I setup a hair appointment with hairdresser Sophia to get my hair color and trim. I had a terrible experience with her doing my hair. The hair color she used on my hair was to bright. Plus I wanted my hair trimmed to get rid of split ends, but she didnt have hair clippers to do the job nor did she have an electric shaver to trim down the back part of my hair to give it a nice shape.I just paid her for a very poor hair job. Ill never go back to to Beauty Mark Studio to get my hair done. I mean never!

Very professional people that works there Sasha is the best she tells you what you need and what you dont need and when you should come back beautiful atmosphere loved it there

Today was my first visit at this salon. Sirra did my knotless box braids and her work truly exceeded my expectations in a short amount of time. I love it!The salon is clean and practiced covid 19 guidelines. I felt comfortable. The staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in their craft.Booking my next appointment now 🙂💗

Visited the place at least 3 times. The ladies have a very rough and bad attitude. Wasnt instructed DIRECTLY to make an appointment even though I was seen by the inexperienced Lash Tech a couple of times without one; I came back to give her a chance. Anyhu, during this past time, one of the ladies asked the front desk girl if I had made one (an appointment)...My advice : next time, be more courteous and upfront directly with the customer and just advise them nicely to make an appointment. It would have been easier for them to say something like, for our shop, its required to make an appointment. If that had been said, it would have been settled easier.

The nail tech I had seemed inexperienced she couldn’t remove my ingrown nails and after some time of her carving into my big toe, I asked her to stop. She was a sweetheart but I wouldn’t go to her again.I called before arriving to ask how long it would take, and i was told it would take 45min because they are thorough. It definitely took an hour due to inexperience.

Beauty Mark Studio is amazing! This hair salon does weaves that are out of this world at an affordable price. Sirra the owner is awesome! She is professional, and really knowledgeable about hair she is also friendly as well as her staff. The decor in the salon is something out of a magazine which adds a nice personal touch. Glad I found Beauty Mark Studio!

This was the worst hair experience of my life. The manager was doing my hair. I told her what I wanted and half way through someone else started doing my hair and did the complete opposite of what I wanted. When you brush the closure the closure flies into the air. My braids were showing underneath the closure. When I brought this up to the manager she had someone continue to do my hair and left the store. I found this to be beyond unprofessional and quite child like. One should not run away because the customer is unhappy. IF you want to throw money away go to the casino but dont waste it at this place. BEWARE.

I went to beauty mark studios for the first time yesterday. I was so upset when I left, I decided to sleep on it before writing a review. Well, I’m still upset this morning. I asked for a bun with a twist bang. I showed them pictures. I repeated several times that I didn’t want it small. It’s like they couldn’t understand what I was saying at all 😭😭😭. I didn’t get a bun, I got a completely unflattering style. When I tried to tell them it’s not what I asked for, the stylist said « it looks good!” It doesn’t. And it’s not what I asked for. And the fact that they would let me leave the salon looking like this is the worst part. I will be undoing the style that I paid for today just so I don’t walk around looking crazy.

Am So Happy and Impress with this Salon. They seem to do everything. I have natural Hair and I got a Silk Press by Sirra. It came out excellent.

I got my lash extension and nails done by Adriana and she did a lovely job. Lashes stayed on for 2 weeks and I still have them on am super happy.

Most unorganized hair salon ever. They made me an appointment and then when i showed up, they said they had no one to do my hair. So rude and i advise no one to give them your money

Would never go back here again! Prices are ridiculous ! I mean ridiculous ! I asked for a sewin with closure they assured me they could do the style I requested . They didn’t know joe to install the closure. It kept falling off . The bundles weren’t sewed in properly . I had to spend money at another salon to correct it . Then when I told them they weren’t doing it properly, they were so rude and the owner made a rude remark. For somewhere that charges so much, they should be nice to people . My friend and I bought a Groupon to this salon and made a reservation on May 26, 2018. When we arrived, it was very hot in the salon and there were only two people working. The manager stated to wait at least an hour for the other worker to finish with a customer, so she can take us individually. We each had an appointment at 12:30pm and expected to be done at the same time since we had plans after.The manager stated she would call us in an hour, so we went for a walk. She never called and we came back about 90 mins later. She stated the worker still wasnt done, and we would need to continue waiting. At that point we had to leave.The following week, I called to schedule another appointment and I was advised they would call me back but they never did. This is the most unprofessional nail salon Ive ever dealt with. It seems to me they dont have the intentions on redeeming All the Groupons sold.They were not respectful of our time, as the manager could have called ahead of time to advise us they could not keep the appointment, nor did they have the courtesy to call when we took a walk and when I called back for a second appt.

They are great and make you feel very comfortable. I’ll definitely recommend this place.

I loved this place from the moment I stepped through the door. Friendly and very capable staff. Sirra did a great job on my extentions and choosing her staff. They do everything there. From weaves to nails to eyelashes. I found my one stop beauty shop. This hair salon is ligit. Its so hard to find the right beautician after losing your regualar person. I checked Beauty Marks out on the strength of a flyer that I saw. I was skeptical at first. But now I am so glad I took that leap of faith. I would highly recommend Beauty Marks to everyone. They truly do amazing work here. Their prices are unbelievablely reasonable. They are not out to rob your pockets like some lesser than places around the area. And to find them in Yonkers, the Getty Square area. You would expect a place like this to be on 5th Ave in NY, NY. Please give them a try. You will not be disappointed.Veronica-

Let me just say im from the older generation and i look for clean floors dust free shelves etc. However the beauty mark rates above and BEYOND! Staff is FANTASTIC! Professionally dressed, no scarves on their heads no unpleasant body odors, as ive experienced in the past.! Nice music playing, staff is very welcoming and warm! I always need my hair braided super tight and my wishes are met! Maggie, Ivy, and the Receptionist Ashley are FANTASTIC. Sirra the owner did a FANTASTIC job with picking her staff. Went there last week to get my nails done . My nails have cracked within 2 days . I called and the owner was so rude saying it was my fault that my nails cracked . They have a very nasty attitude and is very overpriced . Would not recommend at all!
