Ron and his crew were on time, I had three large trees removed along with the stumps. He was very reasonable priced compared to other tree companies in the area. Ron and his team did a great job with cleaning up the site. James Family Tree Service takes pride in there work. Will definitely use them in the future again.

Ronald James was very prompt in coming to my house. It was somewhat emergent since the tree fell over on the neighbors driveway. He was willing to come after hours and get the branches off of the driveway. I decided that it could wait until morning. He came about mid morning. I asked if some of the wood could be stacked on my property because the neighbors have a fire pit and could use the extra wood. Mr. James loaded the wood on some of his equipment and took it over to their house and unloaded it.I was expecting to come home and we would have to carry the pieces over to their house (many trips with a wheelbarrow). On top of that I was prepared to come home from work and gave to clean up small twigs that would have been left laying. I was VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED when I found a very clean, twigless driveway. The bank was also raked and looked as though nothing had happened.I had another estimate done and Mr. James estimate was much lower. If I ever need to have tree work done I will definitely give James Family Tree Service a call.They were THE BEST!!!

Ron and his team were great. I needed 6 large trees removed that were very close to my garage. The price and quality of the work completed was above my expectations. I have used multiple tree services in the past so I have a lot to compare to. I will be using this company again in the future.

Called because my tree fell into my neighbors yard. Said he would come out the next day. I waited all day and still nothing. I called on his cell and asked when hed be out and said it wouldnt be that day, but tomorrow. I had another company come the next morning instead.

Good people fair prices

I had three other tree services out to look at a few very large dead trees. all three had given me a bad vibe when they looked at the first tree and seemed dumbfounded on how to drop it. then after an hour gave me a insanely high estimate. I told my wife Im renting the equipment and doing it myself. she said just meet with the last tree guy first, and am I glad I did. Ronald came out the day I called, he knew exactly how to drop all my trees in 10 minutes. And because he was equipped with all the right equipment, he was able to give me a very professional and very safe job at a price thousands cheaper than the other tree services. not to mention that they were telling me that it would be 4 to 6 weeks before they were going to be able to make it out and 2 days to do the job. Ronald came out 2 days later and finished in 4 hours. I was very pleased with James tree service and would strongly suggest that you call them before deciding to have any tree work done.

We have used this team three times in the last 5 years. Prompt on estimates and they work fast and hard to get the work done at exactly the price they gave us. I am surprised by some of the other reviews as our experience has been so consistently good

We had a very large tree that needed down asap. Ron came out on a Thursday and by that Sunday the job was done! They were sure to clean up and left it better than before.

WARNING DO NOT USE JAMES TREE SERVCE. Ronald James gave me a quote. Told me he would be out in 2 weeks. No phone calls, no response for 6 weeks. Then he wanted to change his quote. Dont waste your time. AVOID!!

Came out to do an estimate. Called him after a month, said hed be there on blah blah, never heard or saw him again!Thought courtesy call would have been more professional.We found someone else.
