Older man at the front desk was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful. Was trying to pick up a vehicle for my company that they had towed and they did everything possible to put a road block on the process. Sure seemed like they wanted another day of lot fee. Dont recommend working with this place.

I was there because of some issues with York Police and they were very friendly and understandable. I highly recommend them if you need a tow.
