I went to Quit Smoking over 3 months ago. The session was a great session. Not only was it Hypnosis, but he coached me on things that I needed to do to make sure I stayed on track. $130 for an hour. I thought you were supposed to get hypnotized, as I felt deeply relaxed, I didn’t feel hypnotized, in a trance/daze, or asleep. Annoyed every time people in the hall would cough or let the door slam. Although the experience wasn’t bad and I did feel relaxed for the most part, $130 is a bit ridiculous. I can do this at home myself. If it was $40 an hour then I’d think about going again. But $130 is a rip-off

I went to Improving Through Hypnosis to stop a habit that I didnt like. I thought it would be difficult to stop. Instead, its been a month, I have not relapsed, its been easy for me to stay on track, and I feel great! Now I am making an appointment to work on something different so I can make further improvements in my life that I have tried but have not been successful alone, improvements that Ive wanted for years.
