We had the most wonderful experience! The staff was so kind and very supportive. This is our first time having a puppy. The staff was so helpful and kindly answered our numerous questions. I would highly recommend!!

Dr. Ingold and all of his staff are very polite and professional and they always show they care about your pet 100%. They have gone above and beyond for all of our pets. Dr. Ingold is very knowledgeable and very thorough with answering any questions and concerns you may have. He has always made our pets feel comfortable during their visits and gives them great care, love and treats during their exams. I couldn’t recommend a better vet.

I called today to inquire about details and costs for spaying a dog. I was informed that until you schedule and pay for an initial visit, they wont even give an estimate on the procedure. Needless to say, well be going elsewhere and I would suggest you do the same with a business capable of being more up front.

I tried to get my elderly animal care, here. There was an unfortunate situation that happened for which the staff apologized to me for. So in the future, I would consider going there. But ongoing training of empathy for the support staff is needed. They did apologize, very genuinely though. So I forgive them.
