Exceptional, finally found a solid location for a male haircut. With out paying for a Hollywood stylist. Cutting mine and my teenage son with success.

Old fashioned style barbershop and hair dresser. After my third time everyone would welcome me by name when I entered.Pricing for hair cuts are fair. I believe $15.00 is the norm.I highly recommend going here.

This is a great family run business. We have been going here for some time. Charlie always does a great job with our hair. They are going above and beyond in making sure things are clean and sanitized.

I have been going there for approximately 2 years now and well pleased. The place is clean, modern and all the barbers are excellent. Prices are reasonable and you can go by appointment or walk in. My barber there is Sarah and she is very personable and gives a very nice haircut.

WOW! I arrived before 7am, put my name on the Board and was called back within a few minutes.The Owner, Steve was very friendly and outgoing. He asked me what I wanted and delivered the PERFECT haircut in less than 10 minutes! (Im very picky about my cut because my hair is just the worst.) Yes, so when I say PERFECT, its perfect!The entire staff on duty today seems very positive, polite and efficient.Word of caution, they only take Cash or Checks, but throw a $20 and maybe some singles in your pocket and youll be golden.

Great old school Italian type Barber Shop. I would suggest an appointment. They are however able to work in a standby from time to time. Everything looks clean. I can only imagine one improvement, they dont do the traditional hot lather shave. Otherwise, I wouldnt change a thing.

Jamie is absolutely the best, she took me as a walk in and being that Im from out of town she made me feel extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone that comes here for the first time let her take care of you.By far her skills and her personality put her at the top..💪

This shop does both men and women. Men in front of building, woman in rear. Good idea to make an appointment if you want a special stylest or barber. Shop closed on Sunday and Monday. Plenty of parking. Rates are good. All are friendly. Walk ins are welcome. Shop is usually busy. They know their regular customers by name. Results- happy returning customers.

Stopped in here without an appointment on a Saturday mid morning since it was highly rated on Google. The first impression (or rather, smell) that I smacked in the face with was that of a nail salon-- it was as though the place was not ventilated.There was absolutely no wait to see someone to get my hair cut; rather, the two ladies without clients exchanged a volley of looks to see who would take me. The young woman I ended up with was pleasant enough and did a decent job with the hair cut, although later on, once I had left the area, I found out she missed a couple places (but these were easily remedied on my own). It was also the fastest haircut I have ever had.If I was back in the area, I wouldnt necessarily avoid this place, but I wouldnt make a beeline for it, either. However, it must be popular with the locals- when I left, there were quite a few people waiting and both the stylists who had volleyed looks earlier were both much more animated and happy looking.Lots of parking, but only takes cash.

Its a family business that treats everyone like a friend of the family. How good are they? Last year I moved from the York area to Delaware and every six weeks I drive back to Licatese for my haircut. Wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Steve Licatese is the ultimate American success story. His barber shop/salon is tops in York County. Ill never go anywhere else. Treat yourself to the best.
