I found a few of J&J’s properties on Zillow and received no responses when I requested to apply. I can understand not responding to online inquiries, I’m sure there are a lot to wade through. But there was one property that looked beautiful and I was very interested in. I called the number listed, the agency number, made an account on their website and requested to speak with an agent...multiple times. No answer. I left voicemails. No answer. My partner also called their offices and the agent’s number. Still no answer even after leaving more than one message. I’ve given up on the property, but it’s still listed. Completely unprofessional to ignore willing customers.

No one ever picks up the phone, No voice mail set up. Made an appt to see an apt. via email, I waited an hour & no one showed up. 24 hours later I still have not heard from anyone, no one picks up the phone & no response to my email after being stood up. Worse treatment ever.

J&J Real Estate was a wonderful experience. In a few short emails I had given Javier my list of potential property types and timeline (less than 3 weeks). Javier was able to show me 6 different units that all met my requirements almost immediately. It was one of the fastest and easiest apartment shopping experiences and the unit I decided on is much nicer than what I expected when starting my search. I dont usually write reviews but I thought I would take the time to say a few words about J&J Real Estate. My experience with them was quite enjoyable. Javier and his team helped to find a place that met my needs. They are both courteous and very professional team to work with. I can only add that when you are in the process of finding a new home you need to be patient. Javier did his best to expedite the process and gave me the feeling that he had everything under control. Overall my experience was a very positive one. I Will definitely be contacting J&J in the future. Thank you!

The Good: Javier found us the perfect apartment for a great price. He showed us many available properties, and worked with the landlords to negotiate on our behalf. He is very technologically savvy, which speeds up the process of renting a place. In the end, he gets everything done that needs to be done.The Not So Good: The office can be difficult to reach at times. It took a while to return my phone calls. I made an appointment over the phone with one of his employees to pick something up at the office, but when I arrived, no one was there. Its just a very laid-back company, so if this style works for you, I encourage you to try J&J Real Estate. Again, they found us our dream apartment that no other realtors showed us, so they have my vote.

Completely trustworthy, prompt, low-key real estate professional. Javier helped us find an apartment and later, helped us find a home to buy. He is a no pressure type of realtor who looks out for YOUR best interest. Was able to explain everything about the homebuying process to us. Extremely quick to get in touch with, dependable and experienced.

The staff here is extremely rude and not at all helpful. This place was recommended to me by a friend so I decided to give it a try. Worst decision I made, do not waste your time. I wasn’t on the phone for more than 5 mins before getting told they could not help me. Nor did they offer any kind of suggestions or other help. Oh let me not forget I got hung up on. I think they need to reconsider who they hire.

Easy to work with . Got me great apartment first time out, all my questions answered in timely manner. Landlord let me move in few days early at no extra cost !!

This place is horrible tired to call multiple times no answer. Left messages no call back. Physically went there door lock no one there during the business hours they display. Horrible service. I would advice to do business else where. Very unprofessional.

Last month we were trying to find an apartment and came across an apartment that fits our budget so I emailed the real estate agent. The next morning I didnt get any response so I tried to call the office phone number, left a message. But never get any call back or return my email. Then few days later i research if the real estate agent (javier) has any alternative number and I found one which happened to be his cellphone number I called and he answered so I inquired about the apartment I saw on hotpads and he scheduled us to see the apartment but as soon as we get to the apartment he didnt show up, I called him several times and left a message several times but never get any response. Finally I get a hold of him but he said that he didnt put us in his schedule that he wanted to see the apartment.For me that is not professional!!!! So we got the apartment I was hesitant to sign the lease because he was so cocky about him having in the business for 10 years and told my husband that the reason why we got the apartment is because of my husbands good credit (I mean is your point, you dont want us to rent this apartment) he made us feel like we cant get no apartment at all. He is not very friendly, and professional. He didnt even give us a copy of the lease or MENTIONED that the apartment is not safe for LEAD!!!! If you are in this business for so many years how come you dont know what the heck your doing!!!! You dont know anything and you lied to the landlord so many times. I will not recommend this place. You dont want them to steal your money. They are SCAMS and LIARS.

Unresponsive to emails and questions. I had to email repeatedly to set up a showing. All I got back was short, rude and unprofessional emails. Horrible customer service and I never got a response to set up an appointment for a showing. Skip these people and find someone willing to work with you. J & J you desperately need to learn some customer service skills.

It took me over 2weeks to finally get someone to answer the phone, and now another 2weeks still no responce to phone calls or email.its clear they dont have the proper staff they need to accomidate there clientle.last time i new you need people to rent appartments it might be helpful if you communicate with them wont try to use them anymore and will never recommend them.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of realtor. Javier knew almost nothing about the properties he showed me. He didnt know when they were built, whether they had lead contamination, whether they had central air, et cetera. He showed me several properties, and I finally found one that I wanted. He had difficulty contacting the owner, so I texted him every day asking him for an update. Eventually, he stopped responding. I would call him and he ignored all of my phone calls.Finally, I looked the listing up online and contacted the other realtor dealing with the property. This realtor quickly got me in contact with the owner. All this was happening while Javier was ignoring all of my texts and phone calls.If you are a landlord or property owner, for the love of God, DO NOT deal with this agency! They will literally ignore well-qualified people who are looking to rent your properties. And if you are a potential tenant, I suggest you look elsewhere for a real estate agent. I would give J & J Real Estate zero stars if that were a possibility. AVOID!

Very unprofessional.I had an appointment to visit a house and probably rented it. Their agent Elvin Rodriguez never showed up I waited half an hour around I call and the guy never answer after a couple of calls he hang up on me right away.I guess they didnt want my business

J&j was the realty company that was renting the last apartment I was in. When it came time for me to move and I couldnt find my lease I called and called and never received a call back! We also were planning to use them to look for our next place! They are very unprofessional and cant even find the time to call someone back with a simple answer! I wouldnt use them again or recommend them!
