Staff was really nice. Good atmosphere and clean.My nails werent the best. They are uneven and not filed uniform. You cant notice from afar, but I notice. Some are longer than the others, some are pointed and some are rounded.But, because it isnt real noticeable, I am not going to see if I can get them fixed. Plus, I dont want to be charged again.

This is the one and only nail salon I use in town! I always make an appointment ahead of time and they honor that appointment time! Theyre all friendly, do a great job and the salon is always super clean!

I have been coming to k nails since the opened I had stopped getting my nails done for a couple years but decided to start again. Took my daughter in a weekAgo to get our nails and toes done I got a full setThere where spaces in between the acrylic nail and my real nail ended up breaking one just a couple days after gettingThem done went back in to get them fixed after speendingAlmost 90 dollars they charged me another 35!! NowMy real nail is already spacing from the acrylic again justTwo days after getting them fixed! I’ve spent so much money in a week there and all they say is come in andLet me look at it and we will see what we can do. Ya soYou guys can charge me another 40???? Definitely findingA new nail salon!

Never going again. The lady was really rough on my fingers and not patient or nice at all. My nails are all smudged and only look good from a distance

Waldo did an awesome job on my acrylics! They look great and stayed on perfect. I’ve gotten so many compliments!

Went with a couple family members- not my choice salon. My feet soaked longer than my actual pedicure took. No massage. Crooked toenails. Hours later my paint was still wet and got smooshed. $30 rip off. The manicures in my group weren’t much better. Poor paint lines and tips that didn’t have even coverage.

The older guy did my nails, it was my mistake for not saying anything while he was doing my nails but multiple nails are crooked, the nail polish is on my skin. i wasn’t satisfied. i won’t be going there again.

Nails were nothing like what was asked, paid 60 for something that could’ve been done at home. friendly though.

I had a shellac manicure and pedicure in the color “503 orange smoothie” and I love, love, LOVE it!!!!Helen did a thorough, beautiful job and this salon is sparkling clean. They are very careful and very hygienic. The prices are also very reasonable. I am 100% happy about my experience and I will be back!

Waldo and Ann are the best in Yakima. Waldo has been doing my nails for some time now and hes always on point. This shop is super clean and they know their customers. Got a full set and the nails are slightly different lengths and different widths. They rushed through the process. Got a pedicure and the women who did it sped through it ridiculously fast.

Will never bring my girls here ever again. My daughter went in to get her nails done and they cut them too short and they refused to do them over, they told her it as too late that they couldnt do anything about it. I think that if they made a mistake they should be responsible and fix it but thats not how it works.

Came in with my 11yr old daughter to get manicures together. We waited approx 20-30 min (which I don’t mind) then when it was our turn the guy wanted to seat us on opposite sides of the salon ....seriously when a mom and child come in you don’t separate them! Defeats the purpose of mommy/daughter time. I asked to sit together and he rudely said no one here one over there. Ok bye we left

I have came twice. I am very unhappy with the services. They rush it was far from relaxing!!!! I said OUCH 2 different times.I told her she was hurting me and to slow down and pay attention please. It was so LOUD in there. I for sure will not be back!!!

Perfect every timeI have gone to this establishment for over the last 2 to 3 years. I have never ever had any issues. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. Every time I’ve gotten my nails done or a pedicure it is 100%.

I used to go there and the nail care and service was great. I have tried to go back 4 times now in the recent 6 months. WORST customer service. The man in there (and I cant use gentleman as he is just rude RUDE) to me and as I listened he was rude to people on the phone. I tried to go back, but consistently they make the experience so unpleasant. I will not give them a 5th chance to make a relaxing time to get my nails done, warped by the guys rudeness. I wanted to get a full set and my friend suggested I go here and I LOVE IT. Helena does my fills and takes her time no matter how many people have come in. I like my nails short and she does a great job and I am always happy with the result.

First time going there was yesterday and the man was doing my friends nails and i was over talking to her and they seated someone else before me that walked in after me and i asked him just to clarify i was there first and i wasn’t sure if he forgot or not and i asked him if i was gonna be seated or not just so me and my friends were done around the same time so they weren’t waiting around me for and he knew we had somewhere to be before 5. And he put on my friends nails and her acrylic then told me to sit back with nails unfinished so i could sit down and he could start mine because i was being a “cry baby” is what he said, he said “let me start on your friend because so she’s not being a cry baby” it made me mad that he said that. and i told him i liked my nails short and he put on a new replacement nail on my left thumb and when he was filing it and grinding it he cut the underneath of nail and my nails are all uneven and crooked the left thumb nail is so much shorter then my right nail it’s very noticeable. if i couldn’t notice it it wouldn’t bother me.. i will not be going back to this nail salon ever again.

They did my full set with shellac and my left thumb is noticeably shorter than the right, the shellac has a ton of bubbles underneath and overall it just looks super messy. I asked for a shorter nails but they just did the same length as my real nails. They did not take the time to make sure each length was about the same. When I called to see if I could get my money back, they were very rude and told me there was nothing they could do besides fix the nails. I explained that I did not have enough time so they could fix it and they did not care at all. My friend also got her nails done and she asked for a certain nail shape and gave her a different shape, she wanted a shorter length and they gave her a longer length. Hers are all crooked as well.

Terrible pedicure. Maybe 10 minutes long, INCLUDING soak time and no massage whatsoever. I won’t be returning. Don’t waste your money!

Severely disappointed. NOT kid friendly if they arent getting anything done. Was trying to pick a color and handle my kids and male owner was telling me how to handle my kids and that they couldnt sit in an EMPTY unused chair. Use to come here for everything but I guess I wont be returning. Fail K nails. 👎

SO RUDE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. They made me feel so uncomfortable and were talking about me behind my back.

I went there yesterday and the guy who did my nails (the owner) was super rude to me the entire time, treated me terribly, made each and every one of my nails crooked and painted them terribly, before he even painted them he said I needed to pay before we went even further and he didnt say it polity, very abrupt and rude. I went in today asking for my money back and he completely refused, was yelling at me and telling me to leave. We come to get our nails done and get a good service out of it, we PAY for the service and the nails. This was is the worst place to go. Dont waste your time here, not worth it.

The man (I think the owner) was very rude! I was getting my nails and he send me washed my hands .When I came back he left me waiting for about 15 min while he was finishing with the lady next to me. Besides, she got there after I did!I understand that they can be working on someone else while they are not working with me. But not leve the client waiting for 15 min with half of the work!! Awful!!

I got a pedicure with two other women, for which I made an appointment for. They started me about 20 minutes after the other two, and because if that the lady that did my nails rushed and I didnt get near the attention other women did. Another woman next to me got started before I did and was still getting her legs massaged when I was done. Really disappointing. What point is an appointment if that happens? Never again.

I am constantly going to different nails shops because I can’t ever find a place and say that I love but this place has to honestly be the worst place. The man who did my nails were CROCKED and lifted and although I said I wanted them longer he didn’t even listen to me and did them short he is SO RUDE and spoke Chinese thinking I wouldn’t understand would laugh as he did my nails after I told them they were short !!
