They quickly analyzed while there was some debris that needed cleared out, it also needed an additional down spout to help drain the long gutter. A big maple tree trashes my place every spring. Got tired of paying for gutters and downspouts cleaned sometimes twice annually, so I did the math and opted to get quote on the Gutter Rx guard installed. It works great anything that happens to lay on top just gets blown off by wind. It is wavy and prevents any sticking.

Im very pleased with the work that was done at my house today. Among other things, this was the neatest, cleanest gutter cleaning Ive ever had done. Other companies seem to throw the debris everywhere, but my yard, patio and walks are perfectly clean. Out of the 3 quotes I received for gutter and downspout cleaning, these guys had the lowest cost. They made it very simple to get the service on their books and they came out within the time the quote said they would. They were in and out within 30 minutes. Quick, easy and good value. I recommend them for gutter and downspout cleaning! I cant speak to their other services, but I imagine it would be a similar experience. I will continue to use them in the future!

I highly recommend GutterCo!! It was difficult to find a company in Columbus that would respond, but Mike responded right away and sent an estimate within a day. I Had Gutter Co clean the gutters and I would recommend them definitely. They saw that one of my downspout extensions was crushed and they repacked it at no charge. I hadn’t even shown it to them. I’ll definitely call them again.

The Gutterco team was excellent during their work today. They cleaned out our drains and although we had also planned to do gutter clean-outs, they discovered that the gutter guards were stuck in place and could not be removed, and although they spent some time checking around the various gutters on the house, and cleaned off the top of the gutter guards, they graciously did not charge us for that time since in the end they were unable to clean out the gutters. The team leader, who I understand was the owners son, was extremely knowledgeable about both the various gutter kinds and tricks, and the oddities of our neighborhoods drain system. He gave us great advice for the future. His team was courteous, polite around the kids, practiced social distancing, and were careful with their gear. I will definitely work with them in the future, and will recommend them to our neighbors.

Ive used GutterCo several times for cleaning over the last two years. Theyre always prompt in responding to my email request for service, call when theyre on their way out to clean the gutters, and are exceptionally tidy. Aside from clean gutters, I cant ever tell they were there. No debris left in the yard or sidewalk-nothing. Mike and his team are excellent and I love doing business with them.

They came on the day and time they scheduled. I dont think our gutters have ever been this clean. They had to stop when they were almost done because of a pop-up thunderstorm, but stayed in their truck and finished the job when the rain stopped.They were polite and respectful. I have only great things to say about my experience with GUTTERCO. I used their website to request an estimate for some gutter work on my house. I heard back from them very quickly. They provided me with an explanation of the work that would be required along with a fair estimate. They were able to get the work done shortly thereafter, and they stuck to the estimate that they gave me originally. The workers were very polite and professional. Communication has been great from beginning to end. I highly recommend!

Got a flyer in the mail about this company. Decided to give them a call for an estimate for drainage replacement. When you call you are directed to go to their web page and fill out a form concerning your problem. I did that twiceand then left a voice mail message to call me directly to discuss what I needed. That was a week ago and still no call from this company.Very unprofessional and no courtesy shown. At least they could call and say they are not interested but so far nothing.

I had kind of a difficult job. I had a problem with a gutter that was difficult to fasten. I asked them to fix the gutter and clean the gutters while they were out there.They had no problem charging me $150.00 to clean the gutters, but the repair job was a different story. They were gong to get back to me with an estimate.My main problem was fixing the gutter, I had them clean the gutters just because they were going to be out there. They dropped the ball on the repair.It wasnt the one story house with 40 feet of straight gutter and one downspout. The company said they would get back to me with an estimate. After several phone calls, texts and e mails I received a response saying basically were busy, well get back to you.After 2 weeks, I have received no response, just to get an estimate. I do not recommend this company. It looks like they want the fast, easy, in and out jobs.

We had them come out to clean our gutters and fix our drainage issues. They came out and cleaned them and said there were no issues. The next time it rained hard our drains overflowed again destroying our garden. I emailed them back to see if they could help. They just said our line may be tied in with our neighbors. Good customer service would be to assist here. I will not use them again.

I tried to find someone to come clean our gutters for weeks before reaching out to Gutterco. Wish I had reached out to them sooner. I contacted them on a Thursday and they came out to clean our gutters and install new gutter covers Monday morning. The process was so simple. I filled out a quote request on their website, they sent me a PDF quote via email, I approved the quote, and the work was done the next business day. They then sent me an electronic invoice to pay. Couldnt have been easier.

I had this business provide an estimate on replacing my gutters but to repair my soffit. The company came out and destroyed my soffitt by ripping a huge whole in the soffit panel, ruined several of the shingles on my roof and threw insulation all over my floor beds a bed left it there. They quoted me 4k to replace all of it which lowes came out and offered to do the same job for just over a 1000$.

Had the standard $150 quote to clean and check our gutters. They were out the next week and cleaned. One down spout that needed reconnected was missed. After i pointed this out someone stopped by that same day and fixed it. Didnt even know they came and did it. We asked for an overall inspection of our gutters. For less reputable businesses, this would be an opportunity to sell us something we dont need. We were told we are good to go now that all of thr debris eas cleaned out. Excited to see how our gutters function during the next downpour.
