Im not sure about some of these other reviews but I can tell you these guys are great. They are very thorough and honest. You receive a detailed report and pictures of what is going on with your car. Whats absolutely necessary and what can wait. They helped avoid an unnecessary repair a different mechanic told me I would need. They also have financing options. They were flexible with scheduling and able to complete a long list of work in one day. I now service all of my vehicles here.I wasnt necessarily happy about all the repairs they found I needed but when I asked my old service center about the repairs as they never had come up in previous reports they were legit. Their pricing came in well under the dealership.You wont be steered wrong and your car will be in good hands.

I went for oil change and State inspection/emission for the very first time. They checked my truck with diligence and provided quality customer service. They checked everything on my truck to make sure everything works fine. Not for them to make money but for vehicle safety and customer satisfaction with honesty. Went smooth with no need of repair. For me they showed they cared with their dedication and honesty. I truly appreciated their time and highly recommend them.

I’ve used this location three times now and have been highly satisfied. They are honest and reliable. A well known dealership told me I needed things done to my car; at the time I did not purchased the services through the dealership. When I had time and went here to get the parts and services done they said I did not need them. After their inspection of my car they showed me I did not need the parts I requested. I’m thankful for their honesty and they don’t pressure you to buy additional services but will let you know exactly what is going on with your car and what is needed right away. I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs!

I have been going to Meineke for three years now and Josh makes sure this old woman has a car that is road worthy. This time was a small job and it was fixed in rapid time. All the employees are of good nature and polite.

The shop got me in and out quickly and the bill was less than anticipated. Friendly staff. Great job!

Not happy at all. Manager agreed to do a job for the price I was quoted from a competitor. After I get home I get a call that the manager said they couldnt do it for that price. It was almost 200.00 more. Since they had my car and had it torn apart told him to do the job. I just wanted my car put back together. Awhile later I get a call the car is ready. I hope to pick it up. I get my card out to pay. Was told I didnt need it. They didnt do anything to the car. SMH. Wasted my whole day. Had I know that I would of had them put my car back together and I would of taken it. Oh they did give me a loaner car to use because I was tired of sitting there. I will not be returning. No a professional way to do business. Bate and switch.

I set an appointment for 1:30 pm about a week in advanced for just an oil change and inspection. I arrived to the location around 12:50 to drop off my car and received the text of them checking my car in at 1:02 pm. I went across the street to the other stores to burn some time. I got back to meineke around 2:45 pm to sit in the waiting room, after not hearing anything for 45 minutes, they told me they still didn’t take my car back. They finally took my car back at 3:30 pm. They didn’t finish my car until 4:30. If I had known they were going to be so slow I would have arranged different plans or went to a garage. The staff was friendly but they could have told me in advanced they were going to be 2 hours behind schedule. This wasted a large portion of my day and they didn’t offer any kind of discount or apology. I guess back to the dealerships for service it is.

The team at this Meineke are the best of the best! They are incredibly competent, very friendly and completely honest. This is the only place my family will take their cars anymore!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in a time crunch with an unexpected repair - all 4 brakes and rotors needed replaced. Normally I would have had resources available who could have done the labor, but given my time constraints I was not able to enlist their assistance. I paid over 1,000 for 4 brakes and rotors. My friends who typically could have helped said I “got raked over” and those were extremely high rates. I don’t have anything to compare it to.

I walked in a 4:30 with a leaking water pump. They got my truck in within minutes and checked it out. I left it overnight, they got the parts in the morning and fixed it up. The guys were all very friendly and respectful. They’re also very thorough. This is a Veteran owned shop and they noticed my Infantry license plate and gave me a Veteran discount.They performed all the work in a timely manner and had me back on the road in no time.I will definitely be returning for future repairs with my truck and my wife’s car.

Great & timely check in and out. Good service! But I was disappointed that they did not provide me with wheel adjustments measurements (usually a printout or one handwritten by the mechanic). They said it is uploaded to the site which I was not able to find!!

They were very professional and quick. They were able to fit me in for the next day with very short notice when my car wouldnt start. They were very thorough checking every part of my car. I will definitely be going back next time I need work done and recommending them to everyone I know!

Went there for an oil change. Guy at the front was nice. They had an area for me to whip out my laptop, plug it in, great wifi, and I was able to work.

This place is AWFUL! I went in for a state inspection and they gave me a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed. My brakes were fine but they said I needed new ones and replaced them. I left the shop not being able to fully brake. Literally turned my car into a death trap.

Had a cancellation on my appointment so they took care of me gave me a free oil change and everything for having to reschedule I really appreciate it they did quality work and great inspection

While the techs were kind and professional I feel like they took advantage of me. On the first call I needed a multitude of work that was going to run all but $1000. The next day it was a completely different story when they found I needed a mew alternator. If they ran there expensive computer diagnostic why wasn’t that detected at that time? The story was different with every person I spoke with. Their prices are ridiculous. I paid more for labor than the replacement part. I will not return no matter how many coupons the try to give me!

Been going there for 5 + years. The service and friendliness is top-notch. The last latest experience was not the best at all. They kept my car all day just for an oil change. I was told it would take about an hour. I dropped it off and did some errands while I was waiting.They did not explain to me the difference between drop offs and waiting there for it until 5 hrs later when I called to ask why it wasnt done yet. When Im told around an hr then thats what I expect,..... not the entire day almost. They need to let the customer know up front the difference in waiting time. It messed up my day. If you go to Meineke, just make sure to ask questions cause sometimes they dont fill you in on certain information that could be important until later.

The mechanics are fast to put the prices are insane and the work done is a little shaddy. My vehicle was in there and got over 3,000 dollars worth of work done to the suspension, I still have knocks and noises.

Meineke isnt the cheapest... but the owner is great and Ive always been treated with integrity. I had a bolt/screw in my tire. I showed up without an appointment and they took it out and patched the tire. They informed me that I needed new tires and explained the benefits of getting all 4 tires for the type of car I have. I knew that I was going to need tires some time soon. I returned 4 days later to get the new tires, this time, I had an appointment. I was satisfied with the service and the facility. The reason for not giving this business 5 stars is because I was there for 2 hours. I thought that with an appointment, the wait time was going to be shorter. I am appreciative for the help they gave me. Thank you

The team there advised me that I needed new tires when I asked for the tire rotation part of the service special to be done. They refused to rotate them. I was experiencing a terrible vibration at highway speeds and believed it was due to purchasing used tires that were never balanced. I was a bit disturbed as I was trying to resolve the problem less expensively by means of balancing all 4 & rotating them. I will be purchasing new tires & have the peace of mind that the money balancing these old tires wont be wasted. After taking a closer look at my tires including the lack of depth in the tread footprint compared to new tires I agreed. Uneven wear on the front tires was evident that someone put these tires on the wrong sides. Thats the problem when you buy used tires. If the mechanic doesnt mark them, left or right as they were previously being used they tend to break down.

Great experience, except I was supposed to receive photos of some sort showing what was wrong with my car if anything and never did. I called to make sure they were supposed to be sent to me they ensured they would be sent later on that day and I never received them.

Went there for an oil change. Came out with engine light on and oil light coming off and on. Never will use again

Like others have said, if I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment to have an oil change and inspection/emissions done. I waited for four hours as customers who walked in, without an appointment, were serviced before me. Eventually, I was told it would need work to pass inspection and immediately asked “would you like to call your dad?” They hadn’t even told me what was wrong with the car yet! I am an adult and am still very insulted by the way that was handled. When I asked what was wrong, for an estimate, the cost of parts and labor separately they weren’t able to answer any of my questions. I was told I needed rear shocks, rotors and break pads. The mechanic told me that my shocks have gone bad which impacted my rotors which negatively impacted my break pads. I have asked several mechanics and was told by every one that wasn’t possible. The cost for this work $1000. I did some research on the parts cost they provided me and they marked up the parts by 250% of Napa retail cost. I understand it won’t be as cheap as buying the parts from a store but a 250% mark up is absolutely ridiculous.My father was then called and told he had a free oil change so, despite his better judgement, he went in. When he was there he asked an employee about the estimate I was given and then multiple employees explained that getting work done on your car is like buying a steak at a steakhouse; you aren’t just paying for the meat but the labor and overhead. This is not an apple to apples comparison. When getting work done on your car you are charged for parts and LABOR.After all of this I contacted my local Ford Dealer who quoted me a little over $600 for all of the work Meineke said I needed. When the dealership inspected my car they found nothing wrong with the shocks. That Ford saved me about $800.Of the three times my family has gone there each has been an absolute disaster. They tried to sell me on things I didn’t need, overcharged me, and disrespected me by acting as though, because I’m a woman, I have no idea how to handle my car.

I had an appointment on Thursday, got an email and text confirming, went and said I had wrong day uhm no I didn’t! Made appointment next day AGAIN for 1:00 and car wasn’t ready until 5:00 with an appointment and he never called me I just happened to drive there at end of day! He did take 50 % off for inconvenience but I had to seriously complain to get that! I feel like service has changed for the worse and he was so sketchy about questions I had about what they looked at and did to my Honda! Oh FYI.... he said the wrong appointment issue happened to someone else the same day!

I wish I could give zero stars . Brought my car here for an inspection ended up spending 2 1/2 hours sitting there for them to claim my car needed $4000 worth of work that they claimed needed to be done to pass inspection. They told me I needed a new air conditioner because my defroster didn’t get cold. I Put new brakes on my car, which wasn’t needed to pass inspection they were at the bare minimum but they did pass, and took my car to another garage to get the inspection and passed with zero recommendations. They will do everything they can to get you to put money into your car that’s not needed do not go here. Especially if you’re a female because they will try to take advantage of you and assume that you have no knowledge of vehicles. I’ve never been to a garage and been treated so poorly.

Jason walked me through every step of the repairs and explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I understood what needed to be done and the price I would have to pay. They were very professional and customer oriented. Thank you for completing the job in a timely fashion. Its not often that I have positive experiences when it comes to automotive repairs but this place was great. Ill be coming back soon to have my other vehicle serviced by them. Let me start off by saying thank you, to Meineke and the men that work there, for their excellent service. They truly went above and beyond in my case. To make a long story short, I was in need of an emergency oil change. My only option was to drop the vehicle off to be serviced and walk to my job, down the street to start my shift. I explained that I wouldn’t be able to pick the car up during normal hours and to just put the keys in a secret place and to call the restaurant I work at to make payment arrangements. After all was taken care of, I figured I’d have to get off work at midnight-1am. and have to walk down to their shop to pick up the car. Definitely not the safest option, but again, desperate times call for desperate measures. However, unbeknownst to me, the gentlemen who took care of me at the front desk came walking into my job. At first I thought something was wrong. He told me that everything was fine and that he was there to drop off the car so that I didn’t have to walk back there after a long shift, alone and in the dark. This was honestly one of the nicest things any business has ever done for me. The gentlemen was beyond courteous and his customer service was excellent! I will definitely be using them for all of my future car repair/maintenance needs. Thank you again!!!!

Meineke was very thorough and explained everything, using pictures of all parts of my car for my inspection. Experienced technicians.They are practicing guidelines set for all of our health and safety during Covid 19: wearing masks, desk shield, wiping/cleaning everything. Very friendly and patient. Highly recommend this service station!

Please avoid this place. I went there last monday to get my inspection done. They were telling me that a bunch of stuff were wrong with my car and I needed to spend over $1300 to fix it. I told them I wasnt doing it and they failed my inspection. Today I took my car to apple nissan, they checked my car out and told me there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car, and it passed the inspection.

Never again will I ever go there again the person who did my oil change rooted all thru my car folder that were zipped were unzipped and the papers just thrown back in my glovebox. My mug which was 3/4 full was on the floor spilt. There was no need for that person to open anything that was securely closed and my mug was not in the way for any of the checks that came with the oil change. This person must be an active addict still living in addiction what other excuse can there be for what was done. There is none. .

They failed my vehicle for state inspection for control arm bushings. I took the car to my dealer to get it repaired and they informed me that the control arm bushings were fine and did not fail inspection. They said that slight cracking is normal and is even seen on brand new vehicles. This Meineke has seem to find a niche for ripping people off. If they fail you for bushings don’t buy it! It’s a scam!

Guys in here are always super nice & helpful. I’ve seen them on multiple occasions go out of their way to help customers best take advantage of discounts. And they never once have made me feel like a bother when I come in within 20 minutes of their close time for a quick service. Tho a bunch!

Took my car here to get the emissions/inspection done. They where very nice, honest. They didn’t find any “extra” things I had to have done to pass. Will definitely go back. Is at a nice location also, can walk to Starbucks and close stores while waiting, but they have a nice waiting room also.

I will not be going back. Josh kept looking for reasons to NOT service my car. Had it not been for the other service person, I would have just left. I asked for a safety inspection and they performed an emissions inspection although I just had one. Surprised the mechanic would not pause when he saw a new sticker on the windshield rather than just scrape it off.

My first time at this shop . I will definitely be returning in the future for work that my truck may need . They were professional, honest and fair. Had a tire corked. Days later, earlier tonight, tire was down some n it was late evening n I asked if they might look at it n see if i could make it home. They were rude and unkind at best! It was a simple request asked politely. All the men were behind the counter glaring at me. I felt disturbed and so uncomfortable. I only asked if they could look n see if the tire would get me home safely as it was dark n i was a woman alone. They glared n one repeated they were closing n i said ok but i was so worried n only needed to know if the tire might get me home safely. Finally after I asked if one of the men would look one, the boss I think, gruffed at me, on my way out! He snarled b4 he looked even saying, tires got dry rot, ul need da get new ones. Go get air at rutters. I asked if that would get me home safely as i was alone. He shrugged n looked away n snarked, better hope so.Oh, it was awful. I wasnt demanding, only desperate n worried n asked for near nothing. N i accepted that they were closing n NO WAY going to help me. But they all glared, all the men n jus me across the counter n dark out n zero kindness. Such a terrible experience! I know Ill never go there again for anything! What happened to the idea of being a gentleman, to jus simple politeness? So dont help me, but do put forth a non-threatening face n do be polite... especially all men workers to a potential customer, thats a female in distress and alone! Very disappointing, disconcerting, disturbing treatment.Ill hope for real gentlemanly behavior elsewhere!

Dropped car off in the morning to have exhaust inspected and repaired, already knowing what was wrong with the car. It never moved from the spot it was parked yet when I went in to pick it up the manager tried to feed me a story of what needed replaced including the manifold/turbo instead of the $15 gasket that actually needed replaced. Long story short my car was never touched yet they tried to hook me into unnecessary repairs. 100% dishonesty and unprofessional crooksUpdate 7/17/20Fixed car myself for under $100 instead of letting a dishonest manager try to up sell me $1000s of dollars in repair.I wonder how often this place takes advantage of unknowing customers.I’d avoid this place like the plague

After spending almost $1300, I went to pick up my car after work and the battery was dead because of an issue that I had notified Service about and they were unable to accurately diagnose. I can understand that it was an honest mistake even if I had told them a way to remedy the issue, but I seriously have a problem with the fact that after I left a message asking someone to call me back to double check the battery that nobody followed up. This no way to treat/keep customers especially with how much money I spent. Here it is 3 business days later and still no word.

Took my car to get inspected and had a list of what needed fixed so I fixed them and took it back to be inspected again and then they found 2 more things wrong. They wont pass anything unless you spend $1000.

The team is professional and friendly. You can tell they care about their customers. My tire was fixed quickly and they worked with my schedule. I’ve already recommended them to others.
