the cost. He did not answer my question when it was asked and after I returned multiple times.I ended up not having enough money and told the agent if I left again I wasnt coming back and explained why. The agent ended up working with me to make my experience better and that is why she earned this Enterprise 5 stars and her store is in Boardman.

Youngstown, OH. Staff is courteous. Beware of early Saturday closing time and closed on Sunday - makes it hard to return the car in many instances. We ended up having to pay for 2 days that we didnt need the car because we couldnt return it. That was disappointing.

Absolutely terrible. Paid 900 dollars for a rental for the month. Got a 2018 nissan rogue with 7200 miles. great car until the wheel bearing went out 1500 miles in and is hanging off the car. I called and they said within 3 to 5 hours they would have a replacement dropped off. I get it, theyre busy. Well its been 10 hours now, and nothing. They did call to let me know the ticket was cancelled and there was nothing they could do. They didnt have anyone to deliver a new rental, my wife is stranded at work right now because these idiots rope you in and cant deliver. Unreal. They waited 10 hours... TEN HOURS to inform me i have a garbage car that wont drive. Well, im going 3 wheeling tonight. lets see what happens.

I hate to state that this rental company has a branch #3983 representing its brand and they are a bunch of incompetent meer males that believe they are God but can not deliver the level of quality service that a mule can deliver. These people are liars and unethical. They will tell you anything to get a sale and once they are caught providing bad service or cars that have not been serviced properly they will blame you and then ask you for the best excuse to use to blame you. These individuals, like Jaron, who will ask you what the problem is only to conveniently forget when they are found to be impotent in solving the problems they have created. Due to an auto mishap I was eligible for a rental during repair of my vehicle. The staff were courteous friendly and efficient. I requested and was provided Pick up service for acceptance/delivery of my vehicle. I completed online registration prior so the paper signing etc. was expedited. My rental was clean inside and out in great performance condition had Nissan Ultima . Performed soo... great would consider purchasing one if car was larger to accommodate a taller person and the low car design not condusive to people with weak/knees/back or pregnant. Office terrific excellent service ! My repair shop returned the rental for me as this is a partnership agreement with the companies. Recommend Enterprise & Rayen office will rent if taking a vacation and want to preserve road miles on my vehicle.Thank you Rayen Ave Associates for making an uncertain time much easier.
