We were given a quote when purchasing my finances truck ... a quote that including both of us being listed as drivers. When the policy came in the mail I was the only one listed ( the policy was for his truck ) . It then took over three weeks to get the issue solved.. never once did I receive a call back from the manager Daniel Wheeler nor did he return my emails. Then my insurance was increased without them informing me. Horrible customer service. This has been by far the worst insurance agency I have ever worked with and I strongly urge others not to do business with them.

Filled out my rmv 1 form completely wrong. Checked off auto home for my jeep instead of passenger car. Wont do rmv run unless you buy car from that Toyota dealer. Wrote wrong mileage Also wrote wrong residential address.Agents dont know what their doing. Switching companies asap.
