The arborist was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He accommodated my priorities and constraints, kept me apprised of scheduling and was flexible with minor changes to scope. The crew was professional, efficient, polite and friendly. They followed safety protocols to protect themselves, took extreme caution to prevent damage to surrounding vegetation and law ornaments, and clean up effectively. It was a pleasure to work with all involved.

Sent a separate bill after the job was completed that wasnt clear on original estimate and handled it very unprofessionally when asked about the bill. The job was budgeted and the extra cost was not included and they were very rude when asked about it would not use again or recommend them

Bartlett was very responsive and thorough. We used them for treatment and pruning of several trees and shrubs and everything turned out great. Mike gave us a detailed estimate and the crew was quick and courteous. We will definitely use them again.

Started trying to contact them in January for an estimate/evaluation on a diseased tree. After 2 1/2 months of calling them again and being promised someone would come within two weeks, I finally gave up (some of their difficulty was covid19 related but they never contacted me about problems, always me and they do have more than one arborist.
