Yes the bathroom has no soap or paper towels but they have a hand sink near the washers. They offer hand sanitizer and regular soap. I always bring a towel with me just for when I have to wash my hands. Th staff is very polite and friendly. The machines are always clean and never will you have to worry about waiting fir a machine they have plenty of them.

Was drying clothes employee kids cleaning dust everywhere should not clean while customer s are drying and folding clothes.. SMH

Always friendly staff, clean machines, reasonable prices. I dont use the ones under my apartment because its a major rip off. I pay way less and save time too.

Like all good things they started out great. Now its a different story. 8 dryers are currently out of service the attendant has a standoffish attitude. The floors are riddled with used dryer sheets. If I fall I am suing, there arent enough carts. The bathroom has no soap, no towels to dry your hands. The vending machines are way over priced and half the time arent working. I am definitely on the hunt for a new place. I didnt even want to give a star. Get it together laundry land!!!!

A friend of mine was looking for a new place to do her laundry. Her old place had increased their prices, but the service there decreased. I suggested Laundry Land, so we tried it. And we were pleasantly surprised. Its spacious and clean. The prices are the best Ive seen anywhere. And the parking is a plus for my friend who drives.

Use to be clean and well kept...not anymore...bought a washer and dryer to do my laundry a home...

Not just the worst customer service but outright theft! They took 5 shirts, we counted them, they counted them, our ticket which THEY GAVE US read 5. When we went to pickup, they said there were only 4 and they refused to accept respondsibility! They stole my husbands favorite shirt! STAY AWAY!

With all the years I have as a customer in this laundry I totally expected better service, guy was cursing. Couldn’t even treat me nicely gave me a crazy attitude . It’ll be the last time I was my clothes in this laundromat ever again.

Clean, there are always machines available and when you wash your clothes, they are delivered promptly and well accommodated.

I dont like it very much because almost always everything is dirty the machines the floor does not disinfect anything
