I did my first action two weeks ago through Old Tyme Auctions. What a pleasant experience! Chris, the owner, is a very professional guy and you can tell he puts his heart and soul into his business. I am so thankful to have such a great auction house near my home.

Lots of fun, Great crowd, always have a good time and always fill our truck up, always good to see the regular bidders and carry on with the auctioneers, cant get buys like this everywhere, got a whole van load to unload right now! Sold my parents farm and personal property and did great!

Met with Chris Sprigle at the estate property in East Berlin on Wednesday 3/14/18. We toured the property and discussed high-level costs as well as the services he could provide. He seemed interested and willing to take the job on. He indicated that he would drop off a contract to my estate attorney on Monday 3/19 for them to review. On Monday I called my attorney and she had not heard from him. I then called Chris at 11:07A EDT and he picked up after a few rings, said he was busy and would call me back later with the details. I never received a callback that evening.The next day Tuesday 3/20 I again called Chris at 11:04A EDT. No answer, it rolled to voicemail. I left a message indicating that my attorney is waiting to review the contract. No callback. I called again Thursday 3/22 at 7:21P EDT. I left another voicemail indicating that he should call me and provide an update if possible. Today is Friday 3/23 and I called at 3:26P EDT and left yet another voicemail.So here we are with a house full of items that will easily sell at auction and we cannot find a reliable auctioneer to sell them. Mr. Sprigle is misleading, unprofessional, and deceptive.*****UPDATE*****It is now 5/1/18 and I have another auctioneer handling the estate. To this date I STILL have not received a callback from Sprigle.
