Met with rep on May 5, 2021 and was impressed with the quality and price. Signed contract that day and 100 feet of front gutter system was installed on May 14, 2021. Contacts with this company were polite, efficient and trustworthy. Would highly recommend this company .

We had gutter helmet installed last month. Our home has two 70 foot oak trees in the front yard, our gutters were always full. It had become too difficult to climb the ladder to clean them. Now the leaves just roll off the roof.Customer service was polite and professional, installers were experienced and cleaned up their work area. We are thrilled.Lastly, my mom had gutter helmet installed 20 years ago, still working great.

I have had gutter helmet installed for 5 years and love it. I live on a wooded lot and these guards work awesome as designed. I recently had a new roof put on and needed to have them de install the guards and then reapply. Andy was great in coordinating the team and they reapplied the gutter guards and in some instances replaced a few broken guards at no cost to me. Very thorough cleaning from start to finish and I would highly recommend these guys if leaves are an issue. Very Professional...thank you!

Few days ago I needed part of my gutter to be replaced, I called couple companies but none of will do a part they wanted to replace the entire house to charge more money. Gutter Helmet came down to my level just to replace a part. The adjuster and crew were amazing. I recommend them to my friends.

The company was somewhat difficult to get ahold of at first. No explanation was given at first. This was a long process in part due to covid 19. After the Pittsburgh office finally contacted us, things started moving. The work looks good and was finished in a timely manner.

Just met with John, who came over to Columbus from the Pittsburgh roofing sales office. He made a professional presentation and examination and gave me the estimates I needed. There was no mess and we were done in an hour. All questions were answered and he got the order. I hope the installation is just as efficient. This is the second time I have done business with Harry Helmet.

The entire process was handles very well. Arrived as schedule. Removal of old shingles, clean up and installation of new shingles was completed as agreed. Well done.

We recently moved into a condo/house with a back deck off the family room. We wanted something to help keep the sun out during the hot summer days but allow it to come in during the cold winters. We decided on a retractable awning from Harry Helmet. The quality of the materials was far better than the competition and the warranty was much better because of that. It works perfectly for what we wanted. Now that the weather is getting cooler, we can leave it closed to allow the warm sun to come through. During the Summer, when it was very hot, it provided a nice area of shade for our guests to enjoy outside without burning up. I would highly recommend Harry Helmet to do the work. They were professional and on time, and did the job quickly. I would caution that when you measure the width of your area to cover to go a little larger than the actual area. This is because its possible that the actual covering, because of the mechanism, can be up to 4 narrower than the actual measurement. If you keep this in mind, you wont have any problems. Use Harry Helmet if you can.

After moving in to a new home with several trees in the yard, when the first torrential rains hit, our gutters overflowed and we ended up with water in the basement. Very good installation done in a timely manner. A small army of men showed up to do our fairly large ranch style house and completed the job in one afternoon. There are still a couple of small issues they will address soon, bit overall the installation and function seems to be working as advertised. Not cheap by any means, but the engineering of the solution works well and should be maintenance-free for many years.

Just had my product installed last week. I have an older home w/ two different roof types on it. Initially it took them a little bit extra time to figure out how to install the product and make it work. They were excellent in keeping touch with me throughout the process and the installation crew and sales rep were incredibly professional. Less than 3 days after getting the helmet installed a large tree branch fell on my roof and damaged one section of the helmet. I called them up and they came out assessed the damage and replaced the section FREE!! Weve had 2-3 really heavy rains since it was installed and it appears to be working as advertised. Certainly no water in the basement from overflowing gutters which was the reason we put it on in the first place. Im very happy with the service and product overall and would definitely recommend to others. Heck, I even told my in-laws to try it out too!!

Horrible on the service side. It’s September and we’ve been waiting since April to finish their work. They were missing a part when they were supposed to come the first time. Multiple no shows, no communication. I really get the feeling they may be close to folding financially. Something is off that they can’t finish their service work. They may be putting all their effort into sales???

The gutter helmet product works well with the exception of icicles that build up quite large during the winter. There is a heating product that is very expense that will solve the problem. The issue is with the cost. This product is very expensive and the product is very thin aluminium. It is very difficult to work with and can easily damage. Hopefully you never have to take the product off, because some of the parts that hold the helmet to the actual gutter will damage easily once removed. Gutter Helmet also ensures that you will not be able to acquire parts outside of their maintenance shop and quoted me $700 for labor to re install. We are talking about 30 minutes of work. There are actually better performing products on the market at better prices. I would make sure you understand the bigger picture and think about the long term expenses. I believe folks have paid up words of $5K for the product and install... Please consider other options before investing in this product.

Signing up for a free estimate was a simple phone call and we were able to schedule within a few days. The salesman was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We had already considered other styles of gutter covers and, especially after seeing how Gutter Helmet brand covers are constructed and installed, decided to invest in them. The installation was scheduled for around two or three weeks out and the installers who arrived were great. They answered a few additional questions that we had, asked if we had a preference when there was more than one way that a section could be done, worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their gutters. The only reason Im leaving a star off is because we had decided to finance the purchase, applied and were approved, sent in the information, but were charged the full amount (instead of the 10% down-payment with the rest of it being financed). We decided to just take the credit card points and pay the balance off the next month but, if we hadnt been in a position to do that, having the full amount incorrectly charged instead of financed could have been a real problem.

Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet met all expectations and were easy to deal with. We watched the heavy rain fall and spill into the spouting without going over. Anxious to see what the leaves do this fall. We would recommend this company to anyone who does not want to get on a ladder and take a chance of falling.

My dad set me up a appointment guy shows up asking me if im my dad and i said no i have authority to do what needs to be done and kept asking all these personal questions for a estimate so i was like thats not ur bizz my personal info isnt ur problem rite now i just want estimate and he got in car and drove away very rude if u do decide to go with them make sure the “caller” is there.

We received the notification that the installer was coming as promised. The gutter helmet was installed quickly and efficiently. However, the installer left gutter dirt all over the sidewalks, decks and the sides of the house. In addition, the end caps have gaps and I am concerned that hornets and wasps will nest in the gutters as a result. It has been very cold with only one or two days of melting snow off the roof to see how the gutter helmet worked. It seems to work fine, though water forms icicles instead of the water flowing into the gutter when it is melting on the roof and still below freezing.

My family actually used these guys twice. First for the gutter helmet product then a second time for the front facia.They came out and did a flawless job on the gutters then were able to fix the facia easily and relatively inexpensively.I have a great deal of respect for the men and women who make a living on a ladder! I couldnt do it at all!I absolutely reccomend these guys! 100%

Great product and service. The company worked with us to get our gutters protected quickly before the fall leaves started coming down.

Happy with the work, however, was disappointed in the lack of communication. We specifically asked the consultant to call us before the installer arrived. We arrived home from work and the installer was already there and almost finished! We had NO idea he was coming. Our dog was probably going nuts inside and barking her head off wondering who was on the roof! We wanted to remove a Dish Network wire that runs inside the gutter, but since he was almost done, we were not able to do that.Darcy and Scott Carey

The crew came out and did a good job and the helmet looks nice however when it rains the rain just runs over the helmet the whole length of the house and it doesnt have to be raining very hard either very disappointing considering how much I spent having this done.
