Andy was a true professional and extremely helpful in getting a vehicle towed in the evening hours on a Sunday. He was pleasant, professional, and generally cared about customer service - and actually made me smile after a Triple A mess up that had me waiting on the side of the road for 6+hours in which Triple A sent the wrong type of tow truck initially from another business. Andy from Andersons Service Center was exceptional and it was apparent that both Andy and Andersons take their commitments serious and provide excellent customer service and came to the rescue when another business could not assist properly.

The lump meat crab cakes are the best Ive ever had. And that says a lot since Im from the Chesapeake Bay area. The Maryland Crab soup had CHUNKS of crab meat in it with a nice thick base. And lets not forget the crab dip. No Old Bay to mask the absence of crab meat because it didnt need it. The dip was like the soup and cakes...full of crab meat.

They were honest and also helpful. My car had a broken radiator. I asked if it was worth fixing. They checked it out called me quickly and said yes. I was thinking gasket. Everything worked out and they fixed the radiator and my car runs good again.

One of their tow truck drivers almost ran us off the road about 10 minutes ago. 2 lanes into 1, they sped up and cut us off while driving in the center lane to pass (we werent going slower than the car in front of us).So tried to get tag number, truck has no plates, none on the bac of the bed or in the back window. Just no plates. Almost caused another accident a few minutes later tailgating the car in front. So irresponsible.

They got my Santa fe 2002 in less than 30min when I was on side of road on Carlisle. Driver was top notch and professional. I recommend this towing company for their professionalism and knowledge.Today I had them tow it from the repair shop where I had it checked out. Andy was very friendly and even assisted me into getting the car into my garage....WOW I was so impressed have him a tip. This Company goes above and beyond what is required.Thank You so much

Estimated an hour, but was there within 45 minutes, even called ahead to let me know when they’d arrive. Andy was extremely kind and helpful! Very comforting for a young woman with a broken down car!!!

Fair price and great service!

During a recent trip to downtown York I had one of Andersons tow trucks narrowly miss the front of my truck. As a matter of fact I believe firmly if I would not have backed up the truck would have hit my truck. The driver was being aggressive and I felt his actions were unsafe and purposely done to pay me back for getting stuck near the cross walk during a light change.

The service is wonderful. Randy, the office goddess, has all the information you need and has great advice for car care.

Bad service! Was waiting on the tow truck and he just drove by and didnt even give me a chance to get out of the car when he just drove off. I guess i was supposed to wait out in the cold.

Good place to go if you have car trouble

Driver showed up, didnt even exit his vehicle, and left without towing our vehicle because he claimed we were being uncooperative. Had to wait another 1 1/2 hours for another truck.
