SHOUT OUT TO LEXI for starts and the whole staff on 09/19. First time here and I have nothing but great things to say. Stopped in on Saturday to see about making an appt /Stylist stopped what she was doing and greeted me and we set up a time for the following day. Showed up the next day a little early and they let me know my stylist was running on time and I would get in next. Lexi greeted me and chatted w/ me the whole time while we discussed hair / color / cuts and her vacation. Some stylists just stand there and dont really talk but this was not the case. The whole salon of ladies were great and friendly. I left looking amazing and feeling great. Thanks again LEXI and I will see you again.

I was so please with the services. I received from Holiday Hair. Tessa did a excellent job! For a long time, I was traveling to Baltimore to get my hair done. No More! Tessa thank you for your creativity with my color! I continue to get compliment after compliment! Absolutely beautiful!

Tessia does an amazing job of making me feel like I look good. Shes friendly and listens to what you want, even if you say you dont care! The team was not busy and I was impressed that they were using down time to teach each other new styling techniques as the Salon appeared very clean already. There were a couple of new stylists that I could tell were very concerned about pleasing their clients and looked to the other stylists for validation that their work was done exceptionally. Overall a great experience! I will definitely go back.

Newer stylist cut daughters hair, per manger they were still training her, but why are they not watching over her better. Her bangs are very very uneven, Back side is also cut on an angle. Manager said she could fix by why did you not see this if you are to be watching over your new stylist? store policy is no refunds we are not having her hair corrected by them and will not be returning. reply to owner. I had asked for a refund and none was given that would have made the situation better. I was polite and even asked to wait while no other customers were not around. but your manager just did not want refund only to correct her self and she was present when stylist was cutting she should have been watching her and new stylist should have asked for help. When you are upset why would you want same establishment to correct, refund and say I hope we can better serve you next time.

Tessia is always professional and courteous. She does her best to squeeze in my girls at one time on her busy schedule making it convenient for me. Their hair always looks good and healthy. She takes her time to figure out exactly what I’m asking for in my hair and never disappoints me. If she is unable to work us in she will recommend another coworker who can get the job done.

Shi did a wonderful color touch up of my graying hair. She took time with me to choose the right color and it looked great once it was finished. She has a lovely positive personality. In fact all the stylists seemed friendly even though it was the end of their day. The manager helped maintain a warm professional atmosphere while working very hard herself. I will definitely come back.

Tessia was amazing as always. She explained everything she was doing before she did it, made sure I was comfortable, and even though she was super busy, she still managed to pay attention to me. She is an amazing hair stylist and I trust her 100% with my hair. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. My hair turned out so beautiful and the service was amazing! Thanks again Tessia! I was recommended by a friend to make an appointment with Lexi for colouring. I was alittle nervous about going to a new salon,as i just moved to the area. I was totally blown away by her thouroughness throughout my visit. She made my experience a memorable one. She exceeded my expectations. I love my color and highlights. I totally feel like a new and improved woman. Holiday Hair is truly lucky to have such an amazing lady working for them. Looking forward to my next appointment for a touch up.

Love my haircut and Tessia does a wonderful job. However, I am not pleased with the new way of making appointments. Not answering the phone is not a good way to do business. I missed her original call back and when I returned her call the following day, it was her day off and no one else would return my call to make the appointment so I had to leave another message and wait another day to make an appointment. However, I did notice that while I was getting my hair cut, my stylist answered the phone twice and made appointments for two other stylists, Whats going on?

Today, Lexi was my stylist to do overall coloring . I will continue going to her. She went the Xtra mile and treated me like a Queen and my hair the crown. Definitely recommend this salon. Carol Cox

Was supposed to be red and blonde highlights and you can barely see any highlights very unhappy this was definitely not worth $140ill never go back to get my hair done there again

I get my haircut here on a regular basis. I never really used one haircut place/salon for too long cause I usually ran to what was quick but quality and consistency lacked.So, now I take the time to set an appt at a place that knows me and takes the time to do a good job.I get a tight fade and they do a great job every time.

Myself and 3 daughters have been going to this holiday hair on White Rd. for about 4 years to get our hair cut. Everytime we are greeted with kindness. My daughter also gets her eye brows waxed and we had different stylist do them. Each one does a fabulous job.

I love Tess here. I mean all the stylists are great and always so nice and professional. Its alittle expensive, but Ive seen places that cost alot more and been to a place that costs alot less, and let me tell you..you get what you pay for. Tess has been my stylist for about 4 years now and I wont go to anyone else. Shes great to talk to, listens to any concerns I might have and then explains everything so Im always confident in the services Im getting. The styists there always make sure you get everything you need before you leave and make sure your satisfied 100%. My favorite place by far.

I went into holiday hair to get a special occasion updo done for my prom and ive never gotten my hair done before but stephanie my stylist made my first time perfect she took off some split ends gave me some layering and after she was doing the style from the picture i showed her it looked perfect. Definitely coming here again, Thanks Stephanie for the great experience.

They have recently redone some of the spaces and it looks fabulous. Jodi is the best. she always takes care of me from cut to advice to color and is always on the mark. It is always friendly and making an appointment is easy. I have been going there for 5 years. They are taking good care of customers during this pandemic. Many are older so need to be reassured all is well. Great place and reasonable.

I went there for the first time today to get some highlights and a root touch up. Lexi did my hair and she was absolutely incredible she exceeded all my expectations. My hair has literally never looked better she is amazing!!!

Holiday Hair in shopping center on White Road, off Carlisle rd. They do social distance, wear face mask. They are always cleaning surfaces. They pay attention to detail, and safety. My daughter had told me about this place after having several trips to a hair salon that I frequent for many years but after my last visit I was so highly dissatisfied that I let my roots and grays just go on for months because of the great disappointment. I was referred to Tessia. First let me start with when I entered the salon all the hairstylists were so friendly and welcoming, the place was very clean. And my appointment was on point, not that I expect to be seen immediately but I didnt have to wait for almost an hour like at the other salon even after making an appointment. Tessia was very detailed as to what she was going to do to my hair, nevertheless very professional. She didnt interrupt our time, that was also a big issue I had at the other salon. I couldnt understand why the old hairstylist would be jumping around leaving me half the time there unattended when they had enough stylists. Well my end result was that this young lady was amazing and I highly recommend this place. 100% 👍

Was in the area and needed a good cut for my extremely overdue hair. The ladies at the shop were all kind and very considerate. My hairdresser was extremely knowledgeable about my hair habits just by looking at my hair and offered rocmmendations on how to better protect my hair. Would 100% revisit this location. These ladies know their stuff and can help you with your hair services efficiently and wont break the bank.

My first visit here and was pleased as punch to have the cut I was asking for. I have tried many other places and have not really found the right stylist. I think I may have found the one here, Stephanie! Thanks again, see ya in about 8 weeks.

It was nice. Only had my eye brows done. The girl sorry didnt get her name was very nice. Did a good job.The only thing was when I wanted to leave a tip they had no money to change since they did away with cash. So I had to pay a service charge on another change device. You would think they would keep some change on them selves or atleast tell us before hand you had to use credit or have a device that you could leave a tip in the first trans action

Usually never go to this type of place for cut and color but I kept hearing such good things about this location. I heard Tessia, in particular, was really great. After checking out her Facebook page, I gave her a try. Im completely satisfied. Best decision! Im no longer paying $50-$60 for a haircut! I pay half that! She does great color too. I also get coupons by email which helps me save even more on services and products. Im happy!

They charge a surcharge when leaving a tip. Was not explained to me until I noticed it on my bank statement.
